Our purpose for visiting the t-Mobile store in Tanasbourne today was to add one family member to our existing t-Mobile service and switch that person’s service from Consumer Cellular to t-Mobile. We called ahead and talked to Eric to make sure someone with experience would be available. Eric answered some questions we had in a polite manner and then referred us to Jordan. Jordan was polite, respectful, professional, efficient, and helpful. He saw us through the whole process including some challenges we didn’t expect in no time. He kept in touch by phone even after we left to make sure there were no glitches to be worked out. Thank you Eric and Jordan for making our visit to your store a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.

Stopped by there yesterday an hour before they closed and I was just wanting a full break down of my bill due to a deal I got but was discontinued. They kept giving the same answer and it was all left up in the air. They seemed to care more about closing their store than to offer a helpful explanation. I was quite disappointed, they made it feel like my presence was not welcomed. Never going to that store again, didn’t feel like it was much help. I will for sure be looking to switch over to a different carrier. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Something is wrong the interconnection online store and the physical store, because in online store told me complete in store and I went to the store, they could not do it, some thing is wrong with the system, just lost time.My son is a IT researcher, and spend a lot of time first analyzing the router and at the end using your online store to buy it, only because your system does not have a notice Its out stock, We are not interested in buying another model, and if we buy it wont be with you

Had horriable experiences with cedar hills they are terrible sales associates from there manager to there lower sales reps they have no idea whats going on with explaining accounts.....but these guys man oh man from Eric one of there managers to sheila a sales rep and ther assistant manager (spaced her name) do a great job they are very helpful and knowledgeable Im thankful I gave em a shot to fix my issues before making a switch.....THANKS GUYS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

I had attempted a trade in at a different T-Mobile store and they had refused to do the trade in because the line was missing a service which they claimed couldnt be added. I then drove to this T-Mobile store and Brian immediately solved the issue for us. He added the service and I was able to trade in phones. Incredible service!

Plan to wait 15 to 20 minutes when you get here before youll be able to be assisted since the store is so busy. But the staff are the best of any T-Mobile store I have ever been to so the wait is worth it.

AMAZING customer service provided by Kyrie and Dulce! I observed these ladies handling a decent amount of customers in their store, well beyond closing hours, and somehow managed to remain professional, kind, and made each person feel important. Its becoming rare to receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service from any retail establishment, so this is why Kyrie and Dulce, deserve to be praised for their wonderful work ethic and attitude!

Went in yesterday to change from the big V to TMobile. Even though I was not planning on buying new phones... I did. The rep who helped us was really nice and helpful with my questions. Ended up with two phones and a tablet on a BOGO deal w/ free tablet. I would recommend going here during the middle of the week or when they dont have a new iPhone coming out cause they get BUSY just like every other phone store.

If you want a long wait and unremarkable customer service, then by all means go to this location. I suggest you visit others, however. I arrived at this location long before it even opened on a typical Wednesday morning. Upon opening, there were two customer service reps helping one customer respectively. We remained next in line for 40 minutes- at which point we left because my 1 year old needed a nap. My husband and I were completely dumbfounded at their lack of efficiency and prioritization. The just lost a customer and $400.

Do NOT visit this T-Mobile! If you do, DO NOT work with Titus and NEVER trust them to return your old phones for you!! I made this mistake of coming here last September to upgrade mine and my boyfriends phones. Titus is great to talk to but hes terrible at his job! He promised to return our phones for us never did so! His manager was there and apparently he doesnt care about customers either!! T-Mobile cannot find the phones we returned to the store (upon Titus suggestion) and we have been paying an additional $200 every month for the phones we no longer have! Its absolutely ridiculous how terrible this specific location and its employees are.

At first everything started out alright. I went in to add an additional line and upgrade my phone - everything went normal and I left expecting that I wouldnt have to go back until I got my phone.Then the next day I go to check my emails on the current phone that I still have and it turns out that I have no data. I go in and they remove the SIM card, restart my phone numerous times, put in two different SIM cards and speak about having to completely wipe my phone clean all to find out that they had forgotten to add my data plan back on the night before.I then get a text today stating that they had activated the line that I havent gone in to activate yet. Had to call the customer service line to deactivate it since they couldnt tell me information at the retail store over the phone.I THEN get a text stating that a 6s was shipped as my exchange for all the issues that I had yesterday that they fixed by turning on the data again.Called the retail store to speak with them about it and he asked if I could call them back in 20 minutes.Ive dealt with more rude, unhelpful people at this store in the last 72 hours than Ive had to deal with during my whole time with T-Mobile.Will go out of my way to NOT go to this store.

I walked in to file a claim for my recently damaged Galaxy SIII. The girl working greeted me, asked for my name, wrote it down on her clip board and asked why I was in. I told her I needed to file a claim because my phone had been damaged and I have premium handset protection. Instead of helping me on the spot she gave me a card with a number to call to file my claim. I wanted to do it in the store, that is why I drove there. The number she gave me was not even helpful for what I needed and now I am filing a claim online and it has taken well over a half hour now. Instead of helping me in the store and filing my claim there in 5 minutes like I have before.Thanks For Nothing.

Store sold me a free phone when I added a line and said they will credit a certain amount every month towards the phone but never did. When I realized after 9 months and called them they said they could do nothing because FCC only gives the consumer 3 months to dispute any charges.

Went in to get 3 lines at 10gb each for $120. Was told that was not available. Even though though the website on my phone contradicted what the sale representative said. (Even showed him the website) He and another guy lied to my family and said that was not available. Was told of a special promotion - 3 lines at 6gb for $120 and the 4th line is free. We were time constrained and took the 4 line offer even though we only needed three. Sale representative lied and push a promotion on us so he could probably get a bonus or commission. Told the sale representative to authorize everyone on the account but found out that didnt happen. Told we wanted paper billing, that didnt happen either. Eventually switched to 3 lines at 10gb for $120 a few days later but not without some hassle. First time T-Mobile customer and last time Im setting foot in a dishonest location. Stay away from this store and a sales representative named Trent Tiedemann.
