Hmmm...So far things have not happened as I was told they would happen. Ill present my final review and star rating at a later date...***UPDATE***So far, Ive not had any issues with my account or the product. All is currently being done as discussed and agreed upon. I will upgrade them to a 5-star rating, based upon their service and equipment.

Simply put, this is a review on RAC itself not RAC specifically in hot springs... i got a text saying i have a $1700+ credit token to apply at RAC... so i go in, thinking, hey maybe i can apply this to a newer washer or dryer.... only to have the person behind the desk tell me i can only apply $600 to a washer or dryer, and then i would have to buy something else to apply more of the credit, and something else to apply more credit. Meaning to use the $1700 i have to purchase like $1800+ worth of stuff to use the credit.

They have the latest and best of a variety from phones to TVs, tires, and washers/dryers. I got a JBL EON COMPACT. It took only 15 minutes for paperwork and approval! RAC ROCKS!

I want to know why the company offers same day delivery but yet i got to wait 5 days just for them to get my mattress in. this is a total rip off. i expected it to be today or tomorrow .. how come y’all offer same day delivery but don’t order mattress a head of time when you know you don’t have any mattresses. how about y’all deliver my dresser and stuff since y’all have that .. plus i work when they wanna deliver this a rip off cus this my one day off

Very disappointed. Walked in ready to buy a bedroom suite and love seat but unfortunrtly I left without even speaking to a sales person.I walked around the small store for about 15 mins and not once did anyone greet me, ask if I needed help or anything. I even stood at the front desk and still no one. I felt completely invisible.I think Ill take my money elsewhere.

Great service and friendly staff for the most part. Ive bought several products through them and enjoyed the benifits of them taking care of repairs while under payment, delivery, and folks who are willing to help you find what you really want and are tolerent with those of us (like myself) who have trouble making up their mind.Be prepared to pay a lot more in the long run due to high interest as thats the flip side of the instant gratification that they offer.

Great staff very helpful,and honest. Just had a misfortune with a washer dryer set, but no hassel they have scheduled a pick up.

Store opened late, was sitting outside in the hot sun for a while with other customers waiting for open, when opening time came around, we still had to wait a while for someone to unlock the front door.

Awful customer service, and they were not willing to help with getting us something we actually needed.

They gave us used tv stand & used Dell laptop took the Dell laptop back they blamed it on me saying that it was my fault that my camera or my dvd player wouldnt work so I had to furced them to give me a new one & they said if this one doesnt work its still your dame fault not very nice & very rude & disrespectful to a customer

I went in today for the first time and was shocked by what they are selling. Stained, scratched, torn furniture for outrageous prices. $2,500 for a used sectional where every cushion had white crusty stains and the leather was peeling. Needless to say I will not be buying from them.
