The sales lady, Desiree was great. I needed to switch my line over and add three additional lines. She was very patient and helped me every step of the way. I enjoyed the experience. It was much better than anticipated and I am happy with the service.

The sales girl Desire lied telling me the phone cases were ALL $10 she then proceeded to charge me a bundle deal she didnt mention totally $60 for 2 phone cases and extra stuff I didnt ask for or select myself😮.Thats insane. She admitted to NOT INFORMING US AND JUST CHARGING ME. then she tells us no refunds on accessories due to covid and there system being new...lame excuse..she had On NO PPE AND HAD THE NERVE TO MENTIONED COVID ..AFTER PUTTING THE CASE ON MY PHONE WITHOUT GLOVES, NO MASK NO NOTHING..It was the absolute worst experience and can wait to go back to METRO PCS NEXT MONTH.. DEFINITELY LOST 2 CUSTOMERS
Ive had a great experience twice at this Cricket store on Grand Ave. Our previous wireless provider was Tracfone which can be quite difficult to port from. The reps here were most helpful and courteous. Kudos.
Very proud to say after telling your workers they need Masks...Need limit times (people) in- store,,,Need 24 hrs too answer Longer detailed questions...your store has changed for the better...with masks...may need drive thur....just an idea*Your waiting time in your stores is outrageous....maybe need phone #s for Faster Service Daily*RLM*
You have to watch your plan mine has been changed twice without authorization or knowledge and just like other over the phone service representatives they will argue for hours over the phone just for that extra $5 oh plus the $4 store fee before your plan is restored. I now always video all store actions when i go there!
Horrible customer service. Ghetto, unprofessional, and when asked very rude general manager whom argued with me, the customer for owner info she responded she is the owner. Will be cancelling all 4 lines ASAP. If u want professionalism go to Central Cricket location.

They are under new management > I love the the new manager she is so sweet and helpful. Went in with a issue that took others 3 days to try and resolve she took care of the issue in less that 30 min!!!.

If i could i would give this store negative 5 stars. Today my son went to get a sims card was told by the manager we are not a corparate store we do not follow what they say because the sims according to customer care are .9.99 but the store charges 9.99 plus 25$ activatin fee even tho im already a cricket customer. So i called this store and ask to speak to the manager and i was explaining what customer care told me and she told me IF YOU WOULD JUST SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO ME LADY YOU MIGHT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING UNLESS YOUR STUPID. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. so uless u want to be treated like crap dont go here go to the central store.
