The quickest service I have ever had replacing a device! This store is spacious and had plenty of inventory. It was great that they had enough employees to help all of their customers. We worked Austin and he was so helpful! He explained all the options to us and helped us get a great deal. Our transaction from walking into the store to leaving with our upgraded device only took 30 minutes. Definitely will be back for any future upgrade needs.

I had a great experience here. Jorge is a new worker here and he was awesome! Though new, this guy had every answer but maybe 2. He helped me with three different phones and was very helpful in recommending based on needs and pricing. Jorge also went through specific detailed specs and then brought them up afterwards just as a validation. That is customer service.

My mom and I went to verizon on hope mills. We were helped by daryl. He was super nice, great attitude and EXTREMELY patience. My mom had a 1000 questions and he helped explain it to her and never got frustrated. This man fell short of being Jesus but he was darn close. We were the last people there and he stayed for a few hours explaining the phone to my mom. Im sure all the workers are great but I recommend daryl. Also, one critique is I felt he sometimes didnt explain things well for me to understand but he tried different ways until I understood which again goes to his character that he is patient and an overall great guy.

Verizon is running a holiday deal where you add a line and get a free phone and I wanted to handle this transaction in person. I was at the store a few minutes after opening and there were zero customers when I walked in. There was a customer service representative directly to my right who looked at me, but would not bother to speak. With that being said I told her I was there for the promotion and she offered to assist. Even though I clearly stated what I was there for she basically ignored it and tried to up sale me with another offer. I told her for the third time what promotion I was interested in and she proceeded to tell me I asked for the promotion she was trying to coerce me into. She then stated the promotion I wanted must be online only. Poor customer service and would recommend going to another location.

On our visit to the Verizon in Hope Mills, my wife and I purchased 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max, the sale representatives name was Mathew Edge, he was very knowledgeable of the product and made the purchases enjoyable. So here’s the deal.. if you go to the hope mills Verizon store you must ask for TAMIKA. She’s amazing!! I was stressed out beyond belief after my Phone froze up. Tamika swooped in and spent over two hours with me. She tried to fix my phone but it was beyond repair. She switched me over to a new phone, found me the best deal, transferred everything and fixed a billing issue. She’s very smart and has years of experience. Tamika saved me a lot of stress and anxiety,! She’s THE BEST.
I went into the Hope Mills store after not being able to go in the Skibo store. I was upgrading and wanted to compare two phones. I was met at the door by Daryl who was amazing. He was able to help me find exactly what I needed. I could touch and hold both phones and he gave me the 411 on the deals they both had. He was amazing!!! Super sweet with a great disposition. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with my Wireless Consultant Mathew Edge. I had complicated issues with an order and multiple account changes that needed to be done, which were solved and I felt like my issue was handled with priority. Service was fantastic and all safety precautions were taken with social distancing and masks covering were worn. If I need any further assistance or questions, I feel confident that I will be taken care of at this store.
Suddenly they charge $35 to switch from one tablets info to another. My fiance has been a loyal customer with many accounts and great credit through verizon for 20 years.....this is a rip off..what happened to customer service for customer loyalty..one star was for being open. Very disappointed..

Verizon store on Main Street-- I cant say enough good things about the customer service at this store ! I came in after having a horrible experience at a different store and was already expecting the worst. I was immediately seen and helped by Tammy Burgart. She was an Angel! The process took several hours. There were many many setbacks that could have been frustrating but her helpfulness and friendliness made the time go by to the point where I was actually enjoying myself. Friendliness aside, she was able to transfer me back to an iPhone and made sure all of my pictures were transferred as well (something the employee at the previous store said she couldnt do). She followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was still going good. I HIGHLY recommend this store and ask for Tammy if you go! (though all the other employees seemed helpful as well).

Went to this location thinking all this time that it was an actual Verizon store, until it came time to buy iPhone 11s for my wife and daughter. They charged us an extra $200 (100 for each phone) over the actual online price the Verizon website was asking for. Come to find out, if we would have went with the 24 month payment plan, and not buy the phones up front, we would have paid $699 instead of $810 each phone. That’s what we were told and it didn’t make sense, and it didn’t make sense to the Verizon rep that I talked to on the phone about it.I would recommend that Verizon customers steer clear of this business. It’s disgusting that they got away with tacking on an extra $100 - as if you’re being penalized for paying for the items up front.
Brian is very responsive to my request. He went out of his way to find us the best solution to my problem. I recommend him to everyone!
I must have a bad streak with Verizon stores or something because I just went to the Skibo location and this place was terrible with customers. I’m not waiting all day just to get my phone screen fixed! 20 other people infront of us with employees taking forever with other customers, and another employee just watching everything! Come on, you all can do better than this.
Our salesman Mr Allen was fantastic, funny, conversational, fast and very helpful and he was willing to help us when he was about to clock out and his day was over but he assisted us with no hesitation. Id reefer this man to anyone with verizon, and feel he needs a raise!!!! Thank u Allen. Ur awsome.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. we waited 30 minutes for help one employee walked out and did not acknowledge us then another employee finished up and just sat at her station without saying anything. We know everyone is busy however it would have been nice to be acknowledged that we were there.

My husband and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones (finally). We were greeted promptly and it was the quickest, most efficient trip. I forget her name but the brunette woman helped us and brought out the phones for us to hold, gave us honest customer thoughts and reviews, helped with initial installation and purchase and discounts we could take advantage of. I cant remember a trip to the phone store that was that easy, quick and helpful. NO other store told us the discounts that were offered. She was patient with our questions and I felt great when we left. This was also the largest store I have ever been in. Recommend a visit!

As you can see I’m kinda in the middle of the road here. This is my go to store; Stacey Sutton is absolutely second to none, so I continue to return as well as recommend this location to family and friends—so service is great. Now, I’ve been to this location a few times, and even I, an avid heat lover will tell you that the A/C in this unit or whatever it is must be on its last leg, which really sucks for the people that work there—though they are amazing; it’s just too got damn hot 🥵 in there. I only say this because this was the case last year as well when I went in to upgrade—good thing Stacey Sutton is so nice, but enough is enough—Seriously; fix the A/C!!! I just don’t get it. It’s going to be a scorcher this summer and I wouldn’t even leave my dog there with the A/C giving out like that. Increase your bottom-line—the customer service is there, now let’s try a little climate control for the icing on the cake—seriously, who does that? Not AT&T 😉
Total Scam. Contacted Verizon Wireless and confirmed SIM cards are free of charge. This store charges $20 for a sim card when any other store I have ever been to will give you one for your new phone. The store clerk stated that they had been selling SIM cards since he started working there 6 years ago. Reported to Verizon HQ.

I am a family dollar associate at the hope mills location. we sell Verizon prepaid phones and cards. But once we sell these items there is nothing we can do with them it is suppose to be up to Verizon to help the customers! But yet i have spent the last three days trying to help people get their phones working when Verizon says sorry nothing we can do about it!!!! This is pathetic!!! save yourself some money and just go to cricket wireless they are at least helpful!
The location is a little hard to get into and is well worth the navigation. quick, fast, friendly, and reliable service all under one roof. Love the location. wish they would take a lesson from their book and teach the others how to handle customers.

Daryl waited on my mother and myself. My mom knows very little about a smart phone. U..S. Cellular made her feel stupid and did not help her at all. Daryl took up a lot of time helping my mom feel comfortable when she left and even after we got home we had to keep bothering Daryl with questions and he continued to help us. After 4 days and several conversations between the two companies, John was able to resolve our issue (after an hour and twenty-seven minute phone call with Samsung.) I had Lauren Couture help me out and she was quick and knew all the products. She wasnt pushy either but was very informative which made me much more confident in what I was buying. She told me to contact her anytime if I had any questions or concerns and also broke down my bill so I know what each charge is and why so I wouldnt be surprised by anything. If your looking at getting on the best network I strongly suggest talking to Lauren as she has all the answers and will negate any concerns you have. Very good experience and Im glad I decided to work with her.
I just switched from sprint to Verizon. Steven was wonderful to work with. He set me up with a new phone and when I had issues with it and came back an hour later (I’m an idiot and couldn’t figure the thing out) he walked me thorough it and fixed my issue. That dude deserves a raise *wink wink*

I was referred to sales rep Shanna Parrish at the Hope Mills Location and I must say that I have never received such good customer service as I have with her. Was thinking about switching from At&t to Verizon and decided to swing by this location to see what they can offer. Walking in with my daughter we were immediately greeted by Tamika. It was an absolute pleasure working with her as she easily broke down all the entitlements, discounts, prices, payments etc I would be expecting. Not once did I feel pressured or steered into a direction I did not want to go. She was very kind to me and my daughters and just made the whole experience fun and smooth. As stressful as it was with a sick daughter, the cost of switching over and prices of the phones, myself and my daughter walked out with brand new IPhones XR with no regrets. Mike Liles at the Hope Mills Verizon Store is our family’s go to person for cell phones. Recently, while vacationing at the beach, I called to make an appointment to upgrade to an iPhone 8plus the next time I was in Hope Mills. Mike mentioned he was on a family vacation at a neighboring beach and offered to meet us at the Shallotte Verizon Store to discuss a new phone. Who does that? Mike explained the “tech stuff” and made the sign-up process uncomplicated. Love my new phone and highly recommend you give Mike a call!
Gina Piers is the best!!! My husband and i needed help merging our accounts after we got married. We had extenuating circumstances which made us really dread the idea of going in to get it done, but Gina made us very comfortable during the whole process. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed when we left. I will always look for her when I need help with our phones or accounts again.
