I went to the cricket dealer in Hope Mills for a new telephone the girls were absolutely amazing they got me exactly what I needed and Im very very pleased with their professionalism the courtesy and their patients with me. I do recommend Cricket to everybody I know I think my son and his wife are on Cricket but Im not sure. Anyway its an amazing place I love my Cricket store Ive been a Cricket customer I was the first Cricket customer in Colorado Springs the day they opened and Ive been with yall ever since. Is it unprofessional employees but the manager on duty did help me get my issue rectified overall with Cricket Im a new customer so I dont have a lot of input at this moment on how their service is but as of right now same to be fine

I only go to this location ! The young manager Chrishaun was very knowledgeable about the phones and TRULY does everything she can to help ! The other employees were friendly as well and they all worked together like a well oiled machine

I like Cricket I just dont like the one in Hope Mills because they start adding extra charges and the one on Owen Drive I like a lot better the girl who works in there is super sweet and she does whatever she can to help

I am soooo happy that we have a cricket in Hopemills now we dont have to go on the other side of town to pay bills or do it over the phone. My experience was superb the associates were on very friendly and helpful with any questions i had about phones, plans, even down to giving us FREE goodies and guess what they even have FREE phones EVERYONE please stop in and check them out as well as the locations on Grove st and Owen Dr who ever the manager is who have a awesome group of people.

This store in particular helped us out a lot because a previous store I went to one of the workers made a big mistake and I paid $80 for the service and then turned out they couldn’t switch my phone over and I couldn’t get my money back which was a terrible experience but this store understood and did their best to help.

The customer service was excellent and the store manager was very knowledgeable about the devices in the store. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
