We used the interior design team to help decorate our home and they were amazing. The store has a good inventory and the staff are always helpful.

Redecorating or adding to your home? Pottery Barn is a nice store with lovely quality items. Good place to find a gift too for that special someone (or yourself)! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Ordered online they took my money and forever later it has supposedly shipped but its never arrived the company has nothing but excuses it took this combat vet a lot to get them to even consider giving my money back. If you cant do business dont do business, let alone shady business

Fun and friendly store with quality merchandise. A little too pricey for my pocketbook, but I would say its fair for what youre buying. We had fun browsing and may go back with tax refund and pick up a nice little trunk we saw 🙂

Drove 4 hours from Dallas to Tulsa to visit family. Got to Utica and my oldest needed to go to the restroom real quick. I actually helped open this store many many years ago, worked there for quite some time after because I loved it so much, everyone was amazing back then.. so I suggested we drop in there so she could use their restrooms. She went in... and from there it got awful. Two employees at the store both were horrible.. They first asked me if I dared to use their restroom and I told them no. Then they went after my teen. I was shocked. She was on the other side of the store but both employees let her know how disgusted they were. I want to mention that my cousin we were visiting had also worked at PBKids in the same shopping center. We were both shocked. We will never go back! Sad because I had fond memories of my time there.. maybe need to relook at the employees working in the store..

The customer service here has taken a step or two backwards. I hope this is due to corona virus. A global pandemic can take a lot out of you.

I dont even know how to describe my experience with this store. I agree, the furniture is nice, and the store staff is friendly. But, after purchasing a sofa from them, I went though my own personal nightmare. Not only the sofa was delivered damaged--I have been trying to have it exchanged or returned (I dont care at this point) for the last 3 month.I placed multiple calls to the customer service and visited the store and discussed the matter with the manager Stephanie. Everyone says that this is the others department fault. So, it is over three months where I was charged $$$ for a ripped sofa. Everyone, from the customer service to delivery guys and the store manager, everyone delegates the responsibilities.There is too many stores with good sofas to waste time and money on this store. Avoid.

Went here when they had great deals on some chair. They need to do this often. Customer service is not the best but the deal compensated. However they need to improve on that in order to win more customers.

I placed an order for a sofa three months ago and still haven’t received what I ordered. I had called multiple times to follow up since I received no emails or communication only to be told it was still processing. Then the customer service lady that I called told me my order was canceled and I need to call the store! I have called multiple times and had no response. I will not be purchasing from this store ever again. The communication and service are a huge let down.

Being an online shopper I’m used to using coupons to save some on pottery barn and their other brands. I don’t think that’s something to feel ashamed of. If pottery barn offers coupons they are meant to be used right? At my recent visit to pottery barn at utica square location in Tulsa, Oklahoma the cashier told me it’s not one of your hobby lobby stores where u can use an online coupon while there were coupons available online and they didn’t had any wifi Available at store and the cellular data reception was non existent. And I wasn’t able to pull my coupon.They asked me to use anthropology’s wifi (thinking I might not even have a cellular data plan)and I was being treated as someone not worthy of being there.I was highly disappointed in the way I was treated. I did buy my sheets more than $400 worth although I didnt want to pay full price but I did just to tell that lady I can pay for things here. I have been buying them online for a while but in store I was not treated well & will probably avoid being in store as much as possible.

I was looking at a product that i was considering buying when a very snobby employee asked me if i needed help. She was looking at me as if myself and my friend were not wanted there and acted like i was going to steal something. I was very offended and left the store. I have never been treated that way before.

Unhelpful sales staff who are often rude.

Dismissive and uninformed employee over a lamp quality problem.

Over priced but can find deals every now and then. Service was okay. Overall, just okay. IKEA is the way to go.
