I cant believe that because Sallys is so call going green you have to pay $0.15 for a bag. Before Covid i would only shop at Sallys and spend at least $80-$100 per month. But I wont anymore if I have to pay for a bag when I can shop at other beauty supply shops and get a bag for free and I dont have to leave with my items in my hand. Its not the amount its the principle that I go spend my money to buy your product and I had to carry my items out in my hand because you dont want to give me a bag and I dropped a couple of them on the way out. Im trying to keep you in business by shopping at your store and you thank me by making me pay for a bag. RIDICULOUS...
I gave the lady a $20 bill and she gave me 69 cents and she only gave me 69cents back.

I dont know what the negative reviews are about. My experience couldnt have been more different. I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in. The lady who was working, whos name i didnt get (bright teal hair) made herself available to me without being pushy or overbearing. When I did have questions, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, until I asked her a question about acrylic nails. She didnt hesitate to tell me that she didnt know and didnt want to sell me the wrong thing. Very refreshing to have someone who is more concerned about their customer leaving happy and with the right products than just making the sale. I will definitely return to this location

Very rude. Didnt even bother asking if i needed help finding anything. I asked for a specific product and the lady just pointed to the aisle And said its down that aisle towards the end. Well damn is it on the left or right of the aisle. I guess her texting was more important than getting her fat ass from behind the counter to help a paying customer. I put my items back and left. As I walked out then she asked did u find it? Like she cares. Poorest customer service ever. I felt I was not wanted in that store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I dyed my hair and it was So bad different colors and damage . Nahomy the Manager went out of her way and beyond to help. Staff was beyond rude when I came in today. I asked if they would have more products in the back CONSIDERING most of the hair color wasnt half way stocked the clerk dismissed me with a no and a great eyeroll. The manager was in the back talking loudly about how her bosses are pressuring her to sale different items. You might have a chance at selling the items if you treated the customers with kindness. Checking out was awkward and rude with no words besides debt or credit?

Customer service was terrible. Getting answers to simple questions was like pulling teeth and the attitude I was given made it evident I was disturbing her. Left without answers and will be trying another one with way better service.
Quite rude, went in to look for some razors for hair and didnt get any help. They didnt even know if they had them.
