I have been taking my all of my Mercedes vehicles as well as other import vehicles to Chris for almost 10 years now and I have never once felt that he has been dishonest with me and all work was always complete with the utmost professionalism. I thoroughly researched this shop before taking one of my babies to A Best Auto Repair and Chris and his team were highly recommended and he had tons of references. A-Best Auto is one of the most finest and honest automotive repair shops I have known. I know cars and automotive repair as a amateur mechanic myself and found A-Best after the Volvo dealer in Las Vegas was kind enough to rip me off with a computer diagnosis in which they said I needed over 2K in repairs. The diagnosis cost me >$200 and was non-refundable. I took the vehicle to A-Best and spoke to the owner Chris Phoenix and had a second diagnosis. All the same issues came up however not all needed to be fixed or replaced, the items were just identified in tandem with what needed to be repaired. I had the repairs done for less than $800 at A-Best. I have used A-Best for all the repairs I cannot make myself for foreign and domestic vintage vehicles for over the last 10yrs and have always had a fair assessment and have become good friends with the owner due to his honest assessments of repairs. I went back to Volvo by the way and firmly addressed my disgust with them and that they are ripping off the public. They could have cared less. I have had the same issues with the Henderson BMW dealer with a recall on lights that I had already fixed. The back lights were faulty, I had A-Best fix them, and then I got the recall notice from BMW months later. I took the car down, they said I hadnt first had it assessed by the dealer so I was not due any kind of refund...total rip off racket BS!!!

Ive been taking my wifes CLK500 Convertible to Chris for over 8 years, he always does the right thing! He will not try to over sell you on services you dont need. Its hard to find an honest Mechanic, but Chris and his crew are very good and getting the job done right the first time! A+++++ service!

Great place, no, best place in Vegas for auto upgrades and mods. Highly recommended from shop owner Chris to the rest of his crew, these guys are top notch and on top of their craft.

Frist off lets say i was swept off my feet at first only to fi d that he and his shadetree backwoods. Rip off schemmes will be coming to an end soon. He even gave meback my truck without its fan or shroud.......he is lazu and acts like hes on meth and smells like weed and he is never on time....

At one time i would recommend this shop Today i would tell you to pass this place and find somewhere else to go.I have watched these guys destroy my friends classic car.The car sat for months it seemed and has never run the same.Management promises to fix work now doesnt return follow up calls.Empty promisesfailing to find problem.Iam Very dissatisfied i question who if any are even certified mechanics.Clueless to simple instruction Wont admit they dont know how to fix problem.I have spent a considerate amount of money and the work still isnt done The new mechanics have no knowledge in fixing classic cars.

I was referred to Chris and his shop almost 3years ago by a friend who will only trust Chriswith his Chevy Corvette. I had a Dodge Caliberat the time and my A.C. Compressor went outwith summer right around the corner. I wasquoted double at another shop and triple byTed Weins. Not only did he replace the partand fix my problem, but he saved me money aswell. If thats not enough when I went to pick upmy car the final price was a little less than hehad quoted me originally. I was okay with thequote and willing to pay so he easily could havetaken advantage but he did not. I love theintegrity and this is why I will ONLY go to him.This guy is smart and very knowlegdeable. Inow drive a 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe and a 2006Audi A4 and he has worked on both cars andfor as long as I am in Vegas he will be the onlyone.
