This is an amazing location. I have been a customer of GameStop for over a decade and this location is my favorite. The store is very clean & organized with a great staff. They know the products very well and are very enthusiastic about gaming. Whether you are shopping for yourself or someone else, if you let one of the associates know the genre and a couple game examples that you enjoy, they give great recommendations for something to try or even something to pre-order that is coming out soon. It is definitely a helpful, friendly, and clean location. Even after moving to a different city, I am more than willing to drive the extra hour just to be a customer here.

We’ve been to this location a few times since moving here and every visit is great. The store is spacious and updated and they have a decent selection of games, collector’s items, t-shirts, and PC gear. Bret was also super awesome and helpful when we traded in our old Xbox. The people here are helpful and seem to know their stuff. I highly recommend this location for your gaming needs!

For the gamer this is a candy shop. Need more employees better selection better deals. At this moment youre able to find quite a lot of games at pawn shops and private party sales cheaper than GameStop selling it on their forefront.

I believe his name is Bret? He works there and hes extremely polite and makes being there fun. Hes answered my questions and helped me make proper selections on games, cards and even a few Pokémon toys.

The people who work here are very helpful and its always air conditioned. I love their selection on used DS and 3DS games. My only gripe would be the hours this location is open but I know it cant be helped.

Kudos to the manager for patiently answering all questions over the phone clearly. Sometimes businesses just gets annoyed when you call them and ask them questions. The employee, Kyle, is a really cool guy and great to talk to.

I have been going here for 10 years now. The GameStop POWERUP REWARDSPRO account is valuable if you buy lots of games, systems, controllers, equipment, etc. Its only $14.50 a year and you get the Game Informer magazine every month. This location, the clerks have always been courteous and helpful to me and knowledgeable. They dont do repairs--any serious gamer knows Authorised Manufacturer or void your warranties. They always have a great selection of used games and items, as well as new release. Prices are fair enough; Ive never left disappointed.

Nice employees ! However, I gave a two star because this location advertises pre-owned games on the wall with the cases yet they don’t have them in stock. That’s very confusing. I’m not sure if they are selling the games without giving the cases or what. But I’m very disappointed because my kids were all disappointed since we tried getting two other different games that was on the wall and they didn’t have. This has never happened to us in the other location we just happened to drive by this one. Won’t be back here again.

Purchased a new game yesterday from the Evergreen location. Once getting home and attempting to play the game the disk was so scratched up the game was unreadable. Even after attempting to wipe the smudges off the game still couldnt be read. Once I brought the game back to be returned the store manager was the one who sold me the game and processed the return yet had no answers on why they are selling damaged disk as new. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the quality of service at this location.

Competitive prices and great customer service.

I cant say exactly how many times weve been there but its a lot! Its sort of the local Gamers heaven and we all know what they have at GameStop but this store has some great employees and I would give them high marks for being helpful and theres a lot of demo games in here as well. If you go there stop at the pizza place across the parking lot or the sushi bar to the left where youll get a great meal!

First of all, poor selection of games/items, this has got to be the barest GameStop I have ever been to, in multiple states. Second, the store lead, who is a female with short hair and glasses, is unfriendly and looks as if she doesnt like her job, poor customer service. As a Iraq veteran, I felt employees like these should gear themselves to happily be helping their customers, as we give them business. Would rather drive to other GameStop branches to give them business, instead of this particular one. Other staff are okay, except this particular store lead. Have never encountered an unhappy GS employee, until this one.

Worst experience I have had in a gaming store. The employees are always rude and lethargic, and they never have anything that they advertise. If you are thinking about coming to this store, don’t it is a HUGE waste of time.

The store itself is great. Employees are fantastic and helpful and some of the best customer service I have seen.The issue is the company. Why am I driving 15 minutes to pick up a game to bring it home and download a 50GB game, then I could just buy it from microsoft on the store for the exact same price and download it anyways? Game discs now are a permission to download, not a data holder. Sometimes the discs are cheaper which can be nice.It gets an extra star for the collectors items. Jt is hit or miss though, sometimes they have $500 worth of stuff I am drooling over and buying, other times I walk out empty handed. It seems to be random and has limited selection on any merchandise having to do with new games/movies, or the cult classics where most people buy gear from (e.g. Star Trek, Fallout gear is now limited, Mario, Zelda, Halo, Call of Duty)

There are lots of high quality puzzles and games. We go there for D&D and Magic the Gathering supplies as well. They have space in the back for games, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Yes, service can be slow but thats because they take the time to actually engage with the customers. My kids are autistic, into video games, and no matter what questions they have, the staff treats them with respect. The staff even know us on sight and by name, so no, I dont mind waiting a bit.If you want fast food service, go to another, impersonal, cog I the machine place. If you want people that actually take the time to work with you, youre at the right place.

This Gamestop is great! They have all the games, accessories, figures, collectables, etc. that you could want. Plus it seems like this location might have replaced the manager recently, because there has been a very positive difference in how youre treated in store. Its now very enjoyable!

This has got to be the biggest Gamestop I have ever been to. The store was a little shaken up at the end of the day when I arrived but the staff was tidying up for closing and it was still very clean looking and I had no problem finding my title. Furthermore the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to friends.

We always go here first for a video game. They may have the game we want pre-owned, saving us money.They also offer the pre-order of games that have yet to be released that works similar to lay-away. You can pay $5 to hold a copy of the game, to be picked up the day it comes out. When reserving, you also receive any pre-order perks that the game may offer. After reserving the game, you may go to the store and make payments, or pay in full when you pick it up.The store is cluttered and a bit disorganized, but that doesnt detour us, because they do have so much stock we usually can find what were looking for. The employees arebalways willing to help and are generally knowledgeable about the gaming world.
