I had a very challenging situation regarding my account... However, Erica, Blaine and the other young lady who was present but I was unable to catch her name (sorry), were super-professional and assisted to the best of their abilities. Although NOT ONE of the products I came to the store to purchase was in stock, I would still definitely recommend a visit to this store, simply due to my interactions with the employees. 5 🌟Erica(sp) was very kind, compassionate, understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable; most certainly management material. I would consider all 3 employees with whom I interacted very valuable assets to the Verizon organization.Thanks Blaine, for the assistance with product selection. This place is pathetic. I’m only here because my company uses Verizon. I would never use Verizon just based on the service I’ve gotten here. I’ve been here almost 45 minutes, with two people standing behind counter doing nothing, unless someone walks in the door, then they put them in line, then go back to just standing behind the counter. I read all of you reviews and your responses are the same, yet it appears nothing changes, which shows that you are full of Sβ€”-t. This store is pathetic.

Horrible store. We went to upgrade my phone and they would not let my husband and I both go in the store. Buying a new iPhone is not a small purchase. When spending $1,000 I wanted his help and input. And we both had questions about the newer iphone differences. My husband is also the account holder, but I’m the one that was getting a new phone.A very rude Verizon employee said no only one of us could go in the store. Crazy!!!

Can’t contact the local store. When you call the number they want codes from text messages. Went to the store, they will not answer the door. I expect a little better service with as much as I spend on a commercial account. Went to AT&T store, doors open and was doing business as usual. Verizon is making business as difficult as possible. This location doesnt allow you to call them on the phone. And, the digital assistant link wont log you in. Ive reported this issue to Verizon cust. serv. multiple times. Yet, the error persists.I initially signed up for their HUM service. But, the device was defective out of the box. I took it to the store, per Verizon Cust. Serv. instructions. The device they pulled from the shelf was also defective.I asked for a refund. They were supposed to cancel the service. The employee said he did. But, I just found out that he didnt. I dont know if he lied. But, Im speaking to my attorney about a potential lawsuit.

An Employee at this store robbed me this past week. I asked for 2 devices no contract. He told me a price and I gave him cash. He switched out 1 of the devices with a older discontinued device placed a contract on the first device in order to reduce the upfront price and never told me. (This way he could keep the $110 Cash). He told me the new 2nd device was what I needed. I did not know it was a older obsolete device. He never gave me the difference and rushed me out the door. He also told me the plans were different than what I was charged. He had me sign a signature pad. No writing, no paperwork other than a receipt which was incorrect. I was so exited for my new purchases and the great deals I thought I was getting because he was giving me a great plan (LIE!!!!!!!!) compared to what I was actually charged. I trusted Verizon and never thought they or an employee would do this. I was 5 min away and picked up the receipt to see where he charged me $110 less than what I was told to give him. I go back to the store immediately and tell the employee at the front desk. He laughs at me and ask why did I sign the agreement if I had second thoughts and told me I had to pay a $35 restock fee for each item. The rep who robbed me was on break spending my cash. I asked to talk to the manager and she also laughed at me and gave me the I signed the agreement CANNED response. Supposedly its legal for them to Rob me of my cash and switch the plan if I sign the agreement. 2 of the 3 customer service reps also laughed and had the same canned response. The general manager acknowledged I was charged 110 over but they made me use the money to repay the restocking fees for the devices after I wanted all my money back because I was CONNED. I called the police after the general manager told me I had to use the money that was stolen from me for the restock fee but the police told me it was a civil case.

Keith at the Central Avenue Location in Hot Springs Arkansas, told us he wouldn’t help us. We got the kids ready, drove across town, and got to our appointment, only for Keith to close the door on us, look at his pad, come back out and say that he doesn’t have any appointments under your name. We showed him the confirmation and I asked him if there was anyway they could help us being that we did schedule, and drove there, he said β€œYEA ACROSS TOWN”. What a jerk!!! Our phone crashed and we spent $3000 on iPhones for them not to service us. Thanks for nothing!

We drove 45 miles to the store only to be told very rudely that I had to have an appointment which she couldnt make. She told us to go Russells Verizon store across town. The girl there took care of us & all the other people who had also rudely turn away from this store. Apparently this store just needs to close the door. Calling Verizon to make an appointment was even a bigger joke.

Then when asking about transferring information from my old phone it was like asking a horse about quantum physics ; a blank stare. We have visited this place during our trip to Hot Springs AR along with our friends & family on 1Dec2019, Sunday. The store open from afternoon on Sunday which is very good option for customers.Today is last day for the new iPhone 11 series deal which offers 400$ gift card, 7th generation apple iPad for 100$ (which is 500$ worth), unlimited data plan for iPhone 11 Pro & 11 pro max.We have taken group plan along with my friends.Joshua is the person in the store who spent couple of hours with us to complete our purchase.He is talented and customer friendly. He patiently answered all our questions.Without his help and expertise we probably may not complete our purchase today.We have waited almost 45 mins to get our turn, which is frustrating thing for us being with small kids. We entered the store at 1:00 PM left by 5:00 PM.Overall we got latest phones and tablets with good dealFinally left the store with happiness and cheer.Big thank you to JOSHUA C.

I normally call the 800 number and receive, prompt, knowledgeable service, first and every time. Went to this Verizon store and was extremely dissappointed. My wife and I went in to inquire about upgrading our phones. A salesman ( cant remember his name ) approached us and asked if he could help. We told him about the upgrade options that we were seeing on the Verizon website. He said that option we were asking about was for new customers and there was nothing to offer existing customers. Very rude and was not interested in helping at all. Once again, these companies prefer to attract new customers instead of taking care of existing customers. Thanks Verizon!!

Went in with my mother on April 15th to buy her a new phone. We decided on buying the iPhone X. Our phone carrier isn’t Verizon, it’s AT&T. Since my mother often travels out of the country and tends to buy a chip to insert into her phone while she’s traveling, she needed to have an unlocked phone. Although, we realize there are plans for phone usage while out of the country, she finds it easier just to buy a chip when she is traveling to a foreign country. Hearing that AT&T doesn’t sell unlocked phones anymore, we decided to purchase an unlocked phone from Verizon. On April 15th we went to the nearest Verizon store which was just in front of my mom’s work. We entered knowing exactly what we were looking for and were greeted by one of their sales people. After telling him that we were wanting to purchase an unlocked iPhone X, he went to the back to get it. After paying he told us that it is unlocked and the next day we would be able to go to AT&T to get it set up. The next day, my mother and I went to AT&T and they had told us that they were unable to get into the phone since it was locked; therefore, we returned to Verizon to return the phone, since it was a locked phone. The manager who helped us in returning the phone told us we would receive a refund check in the mail in 3-4 weeks. After about 5 weeks from the day we went to return the iPhone and still having not received a check in the mail.. we returned to Verizon for a 3rd time to make sure they got the address right and to see whether the check had been sent. The address was correct. We gave them the address of the building behind them, since that’s the business that my mother owned and she receives mail there all the time. So after wondering where the check was, my mother explained to the manager there at the time (who was someone different than last time) our circumstance. The manager said that refund checks often take about 10-12 weeks to receive. Now that’s a ridiculous amount of time to receive a $1,292 check. She also told us that we had no reason to return the phone and that they could have unlocked it for us. No one had told us that. We were hearing that for the first time. My mother was pretty mad at that point, good thing I have a better temper than her. We left that day a little upset but we decided to wait and see if we ever got anything in the mail from Verizon, nope not one thing. It’ll have been 14 weeks tomorrow since we returned the phone. The service is okay, but if you ever want to return the phone, don’t be expecting to receive your refund check anytime soon. My mother has made three appearances to the Verizon and they have not given us any relevant information as to where our money is, whether it’s on the way or what has happened to it. Although, I’m at the point to where I’m upset about this whole situation. First we were told that it would take 3-4 weeks to receive, then told 10-12 weeks, and almost 14 weeks later and there’s still no sign of a check. Now that’s ridiculous.

Went into Verizon today on Central. Had issue with phone, that promptly was adjusted. The guy who fixed it was a black man, name Brent. Several workers walked past me, and he was helping someone else while another lady and myself were waiting. He excused himself from the couple, took care of lady ahead of me, then me, checking back with the 1st customer all the while, and even answered a phone in the middle of all this!!!! He was amazing. Took care of 4 people, while others only handled one, or walked back and forth to storeroom. Thanks Brent!!!!

The lights were bright as I walked in my current cellular service provider being judged by three salesmen as I walked closer he asked in a friendly salesman voice, how may I help you?, he has no clue I thought. I hand him two packages both containing screen protectors to put on my phone the third since ownership due to the curve glass on the phone. Last time a disasterious attempt messed it up so the lesson was learned I took it to Verizon. He completed his sells pitch for the latest model though unsuccessful this time maybe my next screen protector.

I went to the store to upgrade my device, it was late so I was supposed to come back at a set appt time. I was there early and found the gentleman I was to meet took a walk in over my appt I set know its hard for me to get out to do these things due to health reasons that we had discussed. He promised to see me 1st thing so it wouldnt take too long. I waited over an hour and was told nobody could help me but him cause he messed up my whole order and plan change and all of my order the SAT before so he had to fix it. Its still not fixed.
