Horrible phone service, takes forever to pay your bill in store. They need a new printer And new updated system for payments I guess.

I was comfortable being with my former carrier. However, I went into the store just to see what kind of plan/rate I would have. Shyann helped us find the best plan to fit our budget. She also helped us find the right promotions to get us into brand new phones. We are very pleased with the coverage and wonderful customer service. Thanks!

Savannah and Katie were so helpful. I enjoyed choosing a plan and a new phone thanks to these two. They knew which plan would fit my needs, helped me choose the right phone and had the knowledge to answer my many questions. They made my experience fun and as easy as possible. Ive been with tmobile since 2005. The customer service at this store is amazing. The girl manager is always so nice and helpful. I enjoy the staff at that store. I recommend people to the company often.

Im not currently a customer because i do not get cell service on T-Mobile where i live on the outskirts of Hot Springs, but i love to go into the T-Mobile store ever so often, and say hi to Dustin and look at the demo phones they have on their sales floor, this is one of the stores i like to visit because i always get a very friendly welcome from Dustin. He is one of their best employees, and one of the nicest guys ive meet, Dustin if you see this review, i want you to know i will recommend anyone i see to come see you if they need help with their T-Mobile phone! Thank you so much T-Mobile in Hot Springs and Dustin for such a great experience!

Ive been using T- Mobile for a couple years now and Ive never had better experience with anyone like this before! Christian at the T- Mobile on central is amazing, helpful, friendly and most of all HONEST!

Tried using T-Mobile on a 2 week basis and this has been a nightmare. Signal reception outside of Hot Spring was horrible. I attempted to cancel before the 2 week trail was even half way over, should have been end of story. However, now T-Mobile is attempting to bill me $180 for an account that I supposedly do not even have. I would warn everyone to stay away from T-Mobile.

Knowledgeable folks my cell phone was having issues and they were able to help me get it fixed.

Really love the sales staff and how much they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have a manager who is Andre and hes pretty rude. Have had to deal with him twice now and hes definitely not a fit with the others. I wont go back in while hes there and am seriously considering going back to Verizon because of him. Saving money is great but there are some things that just arent worth saving a few bucks and he is one of them.

The manager of this store is a piece of work she trys to steal employees and will also give out private information. I have reported her to corporate. This is a fact and I have proof. ... Sad . And for the other people that work there they need a better manager they deserve better .

Marcus and Johnny did a great job! They were real nice and super helpful. They helped us out ALOT. They answered all our questions and made everything very clear for us to understand. Highly recommend!

Johnny is the best! He takes time to really listen and hear, and has the best attitude to work with. Always positive, encouraging, and works to be sure you leave happy. Definitely come see Johnny!

I left AT&T after 5 years due to the constant push of DTV. Ciara & Deylan are amazing sales reps! Ciara set up my account and helped me pick out a phone. Deylan on the other hand dealt with me picking out accessories. This duo made my experience amazing and I will be recommending all my friends and family to this store!
