I just purched my second car from VIP Autos.when I lived in Hemet they came well recommended.. I move from Hemet 4 years ago, now I find my self driving over 4 1/2 hours t guy another one. The reason why is, cars are much nicer and the prices realler are much lower..Turns out they sell at lower prices becous of the low over head,, dont get me wrong the place is clean and need,, no wonder the area Casinos, businesses and and impressive number of celebrities get their new cars at VIP Autos through their concierge service.. great place probably Hemets best kept secret,,

I came in not expecting anything and walked out with a car and friendly service!

I dont have a car at the moment i bought a 2004 dodge stratus they helped me get it towed but i found out there was no diagnosis ran on it i dont know what can be the problem i paid alot of money for the car its just sitting in the yard they told me it was low on fuel i put fuel in it and it still wont start. I think the people there are cool great people but i feel like i waste a lot of money because its hard for me to get a car i have to start all over.

I purchased a car a month ago at Vip autos. Franko the car sales person listened to my needs and concerns and found what I needed.I was very happy with the purchase, 2014 dodge charger but after taking it for a drive to work and coming down Lambs Canyon I heard and felt a vibration on the steering wheel and felt it when stepping on the brakes. I called Vip Autos and they told me to bring in the car. I dropped the car off, they checked it and said it was the abs brakes and thats how theyre supposed to sound since its a heavy car. So i wanted a second opinion so i took the car to the dodge dealer and they checked it they told me the rotors were warped. I called Vip autos and they said to bring the car back, so I take it back and show them the receipt and inspection from the dodge dealer and they said they were going to have Ramonas tire check it since theyre business partners with them. So I leave the car there early in the morning and I get a call from VIP Autos around 4pm and they tell me the car was ready, they told me the rotors were warped and they had resurfaced them.First of all, they lied to me, they said that it was the abs breaks and it was heavy car.Second, I had to pay Dodge dealer $60 to check the car and tell me it was not the abs brakes.Third, the rotors should of been replaced before selling me the car, I shouldnt of had to dealt with figuring out what was wrong with the car.They are supposed listen to the customer and offer great customer service to make customers come back and buy another car or refer friends again.I would not reccomend anyone to purchase a car from this place. Especially if youre a woman these guys talk to you like youre a child dont trust these guys!! They look so kind when u first meet them but as soon as u purchase the car and tell them something is wrong with the car they dont want to hear it. They were pointing the finger at Ramonas tire because theyre the ones that inspect all theyre cars prior to putting them on the lot. How funny is that. Ramonas tire told us that they told Vip Autos and documented that the rotors needed to be raplaced, but instead of getting new rotors, Richard from vip autos told him to not put new rotors to resurface them only. My car is now making a squeaky sound when i push the break. The rotors will soon get hot again since I drive down the hill on Lambs Canyon everyday for work and I will have to pay $400 to replace them.Vip autos needs to listen to the customer and get some people skills. It was so unprofessional how they kept pointing the finger at Ramonas tire especially since they are supposed to be business partners.Please people dont buy a car from these unprofessional people.
