Seems like most of these reviews are written by staff. Had an unexpected death in my family and tried to cancel my cancel anytime membership- received several threatening text messages from spa owner- Darlene. Called after finally settling things with my family and spoke with an associate at the spa and was told that my account would not be charged again. TWO MONTHS later my account was charged for an additional month and i STILL have to go back and pay ANOTHER month to actually cancel the membership. As far as the actual services go- it is hard to ever actually get an appointment for most services. The HotWorx is always booked at the same time child care is open if both rooms are actually working. Oh and you have to buy a $60 mat to even use it at the spa. The have the same 6 videos until recently but you have to buy an additional $40 extra equipment for EACH of the 3 new videos. The Hydro room was broken or booked on several occasions. The chairs and the rug in that room always had a weird smell and I know other members complained because you cant actually clean those items from the sweat. The massage chairs are the same as the mall or airport. Nothing special. They host membership parties which are just ways to sell you more snake oil cremes and lotions and so they can take off 15%. It was a complete waste of money in the end. The owner is so rude when you are trying to cancel and aggressive with her staff. The actual staff is nice until I guess the owner runs them off- very high turnover and new people all the time. Save your money and opt for an Orange Theory or Hot Yoga membership instead!!!

I just joined end of May! & I love it! Services are great. Hotworx is awesome, best 30 minutes for me.., as well as the beauty angel, slim capsule, Hydrate. Staff is always awesome too. Never had an issue. My skin and body are looking much better since I started.my skin is so soft and glowing.Feel great when i leave the spa. They accommodate you with clean totels and clean robe, a bag to hold your clothes / shoes and take to next service.This spa is perfect for me. No judgements, no one trying to make me kill my self working out. Best of all Im getting results!

I have chronically dry skin which causes me a lot of irritation. After using planet beachs services, my skin has become exponentially better!!! Additionally, the massage chairs have alleviated a lot of my aches and pains, helping me in day to day tasks. I am very pleased with the value of services, and the friendly customer service offered on a daily basis! Will definitely recommend to all!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would,me and my Wife have been having problems these last couple of months and we’ve been A member for almost 2 years now. When we signed up they had this deal going on where if you sign someone up you’ll get a month free so I signed my Wife up and my wife signed up A friend of hers, we still haven’t received those free months, also in order to switch to another location you have to cancel and redo your whole membership. Darlene the owner(seems as if she’s always available to take two payments out of my wife’s account but isn’t available to answer as to why and how can We get our refund or never there for any questions to be answered) is never there but can text and ask for me and my Wife to update my payment and then turn around and take 2 payments of $85 out of my account. There is no one above her or even A manager to handle things while she’s away. Today is 5/12/2019 My Wife have been calling since 6/7/2019 they said Darlene would be in on Tuesday 6/11/2019 My Wife call’s on Wednesday 6/12/2019 at 11 am they said she’ll be in A 4:30 pm, so my Wife call at 4:35pm they then tell my Wife she’ll be in tomorrow 6/13/2019. I will continue to update this situation, me and my Wife will be canceling our membership as soon as we’re able too. I just don’t feel as if someone should give me A nasty attitude every time I walk in the establishment that I pay my HARD EARNED MONEY TO USE. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATION. I love Planet beach but not this location.

Extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful, unprofessional. Made comments about acquaintances race, skin, body. Kept billing her even after written cancellation.

If you have not checked this place out yet, you are MISSING the best place to unwind! Staff is amazing, and services make you feel like a rockstar!

Was told when I started this membership that you could cancel anytime with no cancelation fees. They did not mention that you had to give a 60-day notice to cancel (basically they will charge you 2 more months). Also, i had to make 2 trips to get it canceled because not everyone has the authority to fill out a form and I was told cancelations were by appointment. So, its not cancel anytime and there is a penalty for cancelling. Not happy with the whole experience, I do not like hidden fees and ways to punish customers for not wanting a service any longer; bad business.

Staff is friendly. . Very clean equipment..
