Good but had to wait to long Fridays are busy.

Took my car because it has a short on the the battery cable. They charged me 150 bucks and told me I have a short on my battery cable. Was told they needed to replace my alternator and cable for 1250 dollars. And retest meaning it may not fix the problem.

Was politely told I wouldnt be shown any cars without a credit check. I withheld the fact that my bank had pre-approved me for a car I was interested in... they could have made a good sale yesterday, but due to their bad customer service policies, I went to Diamond Valley Honda instead and was shown 10 cars before we even discussed finances. Bad form Gosch, bad form.

I had visited Kelley blue book to get a quote for selling my 5 year old car. Gosch (Ford) contacted me to make an appt. When I went in they offered me 25% less than the quote from KBB. The next week I sold the car to Carvana for 13% more than the KBB quote.

Rude,my dad,whos 86,had his car towed there because it died on highway. They refused to give him a courtesy ride back home,in town. Then they told him it ran out of gas and charged him 175 bucks.. are you kidding me!!!!! How rude to refuse a ride to a customer for one,then overcharge them for jumping the car and 2 dollars of gas?? Never go there again!!

They are extremely professional, with great customer service. My salesman (Dale Ferguson, Toyota) still has my phone number in his cell phone and has on several occasions helped me out. Even when unknowingly Ive called him at home. Service Department is not a rip off department like many dealerships. It costs a little more but all work is garenteed. Veteran friendly.

Tow truck broken so they are unable to deliver our car which they can not fix.and have not fixed for nine months. We can not even get simple questions answered. I do not know how they manage to keep the doors open. And they never return phone calls as promised

I scheduled an appointment for a transmission oil change and I got here 10mims before my appointment. Ive waited two hours and still my car isnt ready. Employees here (Hemet Gosch) dont enforce mask wearing, they walk around with their masks under their chins. Even if your vaccinated keep your mask on!!

I bought my car out of this dealer brought it back because the suspension was making noise and the steering wheel was crooked they took it in the lemons was off they say they redid it better steering wheel still crooked and the suspension still make noise bring it back after a week and they took it back in double check on it they say everything is on the respect everything was fine but they soon will still crooked and the suspension still make noise brought it back for the second and third time until they say they the promise of the car has or normal I will let people Josh and see if what you think about it I think the people who works on this place dont have any idea of how to repair car or how to diagnose a car even the manager came out to talk to me and trying to convince me that all this problems that the car is having are pretty normal I will not recommend anybody to come to this place and have the car service I dont think they got any idea of what they are doing and the people there work there that supposed to be certified I dont think their certification its worth their anything if they cant fix problem again this is personal opinion if anybody has a good experience with these people which I doubt it feel free to comment on this post. Heres some pictures that I took myself when Im driving this is how I supposed to drive and I put the car and at shop and look underneath the suspension and this is what I found on the struts which it makes me think that this might be making the noise but they say that thats totally normal that the car has no problems at all even though the noise is even coming back worse every time I stop or I make a turn its making that noise now that I dont know want to bring it back due to they going to come back telling me that its pretty normal period for the manager I did and all the review he came back to me saying the car is on respect and they usually you having s because you drive a lot I wonder if any other people have a same previews like I do will it be able to let me know if they have this type of problem because I drive a lot which I think its a pretty incompetent response from him which probably to go to school and study a little bit more about cars and before he answers any of these questions

Car wash guys helped me out. I came from work straight to the car wash place. They werent able to help me because they were shorted handed. But the guy behind the desk gave me a free car wash for the future. They know how to keep their customers happy.
