Decided after 4 separate incidents to part ways with using this service department. The service advisors blame the call center, blame each other, and once even blamed myself and my son.. I’ll spare the details as I did speak to the service manager in person, however I just felt as if the blame was still thrown back at me, still walked away with no answer on filter back order, or offered to be called once one came in ) I own a small fleet of vehicles (33) to be exact. 15 of which are Hyundai’s…needless to say I didn’t appreciate the way this and other matters have been handled. I have reached out to Hyundai and filed a report. I would advise you to do the same. If the service department doesn’t have FILTERS or any other parts, file a report with Hyundai Customer Service in case something happens to your car due to them not being able to provide parts or service! DOCUMENT! DOCUMENT! DOCUMENT.

I leased a brand new 2022 Kona EV without any issues at first. Great sales team and was able to get a good deal on my trade in.However, I brought my brand new 2022 Kona EV back to the Gosch dealership to have the Platinum paint finish added to the vehicle. Since the paint is Black, they recommended the service to help protect the finish. Instead, the service department proceeded to scratch up the entire vehicle front to back, top to bottom! 😤 Since there’s a repeating scratch pattern all over the car, it’s very apparent that they used a bone dry and dirty orbital buffer.After they finished this “service” I had to bring the vehicle back a -second- time so they could attempted to correct the issue by re-buffing the car. This yielded zero results….I’m giving this Dealer a 2 star rating because of the incompetent service department ruining the paint job on my vehicle. I have lost trust in this dealership and would recommend you shop elsewhere. I *definitely* wouldn’t trust my vehicle in their service department if I were you. I’ll be using a different Hyundai dealership.

I went in to get a Smart Key replaced for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. As I was leaving, my service technician Carlos, noticed a noise coming from the engine. After a quick test, he discovered the car needed a whole new engine. He contacted Hyundai corporate and after a few days was able to convince them to replace the entire engine under the manufacturer warranty. It did take a few weeks for the engine to be delivered, but they also covered the cost of the rental car while my car was out of service. It is truly refreshing to meet someone like Carlos who is willing to go above and beyond his normal duties to help me like he did. I cannot thank Carlos and his team enough.

I was extremely happy with the service I received at the Hyundai Gosch Service Center. I was visiting family in the area and decided to schedule an appointment during my visit, since I wouldnt be needing my car. I had explained my situation to J.D. Gutierrez, and he explained to me that there was a current 24-48 hour diagnostic wait time for AC problems but would see what he could do. He also explained that the parts usually took some time to get in and I may have to bring my car back for service once they arrived. I understood and was expecting a call to pick up my car and bring it back at a later date to have the repairs completed. To my surprise, I received a phone call approximately 3-4 hours after dropping it off to let me know it had been diagnosed for both of the issues, that they had the AC compressor in stock for my make and model, but the door latch wouldnt be in for 24 hours. I was so grateful. J.D. was on top of my entire experience with Gosch Hyundai Service Department. He was in constant contact with me the entire time about my vehicle. I felt he went above and beyond and have NEVER received such AWESOME and ATTENTIVE service in my years of car repairs. Because of J.D.s customer service skills, professionalism and attitude, I will DEFINITELY be bringing my vehicle back to Gosch Service Center!! All of the employees I dealt with that day were AMAZING!! J.D deserves a shout out for his work ethics. I cannot say thank you enough

I had the best experience buying a car from Gosch. I knew I wanted a Kona EV. Unfortunately for me the state I live in does not sell Electric Vehicles. The closest state that does is California. I started looking online and made calls to several dealerships. I spoke with several different salespeople at a number of dealerships and boy was it frustrating. The prices were crazy! I knew I would have to travel to pick up my EV…..I found the exact one that had everything I wanted and booked a flight for Friday. I called the dealership and it was a horrible experience so I cancelled my flight and decided I would wait a few more months to get a car. Friday afternoon I got a text from Tracey at Gosch and she was super helpful....very insightful and a breath of fresh air after all of the other sales reps I talked to. She answered all of my questions....answered questions I didnt even know I had and just gave tons of info. Because of her I rebooked a flight for Saturday morning and the rest is history (they even picked me up from the airport!!) Everyone at the dealership gave me excellent service. I highly recommend and I know they will take good care of you.

The only reason for the extra star is for the salesman Joey and the service warrantyon used cars. Everyone else fits in this day and age of poor customer service, a refusal to take responsibility and bare minimum work ethic. If you do decide to purchase from Gosch, make sure you get everything included in the deal the same day as the purchase or it will not get done.. even if its in writing. Quality of the used cars are sub-par but fortunately they do back the 90 day service/repair warranty. In summary, just dont expect anything more than the unfortunate pattern of todays big businesses.. laziness.
