Always take my VW here. He swapped my engine when I bought a lemon and has been taking care of me ever since. I don’t trust anyone else with it. Jason is also always helpful over the phone whenever I run into an issue no matter how major or minor. A+ service as always.

He is a doctor for vehicles! I really thought I was at the point of having to purchase a new car.. Out of the blue, my car just stopped working properly. Friends couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, other mechanics didnt know.. Jason tried everything he could and admitted he was stumped..he said he was gonna play around with it for a bit more....and the next phone call I got was him telling me its ready!!!! I couldnt believe it!! Even though his shop is on the other side of Vegas, I will only have him work on my car from now on. He explained everything to me, recommended things. Jason is an amazing VW trained mechanic that takes pride in his work. Jason saw the flaws of working at the dealership and knew he could deliver a better product with better customer service. Im glad he opened his own shop!

So far my experience has been this: I asked about a certain place in a Audi group on fb and was told by countless people to just bring it to Carr instead. So I messaged him. First thing the next business day he got back to me and arranged a drop off time. I dont feel like Im taking to a salesman, he doesnt give you the run around, and most of all he is straight up with you from the get go. I have many years in the automotive business and so far Im being treated like I would treat any of my customers. Which is huge because most places just see you as a dollar sign. If you want a family owned shop that knows what they are talking about to fix your V-Dub or Audi, this is the dude. I will admit, he hasnt worked on the car yet, but I know countless people that will only take their ride to him so Im pretty excited to have it fixed here.

Fast good work at a good price

Jason Carr is awesome! Ive known him for years and he has always done great work. He took care of my cars at the Volkswagen Dealership and now does the same great work for lower prices at his own shop.

Jason fixed our 2008 Passat. He did a great job and charged us an extremely fair price, much better than the dealership in both competence and price. He also caught and fixed problems with prior repairs on the vehicle by mechanics who did not understand Volkswagens.

Jason knows his stuff and prices are very fair for his amazing work.

Took my car in for clutch issues, Jason found the problem fast and had it handled the next day for a fraction of the price other shops would’ve charged. Definitely will be back if/when my car has another issue. I highly recommend Carr Family Auto to anyone who needs a fast and honest mechanic.

Jason is an honest guy who when asked about starting up the shop said that he has seen how other shops have been ran and he just wanted to be trustworthy and honest. He knows his stuff. Started out his career as a VW/Audi mechanic and moved to foreman, to owning his own spot. He even has a “VW” tattoo to solidify his love for the brand. We were talking about some parts for car and he even mentioned that an online shop that I was familiar with could get the parts cheaper than he could. He also gladly and expertly answered some questions I had regarding my car and he went into “teacher” mode as he explained why. Made it easy to understand. For as long as I’m in Vegas, I’ll be going here (clear across town from me) to get service done on my vehicle. Jason and his team are stand up guys.

Jason is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic we took our 2015 Post sought in for service he also diagnosed a few other issues and fix them. He is highly trained through Volkswagen Audi. hes been shop Foreman lead man had technician. I Would trust all of my vehicles with him

Finally a shop that takes the time to figure a solution to the problem and not just throw parts at it. Happy customer for life. Fixed my over heating problem and my ac is colder as a bonus.

Called around for a quote for a water pump on my 2001 Tahoe. Carr Family Auto was about $200 cheaper than most. They got me in same day AND had it done in less then 2 hours. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I came to Carr for a second opinion after going to a competing shop. There was a rattling sound coming from the front right wheel and the other shop said it was due to blown strut mounts and stabilizer bars($1200 fix). I got referred over to Carr by a friend and im sure glad I came in. Jason and his team determined the rattling sound was due to a loose spring associated with the brake pad (an $80 fix).Honesty and integrity are very important when it comes to a mechanic and im happy to say Jason and his team have both. In addition, theyre also very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. If you havent been in yet, definitely give them a shot
