Done a great 👍 job replacing my screen

Have paid for a new phone screen twice, had to get it repaired because it was glitching. I then dropped my phone and the whole screen popped off, and the owner states since it has one small crack I will need to pay again to replace it. However one small crack should not make it okay for the fact that the screen has completely popped off. I have spent over $600 with this company!

They respond back within minutes and that’s very professional!

Great service, phone screen was fixed in 45 mins. Only downside is (now this is my personal opinion) that my screen is getting small cracks when it’s dropped on the carpet, that’s with a case. I feel like it’s a cheap quality screen

Brice helped me figure out what was wrong with my IPad Air and was very up front and honest with me on what was wrong with it. I tried other places around town and they gave me the run around about how much it would cost and all the fees that come with fixing it. Brice just said “bring it by and I will take a look at it and help you from there.” Took ten minutes and he told me what was wrong with it. I will be coming back here because of him.

I went in on Friday May 19, had my screen and battery replaced for my iPhone 6 Plus. It was done fast and with great work. My screen started flickering Sunday May 21, Jessica did a great job. It was all covered under their warranty and she had a great attitude and personality! I strongly recommend! Both employees were very quick and friendly! I cant remember the other ones name though.

After using CPR over off Reaford rd I can say I will only use ifix and repair. I had my screen replaced at cpr on Wednesday last week and Thursday evening the screen falls off. Display was still working for a bit but the ribbon wire ripped after it fall off again. I went back and had to wait a day for a screen to come inside Friday I go back and get a new screen put on. They make me buy the screen again for starters. Then on Sunday it break again. But this time it looks like it was hit with something sharp but from the inside. So I take it to Brice at ifix and repair in hope mills Walmart. I tell Brice what was going on and he starts working on it right away right in front of me. When he opens it up he sees a number of screws missing. Then there are screws lose floating around inside the phone and that’s what broke it this last time. A screw was laying on its back with the point up and cracked it from inside. Not only that but I also had a proximity sensor replaced the first time cpr fixed it and the sensor was off the tape but some how Brice got it back on and working again. To the owner of ifix and repair in hope mills, Brice is a awesome tech and needs a raise and/or a promotion. Now I’ve PMed CPR and told them what happened and said I wanted a refund on the labor and the second screen. I’d be will to pay for the first screen and prox sensor. I told them as a business owner myself that seems more then fair. And all I got back was a angry face emoji

Had a cracked screen. Brought my phone in and spoke with Austin. Repaired the screen quickly and it works fine. Looks new. Saved having to buy a new phone. Worth the $85. Dont hesitate. Just take in your phone and see what they can do. Highly recommended!!

I had recently bought an Solid state hard drive that did not come with any mounting screws. I stopped here third and this was the only spot that had what I needed. Adam and Austin were quick and courteous about helping me. Thanks again guys.

This place is fast and has friendly service. The price on repairs is very reasonable. My daughter cracked her iPad and jammed her volume button. It took less than 24 hours to get it back. Ill be taking mine soon to have the cracks repaired on mine. I highly recommend these guys!

Horrible its just unbelievableWe had someone recommend us to this company and so we went. We came in fast service then he said it would be ready the next day about the same time. So the next day we went to pick it up and it WAS not ready it was not even noticed. then we met a guy that worked there and helped us and he said it should be ready about wensday at about 5 and so we called going to go pick it up and it was not even there...... horrible communication and it is very in convenient to pic it up a 7 but guess what theres no other choice

I took my phone there and it was giving back in a total different condition. The black guy that fix my phone ripped me off and made it seem like I did it. I lost my proximity sensor so my phone doesn’t blackout When I’m on a call. My phone was bend on the corner. The resolution is completely different. He blamed all of this on the after market product but I was never told. I would not go there again. You can buy the screen for $20 online and replace it yourself for way less than they charge.

Top notch customer service, quality work and very reasonable prices! Adam and Brice went out of their way to help me. Not only did they patiently answer all of my questions but Adam even stayed well past the store closing time to fix my shattered screen, deal with an unforeseen problem with my phones electrical board and install my new screen protector and case. Could not ask for a better experience!

Brought a phone with a cracked screen along with a replacement screen. Guy up front said 1hr. Came back phone wasnt fixed. Guy said (very uneasy and knew he was full of it too) that they have to replace the LCD as well even though the LCD is not broken at all. He called the boss and he told him they dont do that. Makes sense. The boss apparently fixes screens over the phone. Anyway. They did not fix anything. Useless place. Unless its a major brand phone and they can suck every cent out of you, they wont fix it.

Brought my computer in, discovered it was a small problem. ( they were honest and didnt try to tell me it was more) I was in and out of there in a very short time. Brice did a great job. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

My son dropped my phone, shattering my screen. I took it here to get my screen replaced and was having difficulty hearing after. I took it back and they fixed the problem. They offer a warranty but didnt even ask for a receipt, they just went out of there way to fix it. They fixed it quickly and were very professional! I definitely recommend them!! I had the least welcoming customer service experience I can recall at this place on Saturday. I was the first customer there ready to shell out $100 to get my iPhone repaired. The gentleman there was just opening up and clearly wanted nothing to do with me. He was annoyed to have to deal with a customer and was very obvious about it LOL. Suffice it to say they wont be getting any of my hard earned money and I do not recommend going there unless youre ok with being treated like a bother.

I cracked my iPhone SE screen a week ago and I went to the ifix and repair at cross creek mall. They did fix the screen however, when they did it had squiggly lines in the corners of the screen.. So I take the screen cause I needed one then the next few days were hell.. The screen was calling people, doing all kinds of crazy things.. So I go back up to the mall and she recommended me to the ifix and repair in hope mills at Walmart. i address the issue on the screen and the guy asks his boss about it, and I thought he wasnt going to replace the screen but he did.. I just want to say thank you for fixing the phone and helping me with this issue. I will be coming back to do business again.

I took an iPad mini 3 in to replace the screen. I was told it would be ready the next day. I went to pick it up. The lady apparently didn’t know that it had Touch ID. I trying unlocking with my finger and didn’t work. She called someone from another store and then told me that she put the wrong screen on and Touch ID will no longer work. The person on the phone offered to put another screen on taking the play out of the home button and refund a portion of the payment I made but would not have Touch ID. I had to pick up the iPad from the other store in a few days. I picked it up but now the screen stops responding to touch after about 15 minutes of use. I have to press the sleep button and unlock it again in order for it to respond. These people should have offered to replace it since they were the ones that broke it.
