Every time I come in this store they have new faces. The only person that’s done her job right and I was pleased was Carissa!!! So I Went to the store because I’ve been having trouble with my phone . Called sprint they told me to go to the local store and they would be able to help me . Went there told the girl what I needed help with she was really rude and was like well I can’t help you I’m sorry they told you that .. I’m like can you look on my account and just see if you can help me she said no I can no you have to go to a corporate store and it’s a hour away .😤 okay mind you I got a replacement phone from apple after I got my replacement phone from apple it took me 10 days to activate my phone . Everyone of those days I was on the phone with sprint / apple trying to get my phone activated for hours at the time . For some reason they couldn’t get my phone to work sprint say saying it’s apples fault and apple said it’s nothing to do with them . Mind out I went 10 plus days without a phone sprint never offered to give me a loaner phone . So on the 12 day I stayed on the phone for 6 hours with the both companies and come to find out sprint was not doing there job correctly and the mistakes was on sprint .. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this .. my plan is to get my phones paid off and find me another phone company because sprint sucks .
I ordered a new phone on-line but needed additional help and went to the store they were able to help complete the transfer process. The staff was helpful and friendly.
11am. 1 employee, 3 customers, did not acknowledge our presence. Waited 20 minutes. Walked out . Need to get more people on military payday. Disappointed. Long time customer.
These people really sold me a screen protector yesterday for 50.00 bucks and with the first drop it flew from the phone and cracked! Instead of fixing the issue the raggedy store person did not make it right but instead try to transfer blame! I have bought so many things through them but NEVER AGAIN!

Trying to upgrade and the sales guy insisted on a phone that was the exact same as the one I currently had. Also once you build your life around an iPhone, going to android is near impossible, they still tried to make me switch. They got irritated when I said never mind and canceled my contract. Just for an upgrade lol
NOT A SPRINT CORPORATE STORE!This store is independently owned (or so they tell customers) and they are AWFUL! Dont go there. Youre better off going to the mall or Best Buy. Inconvenient for Sprint customers, but save yourself a bad day and dont go to this location. They pick and choose which Sprint services they want to offer, have a very limited selection, dont keep much inventory, and arent knowledgeable.
I dont know why everyone is bashing this store. I guess people will only review just to have someone to hear their complaints. My HTC One M9 OS just fried the other day, and I was directed to this store to have them take a look at it to see if it could be reset (differently than typical factory reset). Not only were Carissa and Aaron extremely helpful, they really knew their stuff. They went through their procedures so I could follow along, and when the OS could not be reset/repaired, they set me up with a new phone. It helped I was due for an upgrade. (Good to keep those lines open with paying off and just waiting patiently.) I was all set up with a brand new phone on the way, credit for my existing phone, and tips for the process. Effortless and painless.The crew at this store is very good, if you have a smidgen of patience.
This place is decent but they need to have a repair shop here.

This is a rating on the store itself and not the Sprint service. If it were the sprint service, it would be a 1-star. I switched to Sprint about a month ago now and everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. There were a few times they didnt know the exact details on a promotion but were quick to look it up so they didnt quote the wrong thing. After the service started a couple days later, I received notice that my bill was past due and the phones were about to be cut off for non-payment even though I was never a Sprint customer till two days before that. I went in again and they were very helpful on getting the right people on the phone to find out what was going on. Great people and customer service. As for the Sprint service, it sucks.....I wish I could go back to Verizon at this point....
Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The manager, Aaron, called me a liar to another employee after ordering me the wrong phone and waiting for it for 5 days. And then had the nerve to tell me my only options were to leave my phone with them or wait 5 days for the correct phone to arrive. Save yourself a headache and go to the one on Skibo.
Worst experience ever! The staff and management are not trained properly and everything performed is sloppy. You hear different stories from all the employees and they give you the run around. They dont inform you appropriately on all the information. Its a shame to sprint that this store is giving you guys a bad wrap.
I went in to swap one phone to another. Gave the customer service Rep.both phones when I returned to pick up phones. The phone ghat I had kept with me was deactivated to k e of the phones that was left at store. I have missed several calls snd was not able to make calls for 4 hours. I would not have known if I had not call to Inquire about plans. Not acceptable!
The store was late opening up. When they did open they acted like it was a bother to wait on me. Told me it would take 3 to 5 days to get the phone I wanted. They didnt have the phone I wanted but when asked if they would call another store to see if someone else had one they couldnt be bothered although there was only one other customer in the store. They did nothing to help me at all. But thanks to them I did call the store in the mall and not only did they have 1 they had 2 so they held the color of the one I wanted for me til I got there and the store in the mall will forever get any business I need cause these girls would prolly do just as good if they were on the corner working as they would in the store they are in...trash trash trash
Do not get service with them!!! Nothing but a headache and bad service. I only had service with them for literally 10 days and I am still dealing with the headache 3 months later smh

I bought a galaxy note 7 and called the store to exchange it. Brian answered the phone. They told me that there was no recall and that I could keep it if I wanted. They also told me that unless I bought the phone there, they could not exchange it because they are a third party. He told me that I could exchange my phone at Radio Shack. I called Sprint and the operator laughed when I told him what they told me. I called back and was told the same thing after I insisted that there was most definitely a recall. Brian told me that the media is calling it a recall, but its not really a recall, its a world wide exchange program. Who is this guy? Samsung PR director? If Brian wasnt sure what the status of the Note 7 was, why didnt he find out and give me the correct answer? I cant believe that this guy is misleading customers about an issue as serious as a lithium battery fire! And I have to exchange my phone at a Radio Shack? Surely Sprint will reimburse these third party phone dealers to get these phones of the street! Its a Sprint store for god sake!Final Judgement: If you have to go to a Sprint store, drive another 20 minutes to the Skibo Rd. location, pass this store entirely. Unhelpful, unfriendly, and definitely not knowledgeable!After reading other reviews, I realized that all Sprint stores in the Fayetteville area are owned by third parties. Ill make it simple. Dont go to a Sprint store unless you are glutton for punishment.

Sales person was literally standing at the door waiting to pounce. Very unprofessional and intimidating.
The young lady took care of my issue in less than 10 minutes.

The Sprint service in this area is bad bad I got my new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with new contract last month but I am going to cancel my Service this week anyway I get only 1 bar of service sucks.
