Never in my life have I seen the attention to detail Minnie the manager used while putting a safety glass cover over my phone. (Theyre expensive but worth it.)When I complimented her work, she replied I treat your phone like its mine. And that hit home. Thats slogan material right there.Im a sprint customer merging in and this store has made it nothing but easy for me. No long waits. Friendly staff. Good work. Plain and simple.

Awesome experience from the get go. Walked into this location and was greeted by a warm T-Mobile welcome by the two staff members and was immediately assisted by Minnie. Craig and Minnie gave my family a painless experience! Customer Service was phenomenal! I also didn’t understand the lifetime warranty but she explained it and replaced it. Craig’s customer service was very natural and not forced by an means. Great ambassadors for TMobile I’ve been a customer for 14 years plus and this was by far the most pleasant experience!

I was a previous T-Mobile customer. I left T-Mobile due to lack of service, but I want to make it clear that T-Mobile has always had great customer service wile I was a customer. While I was a customer, I received awesome customer service. Once T-Mobile had reduced my bill from almost $200 to $75 because my phone was accidentally roaming. Moving to the reason why Im writing this comment. Currently, I am not a T-Mobile customer, Ive left T-Mobile for Verizon but I still have a range extender from T-Mobile. I am trying to send that item back to T-Mobile and they keep telling me that there is nothing they can do. They are telling me that I have to pay over $300 for this equipment that I have no use for. I feel like if I was still a customer or interested in returning they would have figured out a way to help return this item. Now that I am no longer a customer they have no requirement to me. Im sorry T-Mobile but I think you may have lost my business forever.

We came, into T-mobile and Minnie was absolutely amazing in helping me get new service. She’s super cool, great personality and very knowledgeable of her job and could answer all of my questions and concerns and was SOLD right away!!! Id give 10 stars if I could. I had multiple visits and every time I was greeted with professionalism and great customer service. Ramona and James were there on my first visit and they helped me make the best decisions for my familys needs. My next visit was with Chris and Christopher. There were problems with a warranty return (not their fault), and they went out of their way to make it as quick and easy an experience as possible.I will give this location my business every time in the future. Went a week ago with my husband and the staff were completely unprofessional. We went because of the great military discount but the man told us a completely different number than that online. He then left us with another female coworker who gave us a whole new more expensive number to switch and get new phones. Meanwhile the staff were just dancing and cutting up to music around the store or leaving us to talk to other customers.

So today I noticed that my data was completely turned off and I couldnt make calls or do anything so I went to the Hope Mills location and the guy said that its because I updated my phone and its a software issue. So I got home and I noticed that I was only able to make calls or texts on WiFi so I got in my settings and I was able to switch it to I can make calls and text anywhere. the store needs to have their employees trained better.

James from T-Mobile is the absolute top of the T-Mobile food chain, I’ve never met a man who could make my mom buy expensive things so fast. He is the backbone of this company. The only man I fear and respect. Also he can rock that hair style and beard, you go James!!!

Manager James is completely rude. Ignored his own employees requests for help with my issues; which relates directly to a service members phone while overseas. Tmobile has very poor service in store, and on the phone. The military discount is not worth their all around poor service - cellular and customer.

Customer service was outstanding unfortunately I was there for over an hour trying to get my jump plan put on my number and not the temporary number I had for a week when I got my phone. Otherwise I would recommend this location.

I almost forgot to write a review but Craig and his co-worker helped me get set up with my phone and tablet. If youre looking for a great atmosphere and looking to laugh, theyll definitely make your day. So far I love my new phone and tablet. Entire staff is extremely nice.Had to go back and change my review because I never received my promotion reimbursement as I was told it was never put in when I made the original purchase, so I went to the store on Ireland/Raeford to have it fixed. I was told again I should receive it in 6-8 weeks. Now, its been about 5 months total and TMOBILE wants to credit my FAMILY account (paid by everyone individually) stating that they cant send me the card now because the promotion is over even though I have notified them about this problem months ago by phone and in store. I will never do a promotion of buy this get that for free EVER again with TMOBILE.

I have new account with several phone lines and question I had was answered, explained etc.😊

The two times I have visited T mobile they were very helpful to me.

Tried to upgrade my phone the guy tried charging me a 120 dollar down payment plus 58 dollars for tax. When I already looked on the app and it was only 56 dollars. Well I didn’t buy it from the store. I got it on the app. Won’t be going back to that store.
