Friendly dealers but one I met didnt seem to care too much. There not many cars that were looking for but offered similar ones. Fairly decent but not a big variety on brand new carsUpdate:Was able to buy a car without a co-signer and a very good price for a brand new 2021 car

I would like to say that I am happy, but it is not like that, I took my car to have Gosh Toyota maintenance done, apart from that I had to wait more than 2 hours. They give me my car with a screw in the rim, they are supposed to rotate the rims and it is not possible that they did not realize it, it should be noted that I took it in perfect condition, the rims had just been bought in November 2020, and I go and told them about the screw and it turns out that elbow are not responsible for the situation, I could not believe that they evade responsibility and not have a solution I was very disappointed, it is not fair that I have to pay again for a problem caused by Gosh I know what accidents Happen and as a Company it is fair that they respond but it was not so that such a large Company penalized and not have any responsibility with the clients.

Checking in was quick and easy, they texted me a report after my vehicle was inspected with suggestions and I was able to approve additional services. Best part was, I got my truck back at the ETA time that I was given 👏Best experience so far. Thanks to my advisor Skyler and Technician Mauricio.

However Skyler suggested I proceed to do a walk in and that I’d be taken care of. Just moved to hemet so I was looking for a new Toyota dealership to get my oil changes done. This place is awesome they do a video inspection which is pretty cool I’ve never once seen that anywhere else. Gave me the specs on my brakes and tire life as well. I worked with Aaron, Freddy and Art for my purchase of a new RAV4 hybrid. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.I do feel the need to add that I felt highly pressured to leave a 5 star review before even making the agreements or seeing the car I was planning to purchase. I was asked twice before signing papers and was reminded when picking up the car. I spent a total of about 5-6 hours on Saturday and Sunday combined to purchase the car. They quoted me at 19% interest rate as a first time car buyer without actually putting the application through Toyota. Fortunately, we were able to agree upon a lower interest rate, but doing so resulted in a lot of time spent.The car I wanted was not in stock at Gosch. They worked with other dealerships to find the car with my exact specifications. I am very happy with my new car.A day after signing the paperwork and cutting a check, I was called and told that I had only made 1/3 of the down payment I had agreed upon the sale. I later received a call that someone hadn’t looked at the check or paperwork and just told a random amount of $6000. The correct amount was confirmed during the second call.

I was fortunate to be paired up with a service sales consultant that had time for me. The previous two seemed like they were driven by quotas not customer service. A shout out to Jason Caudill who put my needs above the other internal distractions. Thanks

Bait and Switch! Stay away from Tony Garcia, the supervisor, and Sean Hillis, the sales guy! My mother-in-law received a written TrueCar.com price and scheduled an appointment. When we came in at 12:30 pm, Tony Garcia and Sean Hillis told us that they could not honor the written price after asking for various personal financial information (for an all cash (check) purchase). While we were there today, my mother-in-law received yet another TrueCar email with the same priceWe then received a call from Nader Katemeh in Internet sales. I told him what had happened. Unfortunately, even he could not get Gosch Toyota to live up to their word, asking me not to tell the truth by naming the sales reps because this is their livelihood. I told him that maybe they should get a job with a more reputable business if they are too embarrassed to work here! I asked the manager Sonny Rosete if there was anything inaccurate, and he said I should blame True Car. Interestingly, TrueCar.com today shows the price they tried to sell it to us for! When I asked Sonny Rosete if he would sell the car at the price in the TrueCar.com email sent today, he told me no. This place is a scam. Dont waste your time driving from out of town!In case you think youre smarter than us, our party consisted of three California licensed attorneys. These guys will breach a contract right in front of your bear eyes! The promise to sell a specific car at a specific price is enforceable by any buyer.I suspect that the lawyers (like the three lawyers in this buying party) have noticed plenty of issues.UPDATE: These conmen at Gosch Toyota had the nerve to wish me a good day in response to this post after scamming me, my wife, and my mother in law. Great Service!! No hassle no pressure. Went in to browse walked away with TWO great deals!! Service is simple to schedule and always on time. Never had to wait for my appointment and estimated wait time after check in is very accurate.Edit:Service has dropped off a lot. Always recommending stuff I don’t need. How do I know? Had to come in for a recall. I was told it could take up to a full day. I arrived for my appointment at 8. I was greeted by Joe who got my paperwork written up really quickly, and confirmed my number. I caught a lyft home, did a few chores and by 2pm, my car was ready. I went to pick her up, Joe made sure I had the necessary paperwork for the DMV and I got my car (which was so clean I had to check the bumper stickers to identify it). Overall easy experience.

Dale helped us get into a fantastic 2019 Toyota Tundra this weekend. That marks the 6th car weve gotten from Gosch Toyota and all of them with Dale. We wouldnt go with anyone else.

Good afternoon I have the experience of having a bad experience of the service department today at gosh Toyota. Long story short my car set out in the front an hour and 8 minutes with the engine running and the air conditioning on 105 degree day I went back to check on it and it was sitting in the same spot with the engine on the wear and tear of an engine setting on a hot summer day with the engine on is unimaginable would like to keep that vehicle for a long time that does not help longevity at all.
