I got the car I wanted at almost the price I wanted and got almost the amount I wanted for my trade in.The only thing I would suggest is a more comfortable place for people to wait.Most dealerships I have been to have a comfy couch and a TV for anyone who has to wait for their car to be fixed or their papers to be finalized. Other than that my experience was satisfactory.

Our time, Randall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.We had a full sized F150 xl 4x4 and traded it for a mid size truck, Jeep Gladiator Willys. I love my Ford trucks and year dependant, mustang. The LCD screen was a 2 trip process with my wife waiting hours with no refreshments, even if we had to buy it ourself, no other vehicle to drive to manage affairs, ect. Serious upset and me not liking my wife in a bad mood, had to do something.We found Eric after a search online for alternatives. The jeep gladiator willys was it. Took a trip to meet Eric, and an arrival of 2 semis of vehicles to off load. I told Eric about the MFG issue, no problem. We talked, he answered questions and explained when warranted. After the trade in eval, papers and a handshake we were done. There is a waiting area for my wife to be comfortable and if the wait is beyond a time limit, a loaner she gets to manage the rest of herbday in impeaded.All to say, the ford dealer we used, buisness model is not ideal for an average consumer so we went where we were welcomed.A happy wife, a happy husband, a great life indeed.

I am not one to leave negative feedback, however I think this may keep someone from experiencing a similar event.On 3/5/2021 I went to Randall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Henderson, TX to view a truck I had found online. I had two vehicles that I was interested in trading that both had existing loans on them. I had a approval letter from my credit union for the financing of the new vehicle. One of my trades was financed with Chase and the dealer acquired the 10 day pay off in order to determine any equity in the trade. The other vehicle was financed with the same credit union that I had the approval for financing letter from. My salesman (Nathan Bangert) said they could not get the 10 day payoff from the internet and asked what I owed. I told him between 2100-2500 dollars. He said they would figure the deal at 2500 and if it was less they would send me a check for the difference. We agreed on the terms and signed the contract showing the total balance owed after trades and credits.My credit union contacted me on 3/11 to inform me they had not received a buyers order from the dealership so I contacted Patrick Dinan (the finance manager) to request they send the order to my credit union and inform him of the verified 10 day pay off for 2127.50. I was expecting a check for 372.50 ( the difference from the 2500 Nathan said they had withheld). Patrick said that since this vehicle was financed with the same bank they didnt figure it in. I told Patrick that I didnt agree with this and asked to speak with the manager or his supervisor. Patrick told me he was the manager.At no time during this transaction was I informed that I would be responsible for the pay off on the car I was trading from the same bank I was using to finance the truck I was purchasing.Bottom line, I had to finance an additional 2127.50 over the contract price in order to pay off my trade.BUYER BEWARE!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! My husband and I spent 2 days going in and out of this place to get a vehicle. Kyle told us the whole two days we just needed more for a down payment that we were approved. Sent us to the bank to try for a loan. We’ve come up with the down payment he told us to get. We go up there to try for a different truck due to the one we wanted sold. Just to be told Kyle lied to us we were never approved! That no matter what our down payment was we weren’t eligible for a vehicle! We spoke with the financial manager just for him to tell us there was nothing he could do.
