Everyone at this location are always helpful. Recently had to go in for a phone that I had issues with, Jenny and Johan were so kind and took time to understand my situation and helped me get a replacement in the mail at no cost. Thank you for your great service!

The manager, Johan, was extremely helpful with advising me with my options to replace my phone that had charging issues. I spent more than I wanted to but that happens with upgrading a 2 year old phone. My time at the store was longer than expected mostly due to Johan doing his best to restore my BIG file of photos and settings.Some people might be unhappy with waiting outside so the store can optimize a safe environment inside for everyone. Hopefully soon we can return to normal social spaces.

Cricket is such a joke. I would not recommend them to anything. They disrespect veterans, and you have to wait forever to get waited on. Waste of time.

The lady working on 06/30/2021at 11am was awesome! She made it actually enjoyable to be at the store and was great at helping me find a case that works for my phone.

It took two C/S workers an hour to serve two custamers today. Maybe the worst customer service ive been forced to deal with. Ive been with them for 1 year. Every time i deal with them. This is the slow service they provide. I Plan on finding a service that serves its customers.I would recommend going with better service with another carrier. Cricket bogs your phone down with over 60 apps upon purchase.

There were only 2 people working when we came. And last night there was 15 minutes till closing me and my grandma came to just ASK A QUESTION but the worker kept saying oh sorry were closed. Then the next day we came back and there was a line of 4 people including us. Remember its December and they made us wait outside in 39 degree weather 😳. It was so cold and they did nothing. They saw us outside it just looked away. We asked the people in the front of the line because everyone else left cause it was taking so long and it was so cold. Anyway we asked how long they have been waiting they said over 1 hour and a half waiting in the freezing cold. And the help when we finally got in 2 hours later well let me just say the help was Wow and not in a good way.

Cricket wireless has always went out of there way too see that am more then satisfied with there service. They know me by my first name, which really makes dealing with them very personal. Great team of people. Always there for my best interest.

Javier and Jenny did an amazing job going above and beyond for a complicated situation going on with my phone and were able to resolve it within the hour of being there when it was expected to take way longer and be a lot more complicated but they managed. I’m so happy with the service I got there

This is a wonderful corporate store and they are very friendly and attentive to their customers. Don’t be fooled by the bad ratings listed because they are not even talking about the corporate Cricket store. They went to an independent dealer that sells Cricket phones. That store has never employed a person named Mike. Get you store location correct because your are damaging a perfectly wonderful stores reputation and that’s not good!

This is my first time at this place and I am amazed with the customer service provided by a Johan Hong, he explains everything with detailed, very friendly and knowledgeable he doesnt try to over sale anything if coming here I really recommend this guys.The plans and coverage have no comparisons with any other network, great service

Sorry, friendly customer service and relatively inexpensive phones cant make up for spotty coverage even in Portland. Move out of the Metro area and it gets even worse. A portable phone that isnt truly portable because of poor conectivity is worthless no matter how inexpensive.

With 3 Customer Service workers in the store only 1 customer at a time in the store are allowed but if rather 1 but helping 2 customers at a time- split up wth plex glass @ 6 distancing 1 lane open for paying bills another for purchases ECT.But its not a well ran establishment- we shouldnt have to wait forever t pay a bill . !

The manager yohan has great customer service skills however most of what he was saying was either a lie or he failed to review everything. Also if you plan on getting a phone under progressive leasing plan on doubling the amount of the phone because they charge you the same amount as the the phone for the loan as well. Calling progressive leasing they say this happens quite often as they fail to mention that.

Very often when I have gone in my experience as a customer has been lacking. Ive been treated as unimportant or a waste of time. I like cricket as a company because of the service I get and the mobility I have. The only time I had a good experience is when my significant other was with me. That was only a good experience because they spoke with him cordially and didnt bother with me.
