4 of my family members lost service for 2 days. This was because I was told that the porting of our phone numbers would not happen until we entered the SIM cards into our phone. This was a lie. It instantly disconnected our lines from Sprint.Misinformed employees, and terrible process. Everyone here seemed clueless on my why my order was cancelled.Very disappointed with my service here today.
We received great service, the manager, the only employee there on a Friday evening, was very knowledgeable, even though he had several customers in the store he recognized all of us while helping another customers.We did not mind the wait. I will recommend AT&T to my friends.
Getting a new phone is usually very stressful for me. Alec had me in and out in under half an hour and even helped me with my ideal payment plan. Super great service and love the new phone.

Alec at the Hillsboro Costco store is a rockstar and full of information and helpful suggestions! We went and saw him 2x in 1 week and he’s the best around. We were in and out with new phones in about 15mins
The staff at the location have done a fantastic job with handling the barriers like covid-19 and the fiscal depression impacting the community to overcome issues far beyond their responsibilities and roles! Seeing them take the time patiently and respectfully with each person is amazing. I have seen them calm abusive customers attempting to illegally access accounts, and routinely handle issues that occurred prior to the sale of the location to an authorized dealer (all but only a handful in the Portland area are still “corporate”). Just this last week I saw an advocate in store help talk down a violent customer threatening them because they didn’t complete a process almost half a year ago with the old management group that timed out before they took over! They’ve resolved issues for myself, my family and loved ones that weren’t their jobs to, and I’m thankful for their dedication 🙏🏼
They lied to me. Straight up lied to my face after a phone number was released, that it was not. Loyal customer of 8 years. No loyalty from this store.Had to report them to corporate. Now they (“Scott” the manager) will honor what they said the first time. Bottom line, this store has ZERO customer service.
Best store in the area!After years of being with Verizon, I switched service providers. I initiated this process at a different area AT&T store and was frustrated by the service provided, so I came to this store to address some concerns and they (specifically Freya and Scott) have gone above and beyond to help settle me in and make sure my services, bills, and phone are exactly what I need. The quality of service, both in terms of my actual cell service and the customer service, are unmatched in my experience. A++

I had several issues with my phone and was not able to solve at home with the aid of google. I was hesitant to come to the store because last April 2019 the clerk said that they only sell merchandise now and dont support. I came in anyway because I really needed help. Bobby was the one who greeted me with the smile beneath the mask and asked what he could do to help. Little did he know, my Samsung S8 and I needed a lot of attention. Bobbys character and personality was so kind and patient. Easy to talk to and explain things to. He was a great listener and worked through all my issues very professionally. Thank you for hiring such knowledgeable helpful people. He restored my faith in At&T technical support.

Ordered an iPhone online for pickup at this location. Ordering online was a BIG mistake! Even thought the phone was in-stock at the store, and even though I paid outright for the phone (no payment plans), the status of my order was processing for far too long considering had I just walked into the store and paid for it, Id be on my way. I called AT&T customer service and sat on the phone, going in circles for a long time. I spoke with someone who was overly nice, apologizing for inconveniences they assumed I was experiencing before even hearing me out which seemed ingenuine. After a long time, and me repeating myself several times, I finally found out that my order was pending until the store said it was ready.Annoyed with the process, I worked directly with the store and a man named Austin helped me. He got everything taken care of immediately and was extremely friendly. He made friendly conversation, part of which I suspect may have been probing for other sales opportunities but I didnt get any sales pitches because there was obviously no need. As someone who trains employees in sales, I was impressed with his approach that made his assistance seem easily accessible and not forced.In the future, I will definitely skip the online part and go directly to the store for my needs. Austin made everything so easy, I will even drive out of my way to visit their store.
We went in with a complicated billing/account issue. Brandon worked with us until it was not only fixed, but he also made sure we got money refunded and verified that the account billing was properly set up for the future. Thank you Brandon!
I just got off the phone with a sales rep from this store: I decided to call because I had a wonderful experience previously with another sales rep over the phone. I explained that I was going to buy at his store instead of other retailers as a thank you and proceeded to let him know the who, the what, the when and my price range. I will spare this rep his identity but believe it or not I even confirmed the statement that was said, which was that this store would not sell me a device. Confirmed remember! Not the reps fault maybe but coaching for sure.
This time, I was not waiting and got the full service I expected. 🙂 very kind service.

Went in to get some new accessories for a new samsung. Alex helped me with the accessories and also was able to have an informed discussion about almost any phone model. Went in looking for a $500 android phone. Was immediately shown newly released iPhones way out of my price range. After reiterating my top price, I was told that I couldnt be helped at this store and to check elsewhere. The cold should this store was intense especially since there were no other customers in the store. Bought online for well within my price range for an S9.

I went into this store because I was told by the rep at Best Buy that upgraded my phone that I needed to take it back to AT&T because Best Buy doesnt take the trade ins anymore. (Which I found extremely puzzling) but okay considering the upgraded my line and paid them the trade off amount. I was greeted by Andrew and Scott and explained the situation and they were extremely confused as well because per AT&T, the trade in needs be taken at whatever store upgrades the line or supply the customer with a custom return label. Which I was not given. Anyways, these guys went totally out of their way to find me a solution because I thought for sure I would have to go back and fight Best Buy on it. Andrew called Best Buy and explained to them how they messed it up for their customer and Scott called multiple departments at AT&T until finally they were able to supply me with custom label that I needed to send my old phone back. PLUS they helped me save money on my phone bill! Both gentleman were very kind, helpful and even patient with my 3 year old. Definitely going back to the direct retailer from now on and so greatful they were able to and willing to fix Best Buys mistake!

Walked into the store today and extremely upset with customer service. Looks like people here have no technical skills at all. They are more sale representative than technical service provider. Time to move on to another service provider for phone and TV.

We lost a sim card and needed to replace it. The whole visit took 7 minutes, the service was courteous, quick and efficient, and best of all, they waived the $5 charge!
I was a victim of misinformation. They put a hard inquiry on my credit after telling me about a discount and then later refused the discount. I am ending up paying more than before and the whole point of creating my account with them was defeated. Whole lot of time wastage. Better to switch to another plan.

Went and waited around for 20 min while the sales associate had his AirPods toying around with his tablet. While the other helping a customer yawning very 30 seconds visually making him seem unimportant. Then after paying off the rest of my phone to upgrade they then tell me I have a balance on my account and it has to be paid off before upgrading which is understandable but as I share an account my parter doesn’t make her payment until the first (never been late mind you). Why would you wait for me to pay off my phone and then tell my I have a balance and am unable to upgrade. It’s the principal but also a waste of my time and money. I love AT&T but this location is a no go for me. It’s sucks because I work in an industry we’re reviews are a big thing so I hate even posting one, goes to show I must have had a terrible experience to have to post one. Hopefully I’ll have better luck at a different location.

Came in to get my AT&T online ipad purchase sim card turned on. Not too many ppl on a early sunday afternoon. Friendly staff, quick and accommodating.
Called multiple times no one ever answered the phone went in waited 25 minutes and got no more than a welcome to AT&T we will be with you shortly, then nothing ended up walking out. Poor customer service would be a step up I got no customer service.
They were friendly and quick. Chris got me all setup and out the door in no more than 10 minutes with a new phone number.

I needed help with an I Phone I purchased here . It upgraded and locked me out of calling out only. I was told i needed a copy of my receipt and to take it to Apple at Washington Square. The short guy and the girl working when I was there on Friday 11/4/16 said they could not help me and he held the door open for me to leave. I went to Washington Square to ATT and he gave me a receipt, no problem. Then Apple fixed my phone. Our familys future business will be at another location. Beware, service here after purchase is not good at this store. Go somewhere else and good luck ....!
Meh, whatever. Staff was nice enough. But they cant actually do anything to help fix your problems. Not blaming them, its the system. Hell they couldnt even help me preorder a new phone because I was on a corporate plan. Again, not their fault, but they had to give me a phone number to call instead. After which my preorder was made just fine.Seriously AT&T, why not enable your staff to work for you? Unless of course you only want them to be sales folks (which is clearly the case).

The customer service is horrible. Out of the 6 people present 2 were standing in one corner chit chatting. 3 were helping some customers and we were waiting for our turn. One guy came from inside after 15 mins and we asked about the change to the existing plan. He was extremely rude and was not letting us ask questions. When i was trying to ask question even before i could finish he interrupted me and told me that you should try looking online. When asked about the possible change in amount to the existing bill he kept saying go online and figure it out. If you want everyone to go online and figure out stuff then dont have a shop in the first place. Seemed like he wanted to get rid of us although there was only one customer after us and the two folks who were standing in the corner talking could very well have taken care of the other customer. Utterly disgusted with the service!!!!
Walked in ...two employees looked up from what they were doing then without acknowledgment looked back down, I stood in the doorway for a couple minutes thinking hmmm that’s bad customer service. A simple “we’ll be with you in a moment” would be great... so I walked over to wait at table still no acknowledgment of my presence . I had to ask ummmm are you the only two here? Employee said yeah Can I help you? Lol No thanks. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service not to mention the women working looking like she not only hated her job but the world in general .... ugggghh worst AT&T store I’ve walked in

Customer service was nice but unhelpful. They signed me up for a $40 a month line and told me it would only be $15. I told them about the problem and they refused to fix the problem (even after an att representative on the phone told me they could and they messed it up).Needless to say Im very unhappy. They just dont care and wont fix their mistake (or honor their word).
Very, very friendly and helpful staff. Transferred 6 numbers from a ATT MVNO which is more complicated than usual. Helped me even when I wasnt there to make sure all the lines were transferred ok.
We had to change phone #s due to death in family. The employee was very nice dealing with our problems.

2 weeks ago I preordered the galaxy s5 and asked for it to be shipped to the store and not my home. Since I work in Hillsboro I wanted to pick it up at the store rather when have it shipped to my home having it sit at my door all day and not be able to get it until that night. I was told that I would be able to get the phone on or even before Friday 11th. Monday 7th I get an email saying that my phone has shipped but ups didnt have there tracking updated until Tuesday. I looked and it was being shipped to my HOME and scheduled for Monday 14th. I called to talked to CS but they told me I had to go to the store since that is were I bought it. I went to the store and was told that there is nothing that they can do now cuz it shipped already but the tracking info is always wrong and I will see it Friday 11th. Here it is, Fri 11th and ups show my phone in Idaho!!! If I had just gone to Costco, BB or any other store today... I would have my phone today!!!!! Lesson learned on going to the ATT store!!!! Liars!!!!

Ive been to this shop a lot and every single time I go there I get the same feeling from every person that works there, they all would rather not deal with customers, period. They are all very rude, they hurry you along to get you out, they lie about terms and services for sales, and they never answer any questions, they always tell you to check online. They act like they dont need or want business from anyone. Why have a store???!

An employee from this store sold me a tablet. He didnt even tell me he was signing me up for a contract or anything. All he said was the price of the tablet and that was it. Later I find out I have a monthly fee I was supposed to pay for 2 years. This is extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed. I am never going to this retail store again.
All they want to do is sell you TV service. They have no training to assist with your phone and thats coming straight from the person working there
