I absolutely love Boost Mobile and the lady that works in there that I deal with is a doll!.. she gave me the case to her phone out of the kindness of her heart because they didnt happen to have a cute one for the Samsung Galaxy S8... They are always super friendly in here and very helpful! It can get a bit busy so u may have a wait, but other times you get right in and out! Adore this place and love Boost Mobile!

Clerk is rude, has no compassion, very slow and barely understandable, she didnt care about anything but how much she could profit .she makes nothing over the phone .

The girl that took care of us was amazing.explained every detail 0f the cell service we were buying.i was so pleased i sent my nephew and his wife and my sisterinlaw and her husband.they also loved the service they received.

Shut off my Verizon Phone. And went to Boost. Phone bill was cut in half. Just wish the Mobile Data was better.

The lady has the worst customer service skills. The phones are defective. They hide behind a stupid 30 minute policy. Which theres no way in hell you can find out if a phone is broken. They try and tra you into maintaining a business relationship by hold 25% and some more of your money. The asian lady tries to over power you when youre speaking. She says the same thing over and over just using different words.

Online stated that the store opens at 8 a.m. but they dont. Drove 30 mins to find out the store doesnt open till 10. Did I choose the right company yo switch to.
