My girlfriend and I went to this little shop and I learned these ppl want to make money off the way they word there receipts . My girlfriend bought herself and her son a phone. one was a Samsung galaxy 8 the other was a Samsung 8 note . One was bought 5 days after the other with corona being the way it is we don’t go out much and it took awhile to realize that both of the phones had been network locked by T-Mobile because we only use wifi at the house yet they sold it to us and then lied about it being locked. Then the receipts only will allow for hardware to be fixed in the first 30 days I have pictures I’ll add of it all also and they blame it on the other network. They need to learn the difference Between network locked and sim locked. Locked is locked and I hope others read this so it won’t happen to them.

Went in today because my daughter had killed her iPhone 8. They replaced the charge port, installed a new battery, and even put on a free tempered glass screen protector! Out the door same day and the work is perfect. Zero issues. This will be my go-to shop from now on.

Brought my son’s demolished iPhone 6S in to have the screen replaced. I called a couple of months prior to get a price, and was told $55. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the employee was personable and communicative, and the story was tidy. We were told 2 hours and that we’d get a phone call. Did some shopping and hadn’t heard back in the 2 hours, so I called in and was told it was ready. They apologized for forgetting to call me :) Picked it up, exactly $55 and a free screen protector. Same employee as before - still very personable! 5/5 overall, great experience.

$225 to fix the broken glass on my Samsung note 9. Not worth it. The part is 20 bucks and they want 200 bucks for less than an hours worth of work. Not happening. Go somewhere else. Normal price is 100 to replace broken glass on phones, meaning this place is way overpriced.

I’ve brought my phone here for screen replacements three times (yes, all my fault!). However, every time, the phone screen is replaced very quickly (less than an hr) regardless how busy they are. The young gents are very professional and proud of their work. Grateful they are there.

I called today about my Galaxy S9+ camera lens cover being shattered. The person answered all my questions and told me to stop by anytime before 7. Took my phone in to have a speaker replaced. replaced speaker and it didnt fix the issue was told it was the motherboard of the phone(they did not charge me and told me before it may not fix it). got home and realized phone wouldnt connect to wifi or use mobile data. they said they knew what it was so I brought it back in and they said there was nothing they could do. phone worked fine before I took it in. will not return here for business. ended up having to buy a new phone

My phone screen cracked today after dropping it. My husband knew of a place on 185th that could fix it but I remembered that there was one closer to where we live. So I went there instead. Be advised! Super friendly staff but they are corrupt. I brought them my Moto Z Force Droid because it powered on but had a bad battery and I needed a new battery installed on it and I brought my own battery just needed them to install it. They ended up handing me back a Moto Z droid Force but it was not mine and it had a dead screen. My screen worked just fine which is how I know it was not my phone they gave back to me.... will not be returning for future buinsess

This is the only phone shop i go to. He always is able to fix my phones and has great prices and accessories. I dont bother buying new phones from Verizon anymore. New phones just break or get update-broken by verizon to make you buy a new phone ( S8 for example). So Id rather buy an older phone that wont cost as much. He even has better prices than ebay, plus you can look at it up close, unlike web shopping. So this is my one stop shop.

Ive been to 100 different stores like this in my life but never have I had such a pleasant experience at one like I did toda . I thought I needed to have my charging port on my phone completely replaced. Upon arrival the owner kelani (sorry if I spelled it wrong) looks at my phone and says I dont think you need a complete replacement, give me 5 minutes and Ill clean it out and itll most likely fix it. And it did!! Now what was so different was the honesty of the owner, amongst other things as well but my experience at other stores like it was like the guy behind the counter was out to just milk me for everything they possibly could. Kelani could have went in the back and did whatever and come back to tell me that I need this and that done to my phone but he didn . So he saved me 50 dollars and almost 2 hours of waiting. And countless time having to wait for my phone to charge on a portal. I even tried to give the man a tip and he declined, politely of course, and on top of all of it he gave me cards with 10 dollars off of my next purchase. I absolutely reccomend going here for any cellphone needs. Great deals and selection and owner knows his s***

The guy is friendly enough, but the customer service is lacking when it comes to product quality. I bought a cell phone case from them, without dropping it, a piece on both the top and the bottom broke off within 24 hours. When I went to talk to the guy about it, he said all he could do is sell me another one. Both my wife and I bought our last cell phones through this store, but now theyve lost us as customers forever.

I was amazed at how cool and polite Majed and Raed were. Other places charged from 74 to over 100 dollars. These guys did it all for 55 today and took literally 20 minutes. I have an iPhone 6. These guys are great! Im not one to write a review, but their good service prompted me to write one. I had a broken screen on my phone, that they attempted to fix. The first repaired screen was cracked, so they ordered another one. The next several screens that came in didnt work, (this wasnt their fault, but an issue with the manufacturer) but they didnt give up! It was just an unfortunate series of events. They ended up finding me a new phone and even delivered it to my house. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciate how they didnt quit until the issue was resolved. They even called a few days later to follow up. I would definitely recommend!

I was sold a defective phone that was supposed to be brand new with no box or charger and took it back for a refund like promised and he refused to give me a refund. He told me 2 hours and I started waiting and then he came out and told me 24 hours and I said no and asked for my phone back and he refused to give me my phone I paid $220 for and then called the cops on me because I refused to sign a piece of paper. This is FRAUD and its illegal in the USA!

I was looking for a phone through various websites and shops, but this store had the best deal on a really nice phone.
