I love this store. They always have what I need. I find myself coming to this store very often and they are always very welcoming and sweet and will help you find anything to fit your style and needs.

The owner and employees are very nice and they always welcome me every time,the manager not so great but overall the store is amazing,I always find what I need and if I dont the owner will order and his always open to new suggestions,the cashier is always smiling and good vibes !!! Love this store👍💕

They will follow you around as if you are going to steal something. I understand they have had people shoplift but it’s disrespectful to treat every customer like thieves. Never shopping there again.

A very big store….but the employees don’t really help when you need something

The manager Bee is absolutely rude, egotistical and condescending. She has this aura of being too good for the customers. I tried to explain my level of dissatisfaction which has happened one too many times and she interrupted me never cared to apologize or hear my concerns. You ask for help and she points and moves on. The gentleman and the other lady are very very nice.Why this establishment chose her as a manager Is beyond me.A customer who was ahead of me and overheard me shared the sand sentiments only str says addressing the issue with Bee is pointless as she will never apologize

I really dislike this beauty supply. They state that they close at 9pm. It is also posted on there door. But actually they close 845. Which would not have been a problem. But i rushed over wheb there were other places opened. And i feel real cheated. I only needed one bag of hair. Again if u close at 845 that should be stated on Google. Not have people miss other opportunities. Bad business. My very VERY last time doing business with them.

Poor experience at their second location (8383 Westheimer Rd #106, Houston, Texas 77063) on April 29, 2021. Followed around and asked by an employee to acquire a bag I had with several items I purchased from a retail store. Additionally, I acquired no assistance and felt very unwelcomed. Consumers should acquire a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience. I would not recommend this business.

They say open until 9pm Sunday but I pulled up at 7:56pm and they were closed already. Dont waste your time

Helpful staff and never a long checkout wait. Big variety of product selections of wigs, hair choices and haircare needs and tools for women and men. Only issue is area traffic.

No complaints. Felt welcomed, had a nice variety of items to choose from. Quality of items Ive purchased has been good.

Purchased hair and hair products and started to look at earrings at the counter near the register. They asked to hold my bag while I looked as if I were planning to steal earrings. I declined and left without additional purchase. I mentioned that they were used to all customers stealing. Not happy at all after spending $50. Why would I steal $3. Very disappointing

I was frantically shopping for supplies for my kids play the next day and they were just so super helpful. They had everything I needed and at great prices. Im just super happy. I tried other beauty supply stores over the weekend and did not get much help. They went above and beyond for me last night.

The young ladies there are sweet hearts and are always available and willing to help you. I just moved here from Atlanta and have found my new go to store. I never feel crowed or like Im being watched like I have felt at a couple other places I patronized here. Everything I need in one spot.

Very unhelpful and rude. prices much higher than the manufacturer prices. Better off ordering online. Its much cheaper than wasting money here.

Came here to find a wig for a valentines dinner with my family, was having trouble deciding, I spoke with an employee whom was very helpful and respectful to me and my sister and helped me make my final decision. After approaching the counter to make my payment, I felt completely uncomfortable as it seemed the male and female (owners I believe) were watching me so intently that as I left the store with my purchased items, I was then followed out of the store by an employee who claimed my bag needed to be “checked”, if I hadn’t been being watched the whole time and pointed at while trying to buy makeup, the female (owner I believe) wouldn’t have neglected to remove the security tag. I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against while trying to buy something so simple. Very disappointing

Its a nice store. Some of the lace fronts are over priced by $15-$20 but all together its a good store. Its always clean and the people inside are helpful and nice.

I could give zero stars if I could! I walked in and they are right behind you everywhere! I came to try to a wig and after 2 I tried on she said I couldn’t try anymore and accused me of trying on 10 wigs!! This customer service is awful! Wouldn’t recommend! You can’t even shop in peace!
