My husband and I took our 1997 Ford Explorer to Forever Auto back in January after it broke down on me on Christmas Eve. In addition to it breaking down, the truck had failed an emissions test that had to be done by February. Aaron and his team invested a lot of time and detective work trying to solve our vehicles problem. They repaired the Ford AND it passed smog in time! The icing on the cake is, the cost of repairs were very reasonable. I pleased to say the truck is driving great. Hopefully we will not have any other repairs for a loooong while but when it does happen, I feel confident taking our truck back to Forever Auto. Outstanding job!!!

I took my old 2003 Honda Pilot in because the AC wasnt blowing and has never been serviced for the 10+ years Ive owned it. The owner was so friendly on the phone. I took it in at 4pm and he had it ready by 6:30! The AC blows HARD now after a cleaning and filter change. Its ICE COLD! I know this is rare and I dont expect immediate service EVER but the fact that he did earned my business for life. The price was also less than originally quoted and I could tell he was more interested in taking care of his customers than he was about taking their money. Ive been looking for someone to customize my Lexus and Im going to do everything here now. Thank you again!UPDATE: I went back for brake work and the service was once again superb. I had to go somewhere else for alignment but this is my go-to mechanic from here on out!

Aaron is very honest. Honesty in this business is hard to come by. When all other car shops said our transmission was shot and it would cost over 2,500 he said, I know Volvos. I bet it is the transmission switch ( cost and labor around 140.00). He was right. Two years later the car is doing great. Whether it is a major job or just an oil change my husband and I ONLY go to Aaron at FOREVER AUTO. Simply put he knows his stuff and we trust him.

Reasonable rates, and very informative about whats wrong with your car & even take the time to show you. They do the best to fix things at affordable prices. Theyre about 25 to 50% cheaper than my own dealership depending on the issue. I would trust these guys with my life! I would even trust them to hold my wallet all day. Good people! Auto Mechanics are low scums putting your car at risk of an accident. They have manipulated several customers that your vehicles is in good working care . Your parts switch in with worser gears. They knew how to mess with inexperience customers that lacks auto skills.

I have been looking for an honest and great mechanic and I think I have found it with Aaron. I have brought him 2 cars so far and he has been fair in his price and given me options with what needs to be fixed. So far I am thrilled to find a mechanic that I will drive across town for!

My sons car stopped on him on the way home from school. I called Forever Auto Care because I live somewhat close. Forever Auto Care towed the car to their shop within one hour of the initial call. The mechanics completed a diagnostic check and called me to report the issues with the car. I went in to the shop to see what they were talking about. Carlos took me into the shop so I could look under the car, while he pointed out, and explained what needed to be repaired and why. Jennifer at the front desk explained the cost of parts and labor thoroughly. We had most of the recommended work completed, and it was ready the next day. Towing was free because we had work done on the vehicle, and they offer a 12 month warranty that is valid anywhere in the U.S. We will definitely go there again for all of our cars.

Nobody likes going to the mechanic. Its frequently an unplanned expense & can get pricey depending on the situation. Aaron is, head and shoulders, above his competition; he works hard and it shows.My entire family has been using him for a decade. If you have an issue with this place I am more inclined to believe that the problem is with you rather than the repair place.Finding a good mechanic can be aggravating & Im very grateful for Aaron and his team.

We have been taking our vehicles to this shop for years. Everything has been repaired in a timely manner and the price is reasonable. From the free towing to getting our vehicle back (cleaner than when we left it!) the service has been excellent! There are many repair shops closer to our home-we live in the southwest-but none have given us the service and friendly care of Forever Auto. It is a very rare thing to find an auto repair shop you can trust. This shop is the REAL DEAL!

I am very unhappy with the service and treatment I received at Oasis. I had been to the company before and they did minor work on my car and it was usually pretty good. This last time, however, they did extra work on my car that I didnt ask for and charged me for brand new parts on a 14 year old car. Especially when I spoke with Don about getting a used part because the car was older and I didnt want to put a lot of money into. No one called me before the work was done and when I did finally hear back, the job that was supposed to be about $500 turn out to be $1100 when the car isnt worth that much. Not only that but when I went to pick up the car Don immediately got on the phone and wouldnt deal with me directly especially since he knew I was mad about the service i received. The final straw is after all that work was done my front wheel alignment is so bad that I cant turn my wheel straight. So now I have to find another mechanic that can fix that when it wasnt a problem to begin with. I wish I could give a score lower than 1 star. They will never have to worry about my family and I wont be coming back.

This is review is way over due. A couple of years ago our AC went out on Ford Escape and went to see Ehren. He was very honest and transparent about everything. It didnt quite work at first as we had some issues with the repair at first but Ehren made certain to have it fixed correctly 100%. I even had another car that needed repair I was in and out the same day. I highly recommend any one needing a honest and reasonably priced mechanic to go see Ehren at Forever Auto.

I cant describe how efficient Aaron was at this Auto Care shop. He is efficient and trustworthy. Never found a place like this. I was told I needed a new transmission but in fact I did not. This is like going to a dentist - dont know who to trust. I will definitely be backed.

Don is the bomb. I had a window regulator go out in my Buick Suv and he gave me a great price less than half of what I was quoted from 2 other places. He had me drop it off before my kids soccer games on a Saturday and lent me his truck to take them. Had it done by the time the kids games were over. Then I bought a 2004 ram 15oo 4x4 with a blown motor and he helped me get it towed to his shop and had the motor rebuilt and back in in 4 days at an amazing price. Has done all the maintenance on all my vehicles cheaper than anyone in town and always backs up his work. If I have a problem with anything hes worked on he backs up his work. I bought a 72 dodge dart swinger and he totally restored it for me and did everything the way I asked no questions asked. Made great suggestions and it turned out beautiful. Id recommend these guys to anyone. Very honest, very reasonably priced and you can tell they are a family there including their customers. Great place Ill never go anywhere else. Only honest mechanics in Vegas. And they dont treat women like we are stupid. They are honest and truthful and dont try to take advantage of females.

These guys really know their automotive repairs and are more than reasonable. After having some work done on my truck, at what I thought was a very fair price, I brought it back two weeks later for another issue, thinking it might have been caused by the previous repair work. Turns out, it was totally unrelated; a battery issue, not an engine issue. But they replaced the bad battery terminal and cable with brand new ones and refused to charge me ANYTHING.

Could not be happier. I will definitely take my car there for repairs again. Miguel was extremely accommodating. The only thing that ended up being wrong was a couple of loose battery cables. These guys gave me another 200,000 miles on my Hyundai. I hit 200,000 they went through it top to bottom, changed the timing belt, fixed everything that was wrong, changes shocks and struts and its running better than ever. They were extremely reasonable. This is the worst place I have ever taken my car too. My car has been in and out of this shop since October. The reverse in my car went out. Nothing but empty promises from manager Aaron that would try another transmission each time. My car has shut down in the middle of traffic almost causing multipl collisiones. This last time my kids were in the car. If I hadnt spent so much money here I would of taken it somewhere else along time ago. I cant believe such a place would risk putting a car on the road not caring what the outcome would be. They took my money and didnt fix anything and then refuse to answer their phone. If I could I would give this place a negative 5 star rating.

I employed them to fix a problem, they did not, they installed the wrong parts, I still had to pay for it. Then they tried to redirected me to another possible cause of the problem and wanted me to buy MORE parts, you can see where this is going. By the time your done you have replaced all the bolt-ons on the engine. They give you a checklist of all the things THEY found wrong in hopes you come back to them for the repairs, its good business. They blamed me for an inaccurate” description of the problem. I said Im a lay person thats the best description I could think of. I was just giving them some general direction, they should be able to read between the lines. They were the experts, thats why I came to them. They are typical of the auto repair industry. They can run up the charges, pad the account, fix things that ain’t broke all designed to max the profit and all illegal, it’s fraud. They charged me $700.00 labor to do a 2 hour job. What did he do, bench press my car 100 times or or put in a pool? Without a calculator that figures to about: $350 an hour. Nobodys worth that. I work with some pretty talented surgeons, they don’t get that! It’s obscene! It’s $378,000, not bad for a mechanic. So in review, it has become an art in how to extract the most profit by creating false problems, dragging their feet and so on. It’s robbery without the gun. The only leverage the consumer has is, and Im ashamed to say it has taken me nearly 70 to learn the lesson. DO NOT give them your plastic or check until YOU have personally inspected and tested the car and run it around the block to see if your getting what you are paying for, thats not too much to ask is it? They can’t argue with that, if they do they look like they’re hiding something. They dont like that because they havent gotten the money and you might discover they haven’t solved the problem to your satisfaction and you might not pay them. In this country, how it works is, they give you the product or service and you give them the money-standard practice. It’s our duty as a consumer to scrutinize, it keeps them honest.
