They have all of the usual stuff: jewelry, head wraps, wigs, hair for extensions, T-shirts, stretchy clothes, vinyl shoes, a good selection of ethnic hair care products, and makeup. Organized and clean inside...not a lot of clutter. The associates were courteous.

I love the cologne here but they cant keep them in stock. Very disappointing. Then the lady wouldnt let meat least buy the display bottle. I was going to pay full price for it....

Huge selection but not helpful when you have a question

Place is not a place I would recommend. No help from the staff. You can’t try on any wigs but they want you to spend $200 for one and no returns. They weren’t even that nice. Most looked like ragamuffins. Wish I had a better things to say, since it’s the closest place to my house, but I guess I’ll be driving the distance for a better experience.

If I could give it a zero, I would.Check your receipt before you leave. They ALWAYS over charge more than their posted prices. THIS IS NO MISTAKE.I personally witnessed the cashier over charging a handicapped person. I assumed that the cashier had more items in the bag but it was not. I immediately addressed this because no one deserves to be taken advantage of.I visited the same store 6 month later and to my surprise, they tried me.I refuse to let others be victimize. I will never shop their store again. SHAMEFUL, Horrible, deceptive business practice.

I’ve been coming here for several years, this is my to-go place for my lashes ! They have so many styles and reasonable prices . I tried on several wigs with my sister and a lady was very nice and helped us out.**** Due to COVID-19, you MUST wear a mask and your temperature gets checked prior to entering the store .

They use to have great deals and good sales but after enough people learned about their location, they started jacking up the braid hair prices, pony tails and wigs. They will follow you around the store and make you feel uncomfortable like your stealing. Look if youre trying to save money go to south east area but if you just want some hair, its a convenient location.

Its ok, nothing out of the ordinary, the prices are decent.

We were looking for a store with a large selection of do-rags in regards to color and designs. They had so many and at great prices! I had ordered one for a birthday gift from Amazon costing almost $20 including shipping and more than a month later still havent received it. We bought a few for far less than the cost of just one from Amazon before shipping! This store had so much inventory including makeup, accessories, wigs, and so much more! I loved it and will definitely be back! They are practicing Covid safety too!

Dont go. Tries to overcharge, and switched out wigs. Purchased human hair wig, and came home with synthetic.

I havent had any bad experiences here. I didnt give 5 stars because they dont usually go out of their way to help customers and you always have to go searching for someone which can sometimes be annoying, but not a huge deal. Something that also grinds my gears is that unless im dealing with an African American associate, the others arent really knowledgeable about the products. Nevertheless, I go in, get my stuff and go lol.

I like the selection they have but I always feel like the owners dont care for their customers besides what theyll make in revenue. If there was another store in the area with the a similar amount of options, I would make the switch and not look back. They will watch you. Crazy how someone who cant make much watches you as if youd steal. Not everyone steals or has to steal.

Older Chinese lady very rude. Not a big supply on wigs. I seen a lot of people returning items and complaining Which is not a good sign.

They didnt have the exact style/color combo of wig I was looking for, but they had a great selection so I was able to find an alternative to fit my needs. Service staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Do not shop here.I bought a defective wig, and the manager wouldnt even speak to me. He let the sales girl tend to me while he just stood in the background and turned his back.The front of the wig had a defective cut; the bangs were too thin to cover your forehead, and they were cut very unevenly. If I evened them up by cutting them myself, they would have all been too short, and of course, they wouldnt even cover my forehead.The sales girl didnt even acknowledge that the product was defective, and instead tried to deny that there was even a problem and then blamed me for buying the wig. No one wants to bring a bad product back to a store hoping for a refund or exchange only for them to try to argue with you and suggest to you that you are wrong. This is very condescending and extremely unprofessional.Any decent manager or salesperson of a business should agree with a customer who complains (at least outwardly) and offer the customer another product. This is the way a decent company does business- and keeps its customers.I have been going to Foxx Beauty Supply for years, but I will never set foot in there again.The management of this business just wants to take your money and they dont care whether or not you are satisfied with their products.

The man at the front desk name is Mrs.Jay he is so sweet and love to run his business.And is good help if you need help in his store highly recommended beauty supply store and hes not rude like the others.

Do not go if you want to try on wigs. They only let you try on (3) wigs. You also have to buy a wig cap. I brought my own, (still in the unopened package), they still made me purchase one from them. First place I have ever heard that you cant try on as many wigs as you want.

Dont buy the wigs here, it does gives a new meaning. You get what you pay for. The staff however was friendly, and thats the only reason why I give it 3 stars

Omg,this store is the most horrible place to go,customer service is zero,bought a lotion that properly have stayed in the store for years, as soon as I got home and open the lotion, is all black, rushed back to the store and the stupid Asian guy with his big lips and his eye like frog said he wouldnt return it,lotions is final sale, like really any way I left both the receipt and body lotion with him,my final words was, you can have it and God bless you. $30 body lotion. .it might be small! $$$$$ but I promise them, some crazy ass will get them one day.

This business has policies that deter or inconvenience customers. For example, they refuse to give product prices over the phone; and apparently, from another review, they have a wig try-on limit. Dont sell wigs if you dont want to sell wigs. Part of selling and doing business is pricing as well as assisting your consumers through the purchase decision process, specifically encouraging them, not creating barriers.

Omg, I just saw a picture of them hanging hair to dry after Hurrican Harvey, to resale to the public!!! Stay away. Ill try to provide a pic if possible. Look at the workers and the address, its REALLY them!!! Unbelievable!!!
