I left Verizon and went withATnT. My sales person was Sarah Green. I don’t think sheMisrepresented the product but did a poor job of selling it. My price structure is higher than quoted and i am being charged an add on which I though was part of the original plan. Not to mention an additional bill each month. If another carrier opens up, I’m gone.
Jeff is the best!!! 100% best customer service I have received in years.....What took 30 days dealing with AT&T customer service over the phone and online chat, hours and hours, transfered to different departments, hung up on several times, I finally gave up and stopped into the AT&T store. Jeff spent about 2 hours fixing what AT&T customer service could not do. He never gave up!!!! While sitting there I listened to all their reps and managers. My opinion NEVER call customer service. If you want the best service go here, if Jeff isnt there all of the reps can help!
Takes forever to get waited on and when the employees who decide to finally get out of a huddle either from the back or in the middle of the store, they arent very helpful. I know what Im looking for but no one wants to pry into what Im looking for. They just say, heres a phone or theres a phone. I wanted a phone like my Samsung Note 9 but not as big. I also dont want to change my unlimited plan which is an older plan. Nothing was ever asked by the associate, just heres a phone and theres a phone. I got my note 9 for free back in the day. I wanted to know more about the Galaxy S21 but instead I get, heres a phone, theres a phone. From now on Ill shop online.
I was greeted immediately and asked the reason for my visit. I appreciated that greatly. They were extremely busy though and I couldnt wait.

Was unsure about getting AT&T tv. When I arrived, Sean helped answer any questions I had and I am VERY satisfied with the customer service! I recommend going to Sean if you have any questions or concerns. Very polite!

Sent a friend in to upgrade his phone on my account, I was on the phone the whole time. Receipt says Sarah G helped him. Told her just to upgrade. No insurance, no nextup, and stay on the unlimited starter. Checked my account later that day and saw that I got the phone on unlimited elite with $15 insurance and nextup. Again. I said I did not want these things. Now to top it off. I call in and customer service tells me that all of this is mandatory when I get a phone and cannot remove it (when I asked for it not to be added in the first place). I know it isn’t mandatory, i spoke to a friend of mine that works for the company. Adding things to my account that I don’t want just to hit numbers is uncalled for. Terrible experience.

This store was GREAT! Tried to get help with 2 different local stores in Little Rock, and they basically said they “didn’t have the time “. CODY was AMAZING and was DETERMINED to solve an issue I had been having since July. It took him some time to figure it out... and he DID! PAM, the store manager, was AWESOME, too. I will drive from LR to this store from this point forward for my AT&T needs. SUPER FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND CARING!

It was good service, fast but all I needed was my account number I had forgotten so I could tell them about a drunk car that ran over my att greenish kinda blue junction box in front of my house up by the road in the ditch by a telephone pole and they got my account number in 5 mins and because my inter net had been down I decided to use their free wi fi before leaving to get caught up on all of the posts and eMails and stuff ended up staying in their parking lot till well after they closed because I didnt know how long it would be before they sent a truck out to fix my hit and run deceased junction box, well they came the next day bout 3 Oclock and had it fixed in less then a hour just one truck and one workera wOw shout out to Atlantic Telegraph and Telephone Company who btw are the inovators of all this technology by putting the Pony Express out of businessthanX cYa LaTeR

This store has such friendly staff and they really know what they are doing. Broderick was a huge help when my account got all messed up from someone else. He got it all fixed and I know he was irritated but he still kept a smile on his face and never let the irritation show...and it was Super Bowl Sunday and he couldnt leave to go home and watch the game since he was already working on my account!! Ive been using AT&T for 6 years from Verizon. I like it better than expensive at Verizon but Verizon has the best service! AT&T is a great service and a little expensive better than nothing because I had internet and wireless together a bill. Internet is the best cost only $10 monthly basis for support from the disabled. I love iPhone 12 Mini great than iPhone XR! iPhone XR and iPhone Pro Max and Pro are more money for higher bills. AT&T is a great place and the correct cost.
If you can go to another AT&T store do so. This store is so congested and so under staff the wait is 1+hour. The only positive about this store is that it practices social distancing by sitting outside with 5 chairs which is fine on nice days and with most people but for the elderly not so good in customer service. Building itself is plenty big to housed chairs 6ft apart inside but per manager of store AT&T uses their own polices in regards to Covid.
The experience at the store was good with my salesman, however when I got home the bill I received later in the day for my 1st billing was $60 more than he quoted and so was the bill coming after that, so when I get the bill and if it’s not corrected I will return phone and go to competitor
The staff of this AT&T store are always friendly and professional. Plus, they don’t act like they want to hurry and get finished with you, but they work diligently and on purpose. Kudos to Avery and Ian for helping me solve my problem.😊

Know what you want before going and have a plan they get you fixed right on up into a contract plan if you dont know any better

The manager lied about available stock, tried to charge me a $50 fee that had already been waived, and conveyed no genuine care whatsoever regarding resolving my issue.0/5 stars. Will never use this AT&T corporate retailer again. To any readers, I recommend going to the AT&T corporate store in Bryant. 5/5 service there, but this location in Hot Springs is atrocious.

They could not explain why I had no reception in Broken Bow, OK, while my friend who lives there did. Only once I got home and researched it at home did I discover that AT&T has no coverage there. My friend had contract but I have prepaid. The people at the store should have known that their company allows their contract customers to access competitor networks where AT&T has no coverage. Prepaid customers do not enjoy the same benefit.
The people.they have working there are really helpful.Chris helped me out today..he was the best! Saved me MONEY, TIME, and a HEADACHE. I appreciate customer service reps who can read their clients.. Chris knew exactly what I needed.

I feel I was misled after changing from a local provider to AT&T. While I am pleased with the Direct TV, the internet and land line service is NOT! I was under the impression I had signed on with a bundle...evidently everything is separate billing. I spoke to Customer service with 5 different people over 3.5 hrs and no one could find my internet or lack of it. It took a return to the local store to find out it my internet is a different acct and will billed separately...so what happened to the bundle. At the store, 1 rep was very helpful while his counterpart who was asked to assist had a very bullying attitude toward my dissatisfaction with my transaction. I will be taking this matter to management when possible for me to make another trip to my local AT&T store. Very disappointed!!! So...how many billings per month will I get from AT&T!!!
Always had great service, ordered a phone through the store with no problems at all. Went to the store to hook it up at 6:45 and we were helped by Chris. He then told us it wouldn’t take past 7 because that’s when he got off of work. After we were confused at what was going on and questioned some things he said so he walked away and said have a good night. He left his store phone with me and everything after he walked off. Worst service we have ever had in this store. We have been dealing with this store for 6 years and had a great experience every single time except this one. Chris is obnoxious and has zero customer skills. Hope they fix the Chris situation before he has another episode while close to being off of work.

AT&T is a shell company being ran by outsourcing their account and tech services to other countries. Try calling and speaking with a person who speaks English. It will take days. This was admitted by local store AT&T personnel. I was hacked and Apple shut my Apple ID down and I have explicit notes and recording to prove my suspicions....beware. #Gooffthegrid
Wow! My experience here was great. I really like the new curbside thing they are doing. I really appreciate the precautions they are taking to protect everyone, and at the same time they are offering excellent service.
Overall the IPhone buying experience was ok. The biggest draw back was the lure. They advertise $300 off the new IPhone if you trade your old one in and it’s worth more than $35. The catch is only the Type S IPhones are worth $35 according to ATT. They don’t tell you that until the deal is done. Basically a scam.
I was surprised at how quickly I received help and I had the service I was seeking in about 15 minutes.
I drove all the way here from Little Rock because their customer service is so great. I came in today with a issue with my phone I wanted fixed, but they were able to get me a brand new phone and lower bill. Thank you AT&T hot springs.
5 Stars for sure!!!! I had an online order that got canceled for some reason but luckily Bo was there to save the day. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with all my stuff transferred to my new phone! Bo definitely made the process quick and easy!

This is by far my most favorite cell phone store in Hot Springs!! The staff is incredibly nice! I go in every other few days to look at the phones on the sales floor, because I cant purchase a phone plan at this time due to certain circumstances, but every time I go in they make me feel welcome, if you are shopping for a at&t cell phone or are thinking about getting DirecTV service in Hot Springs, I strongly recommend this store, from the manager to all the sales representatives, thank you all so much for making me feel welcome and being my friend! I recommend this store to anyone!

Friendly staff. They answered my questions truthfully and was quick with service. Helped my out with my decisions when I bought my nighthawk hot spot maker. The product lived up the what the salesmen told me. Rare to find someone willing to be truthful and not just pump you full off smoke just to make the sale. Forgot his name but he was a real tall bald fella. Nice guy.

We added a line and bought a new phone all online. We got a confirmation email that the phone was ready to be picked up at this store. We pull up, wait 20 minutes in line, then we have to repeat the entire process of adding a line and getting a phone in person. Over an hour to pick up a phone that att said could just be brought out to the car.
The employees are always helpful and friendly.
