They have a good selection for quick styles not so much products. And you will notice that many items don’t have a price tag so they can charge you whatever they want. But the staff are hit and miss. “Cat” (not sure the name exactly) was very rude! There was a lady there before that was very knowledgeable but I haven’t seen her lately. I go here about 2 times a month and I think this will be my last time.

I used to go there all the time before the flood, 1st time returning since. I decided to stop in and purchase a ponytail. The 1st cashier was very kind, however, when I was ready to make my purchase, the 2nd cashier rang up my things that totaled nearly $8.00 and because I was using a debit card, she asked to see my ID. I have NEVER had show ID before...Maybe they had issues before with other patrons. Needless to say I opted to leave and go to a other beauty supply store, where I had no problems at all. 👎

Staff always nice and friendly. Store is very clean and the aisles are wide enough to walk down and not have to worry about tripping over boxes in the floor.

Do NOT shop here!! The quality of hair is garbage! The staff is unhelpful and undeucated about hair care. Further....they will charge your credit cards for items you did not buy, and not want to return your money! There are hundreds of beauty supplies in Houston. Stay Clear of this one. The skinny cashier with the cheap wig acts like she is mad at the world because she cant afford a good unit. The security with the cane will follow you around in the store also!! Find another place to spend your $$.

Im sorry but this is the worse beauty supply I have farely ever been to since I have lived in Texas. There was a Assistant Manager that was so rude to me because I came in for an interview with experience. She spoke to me as if she wanted to fight me when I was strictly professional all I wanted was a job and her manager just stood there as if she was not doing anything and also laughed as if something was funny. Very unprofessional

Hello veiwersMust I start off by saying Im a former employee of 610 beauty supply. Really enjoyed assisting others with their needs as well as their wants.being there from when store open until close because of last five minute call offs with lame excuses. Started with 40 plus hours and end with 6 hours weekly simply because of this rude and disrespectful store manager. Being there in one week able to see 8 get hired and no one shows ups the following day.she told me she needed them and not me. Also been told haha you not like me so I give you 6 hours.. so my word goes to the actual ower question_ Do you wonder why you cant keep any good workers because your store manager is running them all off. Manager your source of the problem at 610 is your daily manager and real talk you store will not prosper with her being there.
