These guys are great. I just moved to NV from DC and needed an independent service shop. But before I could even research, my Lexus ES-350 started giving me trouble on a holiday weekend, so I had it towed to an authorized Dealership who quoted almost $8,000 for repair. Asian Imports was highly rated so I had the car towed to them. They diagnosed a bad radiator and hoses, cost $1,400. I sense that they are very honest which is high priority for me. I will now take my Lexus to Asian for all service and more !!

I’m so glad I came here! I recently finished a road trip which put over 3,000 miles on my car. I wanted to get my car looked at and was concerned about my coolant. Sean and his team were super helpful, friendly, and professional. They didn’t upsell me on things I didn’t need and told me what issues I had. I’ve had such terrible lucky with cars since I have moved to Nevada and places have gotten over on me and made things so hard and stressful. I came here and met Sean and not only was he nice and funny, he was professional, and cared like I was family! The staff also looked friendly and was nice to! The store was clean, he greets you when you walk in, and made the process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend driving here for your service if needed even if you live far. I spoke to Sean after I took my car in for an estimate at another repair place that seemed pretty high. He agreed the estimate was high and to have his guys take a look and give their estimate.I was sick and couldnt make it in as originally discussed, but when I did call to reschedule, Sean remembered me and my situation.I brought the car in, and within a couple hours, Sean called to give me my estimate which was considerably lower than the first place, (about $600 less)! He mentioned similar damage to my condenser, as the other shop, but said the best thing was to replace the condenser, drain and re-fill /re-charge the system and make sure the compressor works, and that the AC system works as it should.All of that was done, the compressor works again and the car was fixed that same afternoon. It actually runs colder than what I remember!I also received an overall discount and they replaced a couple parts at no charge.He did mention that the previous shop did not re-attach my AC lines correctly after they did my inspection (not sure why) and they were loose, which couldve caused further damage as well as causing their mechanic(s) to get hurt.I was very pleased with the work performed, a much lower bill and the attention to detail that Sean and the shop provided. Its always hard to find a shop thats not only honest, but does the job correctly. These guys did both of those things.Thanks for the great work, and I will definitely be back!** UpdateSo about 4 months later, my air-conditioning went out again, and I returned to Asian imports to get it checked out.It turns out the compressor had now expired and it ruined the condenser that I just had these guys install. I have to say I’m disappointed in the service/expertise overall. After speaking to other mechanics since, what should have happened is the entire system should’ve been replaced, because it was only a matter of time before the condenser was going to go out on a 14 year old car, and they should’ve known a s recommended this. I can understand maybe they were trying to save me money, but this cost me hundreds of dollars more in the end, because while they did warrantee the cost of the condenser, I had to pay for the install labor again, plus the labor to replace the compressor and get everything recharged/refilled. Not sure I will be returning here after this experience, unfortunately.

This was my second visit to Asian Imports Auto, on American Pacific, in Henderson. I went for my cars 60,000 mile service and some other general work. Sean, at the front desk, is extremely helpful and friendly, and the service was done in a very timely manner, considering how busy they are. I will definitely bring my car back to them for any additional service/maintenance that my car will need in the future.

My BIL recommend Asian Imports Auto because Toyota kept telling us we needed new shocks and quoted over $500 for changing them. I took my Sequoia to Asian Imports to have the oil changed and didn’t say anything about the shocks. After they did their detailed inspection they called and suggested a few services (no pressure) and said nothing about the shocks. When I asked they said our shocks were fine and didn’t need changing. They gained my trust, business, and referrals. I highly recommend this place. Cathy, at the front, was absolutely wonderful and kind.

I dropped off a 4runner today for them to look at. Sean got my rig in the shop quick and a quick and accurate diagnosis! I will be back when I need more service.

I did my research before finding a mechanic shop to check out my 05 Subaru Forester and came across these guy’s online and glad I did. Ben was great, diagnosed my vehicle and only charged me for what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. Eddie in the shop did a great job and answered any questions I had. I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to here. I had a very tight window to get our car repaired before a long trip, and they got my car in, fixed and ready very quickly; and at a price lower than they initially quoted. Im struggling to remember the name of the office manager (Kathy?), but she was very friendly, gave me multiple updates and generally treated me like a was family. All of my families cars are coming here from now on. Asian Imports is the best!

This was the 6th shop my 95 Civic was brought to after the Honda dealership (who had previously worked on this car) could not diagnose the problem. I had a second engine installed by another shop, and the check engine light was on. Not only did they fix the problem within 4 hours, but we decided to have other issues taken care of as well. My old man is finally up and running thanks to the expertise of these wonderful folks. If you have an old Honda, dont give up. Bring it here!

Sean was super good with the communication...replaced the whole engine in our crv with a low mileage used one for what had to be the best deal in town.

I recently purchased a 1995 Nissan 240sx the vehicle needed a new valve cover gasket and a few other things fixed on the car so I was told by a different mechanic in California doing my vehicle inspection, so i set up an appointment with Asian imports on new years eve for 8:30am unfortunately wasnt able to make it there on time I arrived there around 10:30am was so grateful they were still able to squeeze me in to fix my car and the part was able to be delivered to there shop that day, gave me a very reasonable price to fix what I needed done to the vehicle. The gentleman at the desk was super helpful on answering all the questions I had for him he didnt mind me talking his ear off, I have plans to do future modifications to my vehicle and he gave me the names of shops that could do what I was seeking to have done. That meant a lot to me, I told him my knowledge on vehicles was limited to a few things and he didnt take advantage of that fact. He didnt even try and sell me on a new part that I thought also needed fixing instead gave me some instructions on what I could do on my own time to figure out what was going on with that particular part. That meant the world to me, showed me they werent there just to try and get my money instead wanted to help me out and teach me a bit about my vehicle I enjoy learning about my car from a professional. They most definitely have my trust, and will be coming back in the future. I hope this review helps anybody seeking a good and trustworthy mechanic. Needed some work on my 1996 Mazda Miata for one of my belts and a fluid change for my clutch. Took it to Asian Imports Auto they did a great job of taking care of me. There was a quick turnaround time and they called me to let me know what they found was going on in their diagnosis. They were professional and respectful. The job was done quickly and effectively. Very happy with their work, and if I ever have another problem with a car I know who I will be taking it to. Highly recommend these guys if you need service on your car, especially if you have an older vehicle. I am very cautious when it comes to taking my car to a shop as it is 25 years old. ASA gave me a worry free job that had me feeling comfortable that I took it to the right place.

Infinity Q56. I used to love this car. My favorite ie ever owned. Last year or so all these random “little” things went wrong. It didn’t drive as well, the arm rest in the center was all busted up, brakes were bad, etc.Asian Imports fixed everything I knew was wrong and some things I didn’t know needed fixing. Now I LOVE my car again!!!! It rides just like it did in the beginning!!So grateful to them and to Kathy at the front desk. She is so knowledgeable! You get instant feedback on most questions because she is certified as well.Can’t recommend them enough.

Walked in no appointment, technician and Kathy were very friendly, free water bottles, had me out within 20 mins, still cheaper than dealer wanted! Highly recommend!! Was referred by a friend to check this place out when my compressor went out in my old girl. Not only did they complete the job same day but went above and beyond what was needed. Didnt charge me for certain things since it was needed to do the job anyway. She is blowing ice cold again and much needed in this heat. Thanks again highly recommend.

Courteous and professional. Finished same day as promised. Clean shop. Dealt with my warranty company. The AC compressor that was previously installed elsewhere was cheap and only lasted one summer. They recommended, and I agreed to, a brand new Denso compressor that the old shop didnt even offer. I only paid the parts difference.

2008 Corolla LE. My partner and I have busy lives and we totally abuse this car by ignoring it way too often. Alternator died and we had it AAA towed to AIA. Cathy at the front desk is supreme! The mechanic who worked on the car was thorough and pointed out other nits, like a water pump leaking and no fluid left in the radiator. We had them do all the things needed and have our little town runner back in tip top shape. These guys have integrity, honesty, and customer service attitude which is so hard to find in the automotive repair industry these days. We will be back and start using them for our oil changes so they can keep an eye on our car.

Very grateful for the exceptional job the team did for me in Henderson. This was my first time going to this repair shop after moving from California. I was comfortable with them every step of the way from pre diagnostics, to diagnosis, repair, and readiness. I’ve been looking for an Honest & Professional shop in Henderson & thankfully discovered this repair shop at their new location. I think I have succeeded. They are my new “go to” car service & repair operation.

They replaced my catalytic converter and placed a safety shield over it. They did an excellent job and very fast.

I took my 2014 CRV to the Henderson location yesterday after my appointment with yourmechanic.com left me high and dry. They were able to fix my corroded battery terminals & helped me when I was left a mess after the other car repair company. I was in and out in an hour and am so appreciative that they took me as a walk in with everything thats going on in the world. Kathy at the front desk, I want to give a big thank you to her for making me feel comfortable & safe...as a young lady in her 20s walking into a car repair shop by myself is very intimidating & Im always afraid theyre going to try and shove all this extra work that needs to be done to my car in my face or try to pressure me like the Dealership does. They are very trustworthy & I can 100% say that after today I just became a life long customer & plan on brining my family here & recommending them whenever needed.
