New owner do not stand behind inferior products. No exchanges or refunds. Ive patronized this location for years even when it was Beauty Empire. The wid I bought was not the same wig in the package. The owner has cameras at home watching the staff that happen to people of color. Seems very oppressive. I will never patronize this location again. This owner DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THAT SHE SALES!

They had what I needed, but I think they had an owner change!! It was redesigned and the new ladies spoke a different dialect. My little friend was back at the register, I told him I had missed him!!! The products are the same, so all good.

I came in to help my mom find a new wig. They have a well organized selection of wigs. What you see is what you get, as they may not have all the varied colors listed on the packaging. They were kind to us and helped us try out several wigs as we made our selection.They told us about promotions and made recommendations about what products we needed to care for the units.There was a wide selection of braiding hair in many lengths including ombre colors. The store also carries clothes and winter accessories.

My girl always send me in here to get her hair products cause Im her slave 🤷🏿‍♂️ right lol

Had everything I needed. I go often, even though I try to stay away because those costs add up. I wish theyd offer some kind of customer appreciation savings card.

Staff is very friendly and they are not like some other Beauty Supply stores that give you a long list of things you cant do in the store which are targeted towards their Black customers. I feel free to shop in this store without scrutiny of my skin color. Just wish they had more selections of certain products.

Order online ITS CHEAPER!!!!This is another Beauty Supply in a black neighborhood that DOES NOT OFFER RESTROOM facilities to PAYING CUSTOMERS.I haven’t found one that has a restroom facility for customers. The guy on MLK told me to “Go to the clinic next door it’s very clean” I told him I’m not patronizing the clinic. Needless to say, I left ALL of the bundles (I was purchasing for my daughters and I) on the counter. Understand this, these people DO NOT GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY! They don’t have fundraiser for kids in the community heading to College or Back to School. While we are paying their childrens tuition and they are driving BMW AUDI AND MERCEDES!!!!!! That is the reason why they continue to build in OUR neighborhood. We have to STOP SUPPORTING these businesses who DOESNT CARE ABOUT us, ONLY our $$$$.
