Metro by T-Mobile is one of my favorites wireless cell phone service providers they got great phones great service and I have been a customer there for years many years

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had, and this is the second time I attempted to aquire service from this certain business, dealing with the same person.

Arrived at 5:55 walk in & told they closed at 6 I work off at 5:30 a friend was going to pay his bill & wasnt asked any questions simply told they were closed, with another customer standing there . Bad business practice .

Went to pay my bill in person today and they had a big red tag on the door??? Something about not paying taxes??Really now where do we go for services?

Ive had several bad experiences at this store with the manager lady. She appears to be on some type of mine altering substance. Does not look good for the store having someone like this running it!!

This Metro PC is pretty nice the people at this one is actually really friendly and helpful they really try to help you out as best as they can and take care of your needs and their service is pretty good when when they say that its unlimited data its actually unlimited data I have never ran out of data since I have switch to them

The staff are very nice but there phones suck bought a new phone from there and going on 2 weeks with no phone 2nd it wont charge or turn on got a new one today and no volume at all😠😡

Intentionally overcharged each time weve been ..lied to my mother about needing cash when she wanted to pay with card. ..made her drive back to bank ...luckily I confronted them .
