Please be careful when shopping here. I purchased Keracare shampoo & conditioner a well known professional product. The shampoo was really watery and lighter in tone upon opening. The conditioner was not as aromatic and fragrant as I remembered. I decided to go to another beauty supply (Sally’s) to purchase and I am glad I did. I was able to notice the shampoo and conditioner I purchased at beauty galaxy is FAKE, ALTERED, or EXPIRED! It’s to many beauty supplies to play when it comes to your crown. Know your products, consistencies, & smells.

I love this beauty supply store! I live all the way out in Galveston but when I need hair I always travel to visit this store. The customer service is always on point. You get different reward points and discounts off when you buy stuff. They have a Big selection on stuff which I like. Keep up the good work!

It’s called beauty “galaxy” but I’ve seen other beauty supplies with more variety than they do. Also, security is ridiculously strict and the business probably doesn’t want to make money because we were in the store and had purchased a few things and forgot one item. They close at 9pm we walked out of the store at 8:55pm. We forgot one item and wanted to run back in to quickly grab it. Mind you there’s no other customers in the store and the security tries talking to me through the door crack. I explained that we were just in there and forgot to buy an item and we had THREE minutes left before closing. He wouldn’t even open the door. Honestly I understand wanting to go home and whatnot but if you’re running a BUSINESS, you’d think you’d get whatever customers you can, especially during a pandemic. I didn’t care for the attitude of anyone in the store and no one offered us help when we walked in. You’d be better off going to Beauty Island. They have better service and more things. Won’t be going back here.

I usually like this beauty supply store but I’m disappointed in my recent purchase. I thought I was buying weave that was budget friendly because I needed a quick hairstyle and usually don’t buy packaged weave, but desperate times cause for quick decisions. So when I saw buy one get one free on the Sensationnel Empire hair I thought I was getting a great deal, it was $86.99 a pack. But I noticed after I purchased and got home that it was double tagged and underneath was $53.99. So they inflated the price to trick the customer and I feel bamboozled. Definitely doing my research and comparing prices before going to any hair store for now on! I even looked online and the hair price is wayyyy cheaper. Very disappointed!

My grandmother slipped and fell and the stuff that was on the floor was shampoo we asked them to roll the camera and they wouldnt so now we are going to sue them

I love the fact that this is a one-stop shop and you can get almost anything you are looking for there. I would have given them a five-star rating but the customer service isnt good at all. I was there yesterday talking to a cashier and he was super focused on a game instead of being available to answer questions posted by customers. Ive gone several times to purchase a wig and left to wander the store with little or no assistance. I now buy my wigs online.

I have just given up on going to to Beauty Galaxy there is never anyone on the floor available to help you find anything that youre looking for. They just stand behind the register and wait for you to buy pay and leave. Id rather spend my money where I can receive service and courtesy.

They have a big selection of everything in the store however some items are overpriced you can find at a retail store, and beauty supply store or dollar store cheaper. Felix is the most helpful and friendliest person that works in the store. The security at the door is always in the way when entering the store and rarely greets anyone.

Where do I begin? Aside from the characters of people who work here, the products, the hair, the tools... its truly a beauty galaxy. They even have a rewards point system for frequent shoppers. Hello! Who doesnt love a good sale AND A DISCOUNT?! Alot of the items they offer can also be found on various websites, but hey youre paying for the convenience... LOVE LOVE 💘

I love love love this store!!! I vacation often and I get ALL of my wigs from here. Very inexpensive so I get two of each (wig) The owner is super nice, theyve expanded their store, so now its my second home. I make that 1hour drive for these awesome goodies.

I received 10% off my purchase.I’m giving it 4 stars because the nearly $200 weave I bought did not last more than 2 weeks before getting extremely tangled. I had to throw it all away.I purchased some wet and wavy track hair. Never again...the style was cute for a while, until it became a burden to maintain. I eventually had to wear it in a ponytail.

Awesome place for great deals on hair. The Remi hair I bought here was BOGO free, the hair lasted me over 6 months and since I got one bag free I was covered for another 6 months after. Just wish they had a bigger selection on 20 weft, mostly bundles.

Very very terrible customer service. My mom tried to purchase something using her reward points, but she didnt really understand how they worked. Instead of the person at the registar explaining to her kindly or even in a civil manner, she yelled at her in the crowed store, banged her hand on the table and talked over her. Finally she left in a huff and refused to ring us up. This comes after my mom had just spent 600$ at that store 2 days previously. That experience left a sour taste my mouth.

And why does this alma oil stain my skin orange? Who wants to walk around with orange edges?Its not supposed to stain.

Alot of variety and good deals on bundles. There a hair braider in the back that charges $15 for cornrows and another price to pluck and apply your wig or lace front.

I came to this location to purchase a pair of short tights, because a month prior I had for 5.99. So today I go in for another pair thinking that they were the same price. Unfortunately since there was no sign about the price no where near the merchandise I was extremely shocked when the cashier told me they were 7.99. He was very nonchalant as if he didnt care about my concern since I have visited the location before an had a points reward I thought he could just pull it up but nope that only calculates points but does not capture your receipt. I dont know which is more upsetting the fact that he seem to not care or the face that there was no price listed which is very unprofessional. I dont have a problem with the price but I do have a problem with misleading information and people who act as if they could care less about your concern.
