They kept in touch with updates and completed the job quickly using high quality products. The team working on the project was extremely professional, neat, and paid attention to detail. We cant say enough about this wonderful company. They built a beautiful covered patio for our home, and them and all of the contractors they work with were extremely professional, talented and a pleasure to work with. They offered to take care of so many things around our patio that were not in the scope of the project and refused to take additional payment even though we would have had to pay someone else to do the extra work.We had no ideas or thoughts about designs and they made great suggestions and created a beautiful space for us. And the work was exceptionally done.Jose was especially responsive and took great care of always keeping us informed as the project moved along.We cant thank you all enough.

Lots of issues with Grandview Deck & Patio. They were definitely not the cheapest company, but I was willing to pay the extra for what I thought would be quality work without any hassles. Save yourself the aggrivationand go with a company with lots of good reviews. Every area they worked on had problems. Hired them to tear out and replace concrete patio and upper deck. Deck work resulted in furnace intake/exhaust pipes being trimmed back and the guys placing regular clothes dryer flappers (with flappers in shut position) on the exterior ends. This darn near ruined my furnace, not to mention the repair guy said was very dangerous. Extra concrete was poured without consulting me, resulting in a huge drop-off due to slopping yard. Their solution was sitting wall, but guys that built it were throwing stones back and forth as they were cutting/setting them resulting in numerous chips, 2 chunks ridiculous enough that they agreed to come out and replace them. Initial plantings were obviously dead, but they planted them anyway saying it was fall and they would grow again come spring, they didnt. Extra dirt/rocks used for concrete patio was dumped under trampoline area. Extra river rock dumped along path to back yard causing gate to no longer work. Weeds sprouted where new river rock was placed, even though they insisted new weed barrier was put down. One of the deck legs was crooked - to point that 2 different neighbors mentioned it. This problem did not get repaired until out of frustration I talked to the inspector to be sure it was safe, and inspector reminded me this work should be covered under my warranty. When I mentioned inspectors comments in an email the office ladies response was that she wanted the inspectors name and number so that she could report him to his supervisor as he was overstepping his bounds. Most above problems were eventually fixed, but not without numerous calls/emails. Now I have about a 4ft crack in the concrete patio after 8 months, Grandviews reply was that their warranty only covered 6months, sorry!
