We stopped in from out of town and Tessa was absolutely amazing! My phone was having issues receiving phone calls for the past few months. Nobody at support could figure it out. Her (and the collaboration of another employee) were able to submit a claim to have it looked at on the back end. Turned out something was wrong with the provisions of my phone number. Thank you Tessa for helping me get this fixed in less than 24 hours of chatting with you! You definitely went above and beyond! If Im ever in the area again I will be visiting this store.

We have Comcast for TV phone and internet. Honestly I wish I could cancel. Their customer service is terrible. Ive spent hours of my life I can never get back trying to fix their mess ups. Ordered a phone I was suppose to get 2 days ago and still no phone what a surprise. Wish I could have gotten it at the store but Im not a man.
I am very disappointed in their services and being fooled and lied to. I went to the store to unlock my phone and was promised that its. There was one of the sales representatives who told me to text me the following day to double check the status of my phone and I did but he never replied. He was well aware that I will be flying overseas and will need my phone. I ended up being overseas with my phone locked and not able to have SIM card working on it. Chatted with a customer service representative through xfinity mobile and he was saying just restarting the network should be able to fix it. And it didnt of course. After this, I was trying to get hold of anyone and always being busy. I am very disappointed in xfinity service and being lied to. I ended up buying another phone just to be able to share data to my main phone. I am definitely stopping my service with xfinity after how horrible was treated and how annoying having to carry 2 phones just to be able to have data while you dont have WIFI!
What a fantastic experience! Every one of the employees was super friendly, upbeat, and helpful. They let me bring my dog in, and he got love from everyone. My representative even talked dogs and training with me for a bit, personalizing my experience and creating a positive rapport. Its a rarity that I experience this level of customer service from a corporation or its employees.Thank you to everyone at this location. Switching to xfinity as my carrier was clearly a fantastic decision.
We moved and our old Internet Modem and Flex Box sat in our storage unit for a couple of weeks. No problem. We ended up moving into a new place, and when we were ready to start services again - a Customer Service Agent on the phone hooked me up with their Triple Play Plan.For a year, we were only paying for Internet and a free Flex Box for the tv for streaming! ($65/month). Now, we have a really great deal for super fast Internet, Cable + DVR, and a home phone line. Xfinity locked us in at $100/month for two years.I came into this Beaverton location to return old devices and exchange them for our new setup. It was super easy. The service reps are so nice, and fast at setting up everything for me to take home. Answered all my questions and asked if I needed anything else.As a Mom of two, it was a great experience coming in and out so fast with everything I needed to get our Cable and Internet working at home. Thank you guys!
Poor customer service for the price. Data caps for internet implemented in 2020 while everyone was forced to use more internet bandwidth. Comcast is corporate vampirism at its finest.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I got to this location and they closed the door in my face claiming new hours. But their hours werent updated online and Ive now wasted my time. And dont bother trying to call a store you have to be on the phone 30+ minutes just to talk to a person not even a store rep. This company is ridiculous and obviously doesnt care about customer service.

Dont like their cable service is way expensive and constant morning updates and household updates constant interrupts my entertainment tv watching prices need to come down and the constant updates need to stop.

Wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me, she was nice and didn’t try to over sale me. I told her what I wanted and she respected it, then I asked about other products and she was very informative and didn’t push me into them.

Beware of the predatory practice of the sales representatives here. I was in store to get a new connection and the sales staff quoted $80 per month for the same plan which costs $35 online, when asked to itemize all the add-ons, the representative denied the possibility. Upon visiting Xfinity at a different location in Portland, I was able to get the connection @ $35 per month. The sales manager was too aggressive to push the unnecessary add-ons.Any future customer should look up for plans online before hand so that they dont try to fool you..

My DVR died last night, so I went out to the Xfinity store this morning to get a replacement. I got there a couple of minutes before opening and was already 8th in line, all very nicely spaced out due to COVID precautions. The doors opened promptly at 11, and employees quickly set up some folding tables and a rolling rack, then started helping customers. When my turn came, the rep used a wireless terminal to return my old DVR and assign a new one. She answered the couple of basic questions I had. Then I put the old stuff on the rack and left for home before 11:15. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes. I want to thank the Xfinity staff for working so efficiently in this difficult situation.

Went to try to set up an account for the apartment I just moved to and was told multiple times that I should go back to where I came from because too many people are coming here from California. A very unprofessional thing to say to a new customer even as a joke.
I went in to get service on my wifi and phone. The technician was nk nonsense. He figured it out quickly and also updated the television reception and gave me a new controller. Great.

We had a pre-scheduled appointment (highly recommend) and got in to see a technician the moment we arrived. Sam was excellent at listening to our needs, giving us options to extend our currentTV serviceto additional rooms (including a no extra charge option that will likely work for us). Covid protocols were very good. It was a bit noisy in the store.

My girlfriend set up a service appointment. They said that they would be at the apartment between 3 and 5PM. No one showed up. Called Xfinity to ask why and was told that we didnt have a appointment. Not good service. I was told that a installation representative would call me back to set up a appointment. Not one call back. And I called Xfinity twice. Dont waste your time. This isnt a good store.

The team members were very helpful. I was waiting for a call back from Xfinity customer service in order to activate my phone. The time window for the callback had come and gone so I ran down to the actual store and they were able to solve my issue in less than 5 minutes.It has been very frustrating switching to Xfinity. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches: skip the 800 call and go to the store.

Ive been there a few times. Always a very long wait with very few customers. Seems like the attitude is the customers time is unimportant. Last time I needed to exchange a defective remote-45 minutes. The good, they just exchanged it...Today, I wanted to buy an iPhone outright, paying cash. We cant do that with out the primary account person So much for a surprise gift. Im not asking to add it to the monthly bill. I asked that a manager OK this, since Im paying full retail price. Eventually management cant make a decision to keep a client happy. I was in and out of the Apple store in less than ten minutes, on a busy Sunday.Bottom line-avoid this place

Not a review of the store, just Comcast. I received modem and 600mb package, internet only, When done with install comcast blocked live tv on Hulu, So much for net neutrality. They want you to use there tv. First time that has happened to me, Closed account and sent back equipment.
My best Xfinity interaction yet. I usually go to the tanasbourne location which has friendly staff but LONG wait times. I tried to go to that location to add mobile to my account 2 times now but it was too long and I had to leave. I saw the Hillsboro location where I was immediately helped by Julian and Zak. They were so nice and made great conversation while helping me! Kenny was pretty awesome too! Bravo guys! This is definitely my go to store now!

I visited this location to return a modem. There is a parking lot so finding parking was easy. I was able to get in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. This is not typical. Returning a modem does not require any assistance. I just needed a staff person to scan the modem and hand me a receipt.

Comcast still has their signature horrible customer service with drones who cant do anything and just read the same script over and over. Their internet service is unreliable and they have a habit of taking the network down randomly for maintenance. The speeds offered are nothing special and their prices are high. Ill probably try switching to their competitor eventually but Ive heard that they are also awful so I dont have high hopes.
Comcast is the SINGLE biggest rip off ever. They screwed me on my bill multiple times so much that even though I have slower internet now never want to go back and I have heard this from MANY people.
Very poor quality service and way over priced. Technical support lacks a lot to be desired. Im switching back to Frontier Ive had great service with them in the past.

Told the manager Al I had an extremely bad migraine and was feeling very nauseous. I just wanted to return my modem and get a receipt. She told me it would be a 45 minute wait.I threw up on their floor.But I got my receipt.Thanks Al.Ive reported you to corporate.Comcast has been in the news for charging people for equipment theyve returned.But Ive got my receipt.I couldve returned it without waiting.And not barfed.But I guess they prefer barf.

The store looks great. The clerks are nice. The rates just keep going up and I feel stuck with the product. Not happy. Will be looking for other tv, internet service. I have been a customer for over 25 years, and now all I can do is cut service to maintain price I can afford.

Amazing atmosphere, lively employees, and they got the latest technology and finest accessories for phones. Plus handling problems are a sure thing for them, if they dont know someone will, even if they got to call their boss whose off lol theyll answer and get the problem solved right away.

Thylene is utterly amazing and worked us a deal so that we’re paying less now than we were for the same services through a few competitors, their home security is invaluable for our peace of mind!
One star is too high. There were three opportunities for me to be told that the reps here dont manage Xfinity Mobile accounts, that theyre only sales shills.1. The original sales person who took my pre-order and told me Id have to come back in to get it setup.2. The listed store number which I tried to call to get wait times and maybe verify needing to come in so I didnt have to waste a 15 minute drive. The stores listed number goes to the general automated menu with no options of calling the store that I came across.3. The greeter who heard what I needed and listed my name for a 20-30 minute wait.It took the rep 30 seconds to hear me and shoo me to a number, and a couple more minutes to pow-wow with others and find the number she wanted to shoo me too. The number she gave me rings with no answer. The **** am I supposed to do now? Presumably Im meant to service myself by banging the website and automated phone system together.Xfinity locations shouldnt sell cell phones if their reps arent there for customer service. Not only are the abilities so nuanced different employees misunderstand what they can do but established precedent experience is that of AT&T and Verizon stores.*Edit* For other customers, their web chat was able to get my number on the new phone. Dont use the store for Mobile.
Bought three phones here in May due to $200 Visa card promotion on each for a total of$600. When activating them, the salesman asked if we wanted brand new numbers, never mentioning that this would void the promotion as we just found out when the cards never arrived. Very scummy practice after making certain that these phones qualified and being assured by the salesman the cards would be arriving in 16-18 weeks. My daughter who is paying for hers is now devastated to find out she’s not getting her $200 back. Be warned!

All they want to do is upsell you and down grade you because you dont have latest equipment. Their all punks and never owned or enjoyed the high end studio equipment. But I have and enjoy my large high end flat screen televisions.

This company really knows how to alienate their customers. I tried many times to get them to solve my service issues and their solution was always to sell me more or upgrade my plan. After many attempts to resolve my issue I finally went to another service provider and was pleasantly surprised at their high level of service. This company is totally out of date in how they serve their customers and manager / staff are too busy to follow up with customers. When you do choose to disconnect you simply need to take your equipment to a retail location. You don’t need to call them and listen to someone coerce you into an upgrade or intimate you with special offers.

Easily the absolute worst internet provider I’ve ever had. They constantly throttle our speeds, even my wired connections. Almost everyday at 2200 the internet inexplicably turns off, and I have to wait 5-10 minutes for it to cycle back on.If I don’t use the internet for awhile, they appear to “turn it off” until I reset my router and attempt to use a wired connection. As soon as I request data, all of my devices magically start working again.And last, they are the only provider available where I live so I am stuck with this godawful service.If you have a choice to use Frontier, or honestly anyone else, please do so.
I never like having to go to these carrier type stores, but at least this location is clean and friendly, organized and efficient. I came in to exchange my Xfinity router because it stopped working. The exchange process was prompt and courteous.

Very poor customer service! I walked in and people they don’t even greet you and they don’t even try to look at you, when I tried to ask someone after a customer left, he tried to walk away from me saying that he needed to put a phone away and after asking what to do to return the equipment, I went back to the entrance and after probably 8min and after customer left, the guy at the customer service didn’t even greet, just look at me like like asking me what are doing here without greeting me until a mentioned the reason of my visit. Nothing compare to the people over the phone.
Actually Im writing to express my gratitude for the customer service I received on the phone when dealing with Xfinity I was treated as a person rather than a number, these days I really appreciate personalized customer service what you get with Xfinity when you call them with an issue or a problem

Comcast is the worst. I would drop them if there was another internet service in Hillsboro. Incompetent staff. I waited more than 1 hour here to resolve my billing issue, and even after that, I had to call customer support to have it resolved again!! Such a waste of my time.
As far as Comcast goes, this place is great. Very nice facility. The workers are nice. But it is Comcast in the end. So instead of being able to lower your bill they end up giving you extra stuff for a few months. It is what it is. Ive never really walked away angry at least.
This place has forgot to remove the equipment from my account after I returned after both times I closed my accounts. I was then got multiple calls from their agency to chased me down for the supposedly un returned equipment. I then confirmed with them I returned it and they said they wont bother me anymore, but then I received an Xfinity bill 2 months later indicating that I owed them $120 for unreturned equipment!!! I tried not to get angry, but it is hard not to. ComCast is really a messy service and I will not be returning to be their customer again. Not to mention that their internet is now limited on the data which is ridiculous!
I went in to purchase new phones and switch from AT&T to Comcast Mobile. I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience from start to finish, even though I was completely unprepared (lacking account info and such). The patience shown by Dre and the rest of the staff to get me taken care of was worthy of me actually writing this review, which is something I never do.
