Several other reviews from the past few days have detailed my various trials and tribulations incurred while searching for a scoop of bubble gum ice cream. Im really not a big fan of ice cream 8, and thats all I wanted - just one scoop of bubble gum!6fFinally - finally - after looking from Shorewood to Orland Park to this B/R in Glen Ellyn where I finally found it! It was every bit as good as I had known it would be, and I ate every bite!The server of said ice cream was great. He was really friendly and helpful. The store itself though...I think meh may be the best description. It didnt seem to be dirty or such, but its just old and dingy and in serious need of a makeover.

Disappointed with slow service and price on register was 20% higher than posted on the inside price board. The worker said that the office hadnt sent them the printed numbers yet to update the listed prices. Thats odd. Also the sundae I ordered was tiny for the high cost. Ice cream was very icy. Poor quality for what I paid.

Ice cream was great as always, but... They ran out of plain cones! How does a BR run out of cones? 😬

Horrible brownie fudge sundae, the brownie is so hard that even after warming up in microwave it doesnt softens. Just waste of money

I have had a mix experience there...First time I went there, I ended up just wanting out because after waiting what seemed like for ever, no one greeted me even though I was the only customer there.Second time I visited a few days ago, there was a very nice lady working their. She greeted us, didnt get annoyed at my kids who asked for samples, and was very friendly and helpful. The only bad part of the whole experience was the guy outside smoking who kind of looked homeless.

My daughters just left there. They were told that they dont have ice cream and they are not a baskin robbins!!! The man was rude and yelled at them!!! Just wanted to support my local small buisnesses, but unfortunately some just dont want to survive...Will never go again!!!

Ordered an icecream cake for my daughters birthday party. When I went to pick the cake up several days later I was told the cake was never ordered because someone called in sick. Thanks for nothing.

Superb.$1.50 a scoop every 31st.Got free stale donuts as it was past 1am.Will visit again !

I wanted a fudge caramel Sunday. Unfortunately the employee that looked like he just got out on parole, couldnt figure out how to work the caramel pump and just said its broken. Guess I look be going somewhere else from now on.

Very friendly staff stoped in fore a late night cup of Joe and it was still fresh codes and great doughnuts too! Clean sore comfy seating clean tablesdid not rush us out even though we were the last ones in there before the in for area closed

Terrible terrible terrible! Ive never been so disappointed with Baskin Robbins. The service was bad and the girl told me she didnt know what kind of cookies they had on the counter, yet made no effort to find out. The milkshake I ordered had absolutely no flavor other than drinking a glass of milk and was very liquidy and when I questioned it she answered sarcastically that its a milkshake and thats how they make them. I may as well have been drinking just milk and shouldve just stayed home and not wasted my money at this lousy Baskin Robbins. This is probably the worst review Ive ever written. So disappointing.
