Its been a month or so since I scheduled my appointment and they havent even gotten my car in. They were booked a month out and just called to tell me they have to reschedule because they have too many cars. I’m stuck going here now because insurance already cut a check. If you use them expect to wait forever and when you’re supposed to go in you’ll probably wait longer. I even called in the morning to confirm everything and they didn’t mention it. I picked Gerber because they are a large company and would be smooth and easy but not the case. Go somewhere else if you want anything done in a timely fashion.

I had my truck towed here letting the lady know it was a 77 ford and she even repeated back to me that she knew that. When it got there they refused service for it and when the tow truck driver brought it back he stated that Gerber told them to get my truck out of there and take it to the junk yard. Very unprofessional as this truck has huge sentimental value to me.

Took over a month to try to get my car in. they rescheduled that same week that they were at capacity and would have to reschedule. I was able to take my car somewhere else, same day service, and they had it fixed in 2 days and cheaper. Youre really just paying for a service with a company that has a decent reputation for claims from insurance companies. But really, you can go anywhere else and can get just as great service. Not impressed.

Extremely happy with the customer service from the start to the day I picked up my car. Kept me informed the entire time it was being repaired. The work done on my car is amazing! I was impressed with how quickly the work was done, and how beautiful they made my car look again.

It was so AWESOME!! When I went to their office and checked damage of my car they said its gon be 2-3weeks and I was kinda disappointed coz you know its almost a month that you have no car but guess what after a week they already done it! They replaced my trunk and rear bump and it was more cooler than my previous one lol and one more thing they put back my spoiler which is really really great!! Coz at first they cant put it back coz it was customized. So DEF 5 STARS ⭐️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am unfortunately a repeat customer at New Look Collision Center. Thankfully, they’ve done a great job with my car! Most recently, someone hit my rear bumper and drove off without leaving their information. Mike and Derek went out of their way to find ways to lower my out of pocket costs. Their customer service was amazing and I super appreciate their kindness and communication. Derek even offered to buff out some tire marks on the front of my car from when a tire hit it on the freeway, whether or not I got my car repaired with them. This was unrelated to the rear bumper I needed replaced.Every time my car needs work, I choose New Look since they do an amazing job! The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you Mike and Derek!

I would give 5 stars for the service done on my vehicle and 2 stars for the customer. When I picked up my vehicle, the person did not even go over the lifetime warranty, what they did, or the mess they made on the interior of my car. They rushed it for Geico so they didnt have to pay out my rental car coverage. WOW 😲

30 days after rear end collision repair at Gerber, my rear passenger wheel well molding came undone. I had to remove it for fear of it coming off on freeway. Contacted my estimator, Kevin Pelland, informed him of situation and from there he took care of everything as usual.Super customer service. Thank you.

Having damage repaired is never fun, but the associates at Gerber Collision made it so much easier than I expected. My insurance company had already given them info so I barely had to do anything. They were very organized, friendly, helpful, and quick! So glad to have found this place. I will be referring friends when they need quality work done.

They worked on my 04 lincoln navigator after someone hit it. They worked on it twice, once a hit and run on the rear bumper, they did a great job repairing it, rental car place on site made it painless, only grip that wouldve made it 5 stars is that they forgot to rehook up the back up parking sensor, but they apologized and offered to bring it back and do it quickly. Second time they were very friendly unfortunately i got hit very hard near UNLV and they totalled the vehicle out, but everyone there was empathetic and helped me get my things out. Great place overall and do great work

So I decided to make my car look like new on my own..as luck would have it i burned my paint. So after my disaster where else could could i take it to look new? Only place for me is, NEW LOOK COLLISION CENTER! These guys do it RIGHT EVERY TIME!!!!!! They not only fixed my oops but delivered my car to me looking BRAND NEW! This is the second time the crew at NEW LOOK have done work on my Viper to make it look so beautiful! I even referred my son there to have work his car worked on after someone hit him. His car not only came out FLAWLESS but he was treated the same as I was! Mike and Teresa should be so proud of the class act employees they employ! Everyone is friendly, professional and show respect with such a desire to meet or exceed your expectations! I WONT BE Taking Any of our cars anyplace else but, NEW LOOK COLLISION!!! I am giving a 1 star because of one employees unprofessional behavior. Everyone else was extremely nice and provided the service that the Insurance Adjuster told me to expect. Because of his rudeness I have no confidence that what I have been told is true regarding unlikely damage to the interior of my bumper. Instead I got the old school 80s machoism like I used get as ateenager regarding any car repair. My problem was with Lew their on site collision inspector. It was not a major repair but from the get go he was dismissive and aggressive in his interactions with me and would cut me off every time I tried to ask a question or try to point out an area I was concerned was damaged. The manager even came over to observe what was happening. It was a hit and run and I had no scratches or digs on my car before the accident. Both cars were in motion when she clipped me. I just wanted to make sure everything is fine. And was assured by the other partys insurance the bumper would be removed and the interior inspected. My car now has an accident reported on it and it will show on a Carfax when I trade it in in a few years. Sorry I wanted a visual inspection that would give me peice of mind.

Jimmy is the diamond in the lot!! My dodge challenger got returned to me after a thieft in complete shambles. Jimmy pulled every stop to make sure my car was pristine!! He is very helpful, communicative and most of he gets the job done in a timely matter!! Without his help and guidance I would have been a very frustrating experience. I will go no where else and recommend him any chance I get! Put your car in good hands and your mind at ease with Jimmy in charge you cant go wrong!!!

Ignacio was great, the rest of the employees there are horrible!!! Never again, will I use Gerber! I had to take my car there several times to get things corrected, they missed the fact that the car needed several repairs on different occasions. The initial intake was one of the most frustrating conversations ever. When I went for my initial appointment, the attendant was acting as if he...was working for the insurance company denying what was going to be repaired and what wasnt, as if he knew what the accident consisted of, or without a through inspection on the lift. Seriously, I would use ANYONE else, if I could! Again... Ignacio was helpful and patient understandingmy frustration, but really hes, a one man team there surrounded by inexperienced or neglectful employees that dont care about getting the job done right the first time! So if you want to make several trips to fix things correctly, avoid yourself the headache, of using Gerber of of Gibson and the 215.

My truck was stolen and recovered. The only damage visible was the key ignition and the passenger seat had the back cut out so they could access the seat motors. The police said they found one of the thieves under the truck with a sawsall. When the vehicle was towed to Gerber collision and glass all of this information was made available. I was told by my representative that once the key switch got replaced and truck re keyed they would pull it into their shop and check underneath for further damage. It took over a month to get the key switch replaced. I was told the people who did the interiors said they couldnt locate the seat cover because the vehicle was to old (2004). I located the correct seat covers and color within 5 minutes doing an online search. I called my representative and told him that they needed to get someone new to fix the seat because it was not hard to find the correct covers. My rep told me that he called them and they would have the seat repaired in a couple of days and I could have the truck. I asked him what was found underneath the truck. I reminded him that this was a stolen recovery and someone was caught underneath with a sawsall. He said he would check but I could tell that this tidbit of information had been forgotten about since it took so long to get the key switch replaced. He called me on a Tuesday and told me they replaced an exhaust pipe and that they should have the seat back from interior vendor and my truck should be ready for pickup that Friday or Saturday. I finally got a call the following Friday telling me the truck was ready. One key switch and vehicle re key, one seat cover and a replaced exhaust pipe. 2 months later I have my truck back. All I got was excuses and blame put on outside vendors for why the truck took so long. The other heartburn is that most of the time I called, I wouldnt get a return call. When I did, it was excuses and apologies. I wouldnt recommend this company.Follow up. Got a phone call from the newly installed general manager regarding this review. After our conversation he stated that he was in the process of trying to correct certain issues. I appreciate the fact that he listened and believe that he is sincere in trying to make necessary corrections. He offered a car wash for my problems which I declined but told him thank you for the offer. Maybe your experience will be better.10/1/20 Update- Apparently the General Manager hasnt been successful in making the necessary corrections I found the lock for my spare tire didnt get re keyed along with the rest of my truck. I can understand this, you only think about this particular lock when you need a spare tire. I called Gerber and spoke to a rep and he informed me that he would have to get in touch with my insurance and get approval and then set up an appointment with the Dealership. He said he would call me and let me know. After 3 days I called to see where we were in this process. I left a message to call me and was told that he would get the message and call me back. I still havent gotten a call and tomorrow will drive to there business and ask to speak to the manager. This lack of communication is ridiculous. How are you a customer rep if you cant communicate with your customer. At least call me back and tell me your in the process or something, you dont just leave the customer waiting.

My locking mechanism on my trunk stopped working after the repairs I received over 2 years ago. Called New Look to find they changed over to Gerber and they STILL honored my warranty! Talk about integrity! Lino was an awesome manager and Vanessa gave the absolute best customer service. I appreciate the car wash after!! They even cleaned up all the sticky gunk from the tape I needed to use to keep my trunk closed while waiting for a convenient repair time (I was super busy). Thank you!!!!

Had my vehicle repaired here when it was New Look Auto. I’ve had to got back 5+ times, most recently late spring this year now under Gerber. Still not fixed properly, I dealt with Horacio most of the time. I have no other way to describe my experience at this shop besides it being an insulting one. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Outstanding customer service. After a minor accident on the freeway, and calling my insurance company, I chose Gerber for the estimate and repair. The accident happened on a Tuesday morning, but their earliest appointment wasnt until Friday. It wasnt a problem, I had a rental car, and was able to leave it at work (it was not safe to drive it). On Friday I slowly drove to Gerber, which was only 3miles a way, but scary nonetheless. While giving the technician my keys, he asked how I was getting back to my rental car, I said I was going to walk, he said no thats not necessary, and contacted the rental company to see if they could pick me up and take me back to work. In 5 minutes I was picked up and driven back to work. They explained every step of the repair, and kept me updated. My car was ready a day before I even expected. My car feels like new again, I am completely satisfied, and definitely recommend Gerber Collision!

From a service standpoint I can not say more. Called early in the morning on a Saturday when at least 80% of shops are closed and asked them to remove a seat from our Denali second row. I stopped by about an hour later and they pulled the seat in under 15 min and had me on my way home free of charge before I could say how much... Awesome shop with good people.

WATCH OUT!REALLY, I think they are set up to do a good repair job and most are quite pleasant. BUT, The gloves come off if you suggest they did something wrong! They attack with this condescending attitude while insulting your intelligence about your knowledge of the condition of your car. All in defense of what they absolutely could not have done wrong!If you must use this company, use caution. 1) Photo document condition of the entire car. 2) Take a detailed inventory the contents of your car. 3) Document your fuel at drop off. FYI, they offer no explanation for the obvious missing fuel. 4) Document your mileage at drop off.Let the fun begin when you get your car back! FYI, a whoops and a 15 minute repair would have made me a happy customer!

DO NOT get a quote from this place. Tried to do an online quote after hours. The next day i received a quote for fixing everything they could think of. No reasons listed for fixing anything. They are hoping they get people naive about cars so they can charge them as much as they want. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would not recommend this place. They fixed my bumper and there was an alignment issue they kept telling me that it would cost more money and perhaps the axl was bent. Took it to a different shop and the issue was resolved at a low cost. They are happy to take your money but not do the job right. Avoid if possible.

THE BEST! Took my car in to fix a fender bender, the other insurance carrier sent me to New Look Collision Center in Henderson. Derek was my New Look Service person and he explained everything so nicely and couldnt have been more accommodating. I was kept informed of the progress, and when I picked up my car it had been detailed inside and was shinny clean. A week later I took my car back because I had caused some damage in a different spot. I got an excellent price and the work was perfect and again Derek gave me terrific service. Do not go to New Look Collision in Las Vegas, they hung up on me when I called them instead of the Henderson location. Rude people.

WOW is all I can say! This shop really DOES IT RIGHT! John was my contact and estimator and he is extremely knowledgeable about body work not to mention professional, friendly and a real communicator! His co-worker Leddy was excellent in communicating with me as well! Between the two of them, I was updated twice a week on the repairs of my auto, schedule, delivery of parts, and progress of repairs! I was ALWAYS in the loop on my repairs. This shop is the best i have ever dealt with. In my job I have dealt with a lot with body shops over the past 30 years and have NEVER experienced such customer service! I felt like I was dealing with a High End Spa in one of our favorite vacation spots! When my car was ready, ANOTHER WOW! My Viper looked BRAND NEW! So not only does the front of this shop dazzle you with their impeccable customer service but the body shop dazzled me with their perfection in body work and paint! If you want true service by a shop that cares, and make your car look new, LOOK no further! I will recommend these guys to EVERYONE I know! Amazing professionalism and amazing work!!Its safe to say I provided New Look with a challenging situation from the first time I walked in the door. I brought them a rare car with top of the line aftermarket parts and a very strict deadline that could not be missed. The car needed some serious work that they came highly recommended to perform.New Look kept me updated on the progress, put up with me stopping in many times to see the car torn apart and made sure all the work was perfect. They painted the whole car twice because they didnt think the first time was 100% flawless.They worked with my schedule, handled all of my concerns and delivered a car that looked better than before it was new. In the unfortunate circumstance I need a car repaired again, New Look will be getting my business.

I had an accident repair performed by New Look Collision and they did fix the main problem (supposedly straightened out the lca frame extensions, and seeing the work after, I actually doubt that was done properly), but also made more problems and did not fix others. I am missing washers on nuts and bolts that used to have washers on them. Washers added where they shouldnt be. Grade 8 washers replaced with lower grade ones that bend and get marred up easily. A missing headlight screw. A nut on the bumper not tightened. Wires not routed the way they were before they messed with it. Panels not placed back the way they were before they messed with it. Alignment tabs not repaired. Body damage not repaired. One of my Rigid LED bolts will not come out after they worked on it and now I can not remove the light from its bracket. If you like your vehicle and want quality work, find another shop. Maybe it was because I didnt hassle them a few times every day with the progress of the repair. I thought that since they are an auto repair shop that they should know what they are doing and thought that I should just leave them alone so they can concentrate one getting quality work done, but that did not happen.**** Update 02/22/17 ****Changed rating from 1 star to 3. I went back to have them fix the problems and they did make it somewhat right, there should have not been any in the first place though. Im still not happy with the quality of work done, but dont want to deal with them anymore. Some of the problems were not their direct fault and were caused by 4 The Truck that did an alignment on broken/missing cam tabs and used a standard nut on a metric bolt (forgot to add that problem on initial review).

Avoid this place if you want the job done correctly the 1st time. Dont let Allstate insurance send you here. I took 3 month old car with spray paint on the windows. They got the paint off the glass but left scratches all over the windows. I had to take it to another shop to get windows fixed properly. When I took my car to the 2nd shop the guy looking at it noticed there was still black spray paint on the black window panels that I didnt even notice. A trained eye can clearly see the work this shop does is one star worthy.

Someone hit my rear bumper so I was trying to find a place that could repair the fastest. Called and wanted to know if I had to come in for an estimate since I had Snapsheet quote from insurance company. Another shop had me just email them the quote. The girl told me several times I had to come in so an estimator could look at car despite me mentioning what the other shop had me do.Sure enough when I came in with Snapsheet quote in hand, the estimator said that was all he needed and I could have just sent that in!! What the heck?He then told me he would call me the next day to let me know the timeline for repair. He never even called me as promised.

Great customer service by Geico located at this location. Not happy with work done to our truck. We had door skin and front passenger quarter panel replaced on our 2017 Dodge Ram. When they put the window back in they damaged the tint on the window... it was obvious damage. We put it off then it was too late as we were told there was no way to prove they did it.

They repaired my car in a timely manner. However because the insurance adjust incorrectly wrote my damage report. They tried to give my car back with damage still evident. New Collision said they told the adjustor yet they did not fix it. I drove 30 minutes there for nothing because they had to put the car back into production and fix the issue. When it was finally finished it looked brand new. This is the before pic.

Worst customer service I have ever had - hands down. They received my car (MB C350) on Tuesday 10/9/2018 thru my GEICO insurance and had 2 hrs of work that needed to be done. I called the shop on Friday 10/12/2018 and they did not even start the work on my car yet. When I called to complain, they decided to refuse to work on my car. Worst yet, my passenger door would not shut and they had it sitting in the same spot on the open lot since Tuesday when the tow truck dropped it off. Then the shop manager Paul calls me and stated that I was rude to the receptionist and that is why they refused to work on my car. Mind you this is Friday and my car was there on Tuesday. He states - Come pick up your car dude . I hope all insurance companies affiliated with this shop stop all their business and all customers that would like their cars repaired there find a more professional shop. I wish the owner would read the reviews because Im sure a business owner would not let customers get treated like this.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Do not go to them to have your car repaired. They fixed the damage caused by the accident, created more damage to other parts of the car and now moving very slowly to correct their mistakes. Tells us that the parts they need to fix our car are on backorder and they dont know when they will receive them. UNBELIEVABLE!! Extremely unprofessional and not worth your stress and frustration. I really, really wish I could be leaving a more positive review, but unfortunately that would simply not reflect my reality.My story starts in 2014 when some guy backed into the rear quarter panel of my 2014 Audi RS-5 in the Smith’s parking lot. I brought it in to New Look because they supposedly are the best in town for high end Audis. After 6 weeks in the shop, they gave it back to me with a 3” gash in the driver’s seat. It appears a technician sat in the car with a tool of some sort in his back pocket. 2 more weeks driving a Toyota Corolla and they finally gave it back to me with a scrap yard seat that visibly did not match. I was so fed up with driving that Corolla to see clients that I just took it and said nothing. What really burned me was that these guys thought that I wouldn’t notice.News flash: people notice when their brand new $80K vehicle has a seat with un-matching leather.For the duration of my lease, I secretly loathed New Look Collision every time I sat in my car and saw that seat. It was a daily, constant reminder of their ineptness, incompetence and dishonesty. Anyways I finally turned in the RS-5 last month and no longer have to sit in that ugly scrap yard seat. Good riddance I thought.As luck would have it, another driver, seemingly just as mentally challenged as the guy who hit my RS-5 backed into my wife’s Q5. This time in the VONS parking lot.Brought the Q5 in 2 weeks ago. I just picked it up today and the job is pure garbage. I can’t believe that a supposedly high end shop would have such in-existent quality control. I’ve attached some pictures to illustrate so you all don’t think that I’m just a disgruntled lunatic. The scuffs and discoloration on the paint are clearly visible. Bear in mind, the car has 150 miles on the odometer. Yes you read that correctly - one hundred and fifty.Once is a mistake. Twice is a pattern.Anyways, I will be bringing it back in tomorrow for yet more stress, aggravation, and driving a wonderful sub-compact for another 2 weeks. I need a drink.To be continued…UPDATE 8/24/16Manager followed up and made sure issues were corrected. All is good now.

I am beyond impressed as to his professional and efficient these guys are!I was hit at 60mph while parked in the emergency lane. I have a jeep so I walked away as the other car was demolished. My rear frame support beam was bent, muffler bent, tow package bent, hitch pull bent. They took off the entire back end of my jeep and found every inch of damage they could find to make sure they fixed everything. They kept me up to date via text As well as phone calls. Took 1 day like her because they were waiting for the muffler to get in, so that was not in them. Everything was replaced with new oem parts and any after market parts they didnt replace they cut me a check for the amount I would need to get the items again.Geico originally had me with another shop but after I read there reviews I refused to leave my jeep in there hands. The Geico agent was understanding and gave me a list and waited in the phone as I read the reviews, this is the sole reason I picked this shop. And honestly I could not be more proud of my decision. Erika at the shop was amazing and made me feel very confident that I was I good hands.Nick over at the Geico office was excellent!! When he couldnt reach me on phone call he would send me a text. He called as much as Erika did. This is the best car accident experience I have car had and they truly set the bar. I will never deal with another shop if I dont have too.Thank you Erika and nick for making my 2015 jeep brand new again.

New Look Collision has repaired my vehicle four times. The first was a side-swipe caused by another driver, impacting two doors. The second two involved replacing mirrors. Recently I hit another car in the rear end, causing extensive damage. My first thoughts were, New Look Collision will make my brand new car look completely new, so no worries.The New Look Collision experience is like checking into a five star hotel. You will be greeted by a beautiful but professional Letty. She handled all my paperwork and I never even had to contact my insurance company. There is rarely a wait, but if so there is a lovely fish aquarium and scented candle to make your wait peaceful.What I really appreciate about New Look is they returned my car a week earlier then promised, the car looks completely new again, and the transportation to and from the car rental is seamless. Letty at New Look kept in touch with me every few days providing updates. The manager always comes out to explain the work that was completed. I have been completely satisified beyond my expectations with every repair they have completed. Hopefully I wont need them again any time soon. I would highlly recommend this company to repair your car. The quality of work and business ethicis stellar. Your car will be returned vacuumed and clean.

Thank god the insurance was paying. Horrible, horrible job. Didnt fix the problems, missed other repairs, massively overcharged, car was completely dead when delivered - they said just drive it around for a while, itll be ok. Yeah right. Now need to have it redone.

On 5/14/2016 someone wanted to piggyback ride in the back of my trunk of my Nissan Altima with their heavy duty Chevy Suburban truck.I had just got my car 5 days before.(Smh- shaking my head)Hit me hard from behind... my trunk smashed in.Took my car to New Look Collision Center in Henderson, Nv. The guys were very helpful, compassionate, and reassuring, that my car would look brand new agin. Today 6/1/2016 my car is ready for pick up. Went to get my car and i could not believe my eyesMy Nissan Altima looked like I just bought it brand new off the showroom floor from Nissan.They did an AWESOME job!!!I will RECOMMEND New Look Collision to EVERYBODY!!!!They are the Best!!Thank You New Look Collision and your Team for doing an Awesome job.Im 100% happy with myNissan Altima. ❤🚘😘😄😁
