Best service and detail ever.Im using almost 15 vehicles for the last 14 years and based on my busy schedule I have to take them to the car detail places to help to keep my vehicles clean and fresh. but Every single time I have to show them spots like under the seat dashboard to clean again.Of course, its about $200-$300 every single time.But for the first time in my life, I am amazed at the Detail of what they did you my GX460. didnt miss a single spot. I have no words. way beyond five stars. its only $189. You not gonna believe that serves for that price. I always have a great experience every time I come to get my car maintenance service! They have a fridge full of beverages and a coffee machine in the waiting area. There are lots of different areas to sit and its very spacious. The bathrooms are actually really nice too. Time flies by so fast here and they usually take only an hour. The staff is very friendly and informative. 👍🏼

I had a great experience at Lexus of Henderson in Nevada! Their “No Haggle” price for the Certified Pre-owned Lexus RX350 F-Sport I bought was reasonable, which saved a lot of time. Dealership purchasing experience is good, service ho hum - car wash has been down close to a year, before used to offer a hand wash when not working, not anymore. Youd think they could cut a deal with Toyota across the street to use their car wash - same owner.Wont be coming back for service after free services are completed as they are pretty slow and nothing special.

My salesperson was fantastic. She was willing to go above and beyond to find me the vehicle that would best fit my needs. Tom the sales manager was also great. He was one of the friendliest managers I have ever met.

David at the dealership saved me almost a thousand dollars on a repair that another repair shop said I needed. We had a full warranty on our car, so I left the local guy and went to our Lexus dealer. We did not need an alternator and they repaired damage to my wheels at no cost.Icing on the cake is that I left a tag needed to get into our gated community in the loaner car. Two days later when I contacted Lexus, the valet had saved my tag. So grateful.

The whole team was fantastic! Tito, Michelle, And “Kat” we’re all extremely nice. Michelle got my foot in the door and helped me start the paperwork process. When the check engine light came on in my 1995 LS 400, I had Lexus of Henderson look into the problem. Since the car was going to be there for awhile, they arranged for a ride with Lyft, both ways, free of charge. It took less than a half day to diagnosis the problem and get me back on the road. Everybody I met was friendly and courteous. Big shout out to Eric in service and Randy the service writer. I will definitely return for any service I may need.

I was really to trade in my old 2007 Lexus so I decided to purchase a certified owned Lexus at Lexus of Henderson. I found a beautiful 2018 NX300 which I totally love, my salesman Fabian was extremely easy to talk with and made my experience with pursuing a new Lexus so easy. I went to go pick up my Lexus the next day Fabian had it all detailed and had placed a huge Red Bow on the roof top (made me smile) it was a fun experience from the the moment I stepped onto the Lexus car lot. When signing all my paper work I was assigned the beautiful Ms Kat, she made it all so easy and had me feeling like she was family. I loved my whole experience and would recommend Fabian, Kat and David from services.

By far the most hospitable, efficient and professional auto purchase I have ever made.

As usual it was a very efficient process. Dropped of car and waited about 90 minutes for servicing to be completed. Bummer that their car wash was not available for 2 weeks so no free car wash. Another minor peeve was that I had specifically asked that a potential oil leak be checked but when I reviewed the post service paperwork with the service manager, there was no record of my request. The service manager did say that when they serviced the car they typically check everything and the mechanics did not report anything being amiss.

I came in, saw my dream car, and found someone who immediately wanted to show me the car and answer all my questions. He wasn’t aggressive or uncomfortably persistent. Rick was cool, educated, and friendly the entire time. This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Also the fasted overall process. Everyone, including the receptionist and Finance were friendly and helped me feel even better about my purchase.

Service was quick and timely for a recall on my car due to a fault in the fuel pump. They had me in a nice loaner car and got my car back out to me in just a few hours, saving me the trouble of having to wait over the weekend for the car! Great job, really appreciated that considering the service was free (due to the fault)

Correspondence via text was good…But for my elderly mother who owns and requires service for her Lexus, this option is not available to her.That being said, communication with the service department via phone is absolutely horrible. Very long wait times and nobody seems to have answers.Without the communication of text, I would of went somewhere else.

I had a 2003 SC 430... this was my dream car since they came out in 2002. I only owned it for 2 years but love Lexus and trading it in was bitter sweet for me. I really didn’t want to give it up. Due to its age, the maintenance on such an old car was so pricey but it ran great and even though it had 162,000 miles, I’m sure it will run past 200,000 miles!I fell in love with the Lexus IS and they were so fair on what they gave me for my SC and the IS is a 2017 but only had 22,000 miles on it! It smells like brand new and is the newest car I’ve had since my Camaro in 1970.The cars performance is phenomenal and all the staff at Lexus of Henderson treated me like royalty. Lexus sold me the car and was so patient with me and explained the card features so well. Dig this, the car came with an owners Manuel!Richard Kaye handled the financial part of the deal and what a lovely man.I will never own any car but a Lexus!

Took car in for oil change. Turns out they had to change the oil pan due to stripped threads from overtightening the last time they changed it.. Made another appt for following week.Gave me a loaner car. The next morning it was ready but the notification was sent to wifes phone even though I verified my phone when dropping it off. Promised a full tank of gas but when I picked it up they didnt do it. Small things but annoying and time wasting. This dealership is good. Still gave them 4 stars.

David T at the service department was very helpful as we had some tire pressure concerns. Lexus of Henderson checked it out and made sure everything was fine as we were going on a driving trip to Arizona. We like this dealer but we were disappointed that they were going to discontinue the car wash unless you are in for a service. This makes us hesitant in buying another Lexus. We bought the vehicle with the understanding that we would be entitled to a car wash as long as we own our vehicle.

Wasn’t to thrilled about my last visit, had an appointment at 1pm to see about my tire light on and a possible break change. They called 2 HOURS later to say my car needs 4 new tires $1,100. Arrived back to view my car still sitting in the same spot, un washed declined the service for new tires was handed my keys an walked away. My frustration is why hold my car for 2 hours to do absolutely NOTHING to it! Very upset not great customer service.

Dealership honored posted price on Autotrader, although it was posted inaccurately! Kim was very quick, professional, and patient with me and my girls (newborn and two year old). She gave me a private room to breastfeed along the process. I felt like a valued customer and was treated with much respect. On the end process of signing, Mr. Nguyen (pronounced Win) was personable and quick to the point. He dropped the interest rate a bit which was also a nice touch. Will definitely come back, staff was very professional and didnt try to push anything else on me!

Misleading. I put $10k down towards to finance the smaller portion to be there 3+ hours to then finally get denied by a computer automation. Sales person was a doll. The correct parameters werent set from the beginning. Now they are mailing my check back. I will still keep in touch with my sales person but finance department should know their stuff so no one is wasting anybodys time.

I had a terrible experience, I saw Stephen and he was he did not do his job … I got my car next morning and I took it to California, my car shut off itself while standing at signal that never happened before … I got so scared and after few minutes I started the car and it did started, then on my way home on the screen it was showing tire pressure low ..All this happened after I had my service and. Brakes pad done… the complain I had when I went to you guys got better little better but not completely go e

Needed a 75,000 mile maintenance service and check for my Lexus GS350. It was simple to make an appointment online and I received several reminders from this dealership of my appointment time. Helpful reminders.Driving up to the check in bay was a breeze. The valet took my information and I was seen by the service manager Jayce Messer within 5 minutes.He was polite, professional, and patient with my questions and requests. He gave me an estimated wait time and I chose to leave and return when the car was ready. No problem for Jayce. He ordered a complimentary Lyft ride for me to a destination of my choice and a quick pickup back to get my car.Jayce summarize the service report to me and I made payment and finished an enjoyable appointment.
