False advertising. I live out of state and was planning on driving to buy a vehicle from them. Thankfully I asked them before I left exactly what the total price would be and whether or not I needed to get a cashiers check. I expected to pay taxes and registration for my state as well as dealer doc fees which are also mostly a scam but thats another topic. However, I did not expect to pay an extra $4000.00 in Dealer Accessories as they called them. Nowhere in their listing did it say these fees existed. And I mean nowhere! Even their references to fees couldnt have been considered remotely vague hints to this fact. So, when I told them I didnt want their terrible and overpriced Dealer SCAM Accessories, they increased the price by over $3000.00 and said they couldnt do any better than that. They had absolutely no intent whatsoever to sell the vehicle at the listed price unless I caved and purchases additional goods and services. They even tried to blame their lack of notification of this fact on the website they posted the ad on. As if the website admins are supposed to know the vehicles real price is not what is shown in the ad. That is called false advertising! This dealership and any others operating in the same manner should be investigated by the appropriate authorities!

Stopped in to have some issues addressed with my 08 Sentra. Had this disgusting cabin air filter changed and air system cleaned/refreshed, front brakes changed, and tail light and housing readjusted/resecured. Everything went smoothly and Jose had my car back, smelling good, and issues addressed in an efficient and timely manner. Will be stopping back to get new hub caps and a new headlight once the new parts arrive. Great job and thanks for the service.
Respect is a big motivator when it comes to customer service. Sometimes it seems that has been lost on some customers. Comfort seems to lessen the need to treat all as equals no matter the zip code or ethnicity if u know what I mean just saying.
Stay away from Pedder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Hemet. They practice in false advertising. They advertise a car for $8984. It was on their website and on a car finding website. I got there took the car for a ride told them what my budget was since I was replacing the car for my son that had been in an accident. The car was under $9000 and that’s what I was looking for. I told the sales person and he went and got his manager and comes back with the price of an extra $3985 for dealer add-ons. He said that these were on the car. All the vehicles have this added on. This is false advertising. Nowhere on the ad did it say anything about the dealer add-ons. To come in from the manager was this is just a starting point. Nowhere does it mention about add-ons. Stay away from this dealership they are shady and unreliable.

Beware their list price isn’t what you are going to pay. They will add additional “aftermarket” features and force you to take the offer or not get the vehicle.
They forgot all about us. Cash buyer at first I thought the salesperson was on her game but she never called us back after the car was supposed to be detailed so we can come and buy. If sold to someone else I would have at least liked a courtesy call to advise.
This place was amazing. The sales person (Ben) was super helpful and not at all pushy. They were will to work with my wife and I and when we had to walk away to think about it they were supper cool.Came in the next day to buy the car and (Daniel) the sales manager was amazing. They took care of us and even worked out a better then expected deal on our trade in. Not at all pushy and very helpful.You really do feel like family here. I only bring my jeep here for maintence service. Nice waiting area with complimentary hot tea, coffee and donuts. It can get busy so plan for an extended wait, even for basic oil changes. They do offer shuttle service.

Customer service is excellent, never turned in car or truck and was not satisfied. Until it was recalled for a rear camera thing. No plastic was placed over seats and now I have two grease spots on the passenger seat the size of a pencil eraser and one on the driver seat a little larger. Grease hand prints all over the doors. Attention to detail is being neglected, not sure why this is but it needs to go back to it.

My experience with Pedder Nissan was pretty good I appreciate the professionalism they showed me the service technician was very knowledgeable and my conclusion I have no trouble going back to him again now for the salesman up in the front well let me just say theyre a bunch of jackals they sell their own mom a refrigerator and even though they live in Alaska hahaha

I always have problem with this location for service with my Maxima. Service man change the oil in my car and my battery was so corroded and he did not tell me how bad it was so after the oil change I drove to work and my car was dead. Due to the corroded battery that everything falls off like ashes and my car would not start. I had no one so I walked home and it took me 3 hours to walk home and find a friends friend to take me to Walmart and buy a new battery and put it on at my work parking lot where my car park dead over night. This is very dangerous my car could have die on the highway and I would be in more trouble than walking 3 hours home. What an a$$ of service man for my car. Nissan hiring idiots to work for them in this location.

The Chrysler Dealer in Hemet has a very busy service department, while its sales department features a large Chinese gong that is struck by the buyer to signify that a final deal has also been struck!My experience was a somewhat painful one because the central console on my 2015 Chrysler had fried (shorted out) and it was going to cost me well over $700 to replace it, a month after I had just paid over 700 other dollars to replace a bumper hit by a hit-n-run driver.So, this second event involving my new car was very financially painful!!However, on the bright side, the busy service managers are always considerate and ashelpful as they can be under challenging circumstances, and the staff is polite and helpful, too.However, as one might expect, wait times are usually longer than one might hope, and the bills, in the service department, are always sticker-shock-worthy to me.I have never bought a car here, but the Sales staff seems friendly, and they seem to love the sound of that gong!

Tyree smith is the salesperson to see, he goes above and beyond, however when I purchased my vehicle and took pictures, it was of course perfect. When I signed on the contract, I was riding my motorcycle and I needed for the vehicle to be delivered to my home close by, and tyree said he would love to. Just after I got home, tyree arrived with my new purchase.It was then he pointed out that the driver mirror was damaged, but Peddler Nissan would take care of it. 4 days later on Sunday October 15th I got to the dealership and the head person in charge, said peddler Nissan would not fix it. I notified him that this dealership will, and I will be taking it to small claims court. I called my salesperson and the service department employee who stated that it needed to be replaced and they are now under Subpoena. It is unfortunate that it has to be handled in this manner but I dont allow car dealerships or anyone else to think I will roll over.Other than that, I am happy with my purchase. My sister is a attorney but said with the evidence I have, I is sure Ill be fine. Good luck and always cover yourself because sometimes this happens.

We were very disappointed with the service department. We had to ask for the services to be to be performed and from day one when they sold us the Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 lied to us they we about the dealer trade and who they did the dealer trade with the car had been smoked in so we never got that new car smell. They told they had done a done a dealer with Moss Bros when in fact they had done a dealer trade with Orange Coast and we had purchased some accessories for the new vehicle and they put the license plate holders on on crooked so they stripped the the bumper license plate holders and all the on all occasions they returned the filthy dirty.
