We shopped 4 other dealerships outside our Hemet town for a waste of time. Dropped by Hemet dodge b/c of a promo they had. Sat down and within 40 minutes had numbers that we agreed on and were actually in line with the online marketing offer. Never expected to drive out in a Dodge but they did everything to get us all the discounts, promo money and serviced our needs. Phillipe the sales guy was helpful too! I was a little worried about this dealership because I saw some reviews that weren’t so stellar, but their selection and inventory was so much better than where I live that I decided to go for see for myself … I’m sure glad that I did because my experience was awesome and if I could give it more than five stars I would… Not only did they give me the jeep I wanted for 10 grand less than my local dealer was selling it, I was also able to get the additional things I wanted without breaking the bank. My salesman Jerry was so awesome, he was not pushy and such a great family man, we felt comfortable with him from the start. Jarrod our finance guy was awesome as well, he was able to get all the numbers in line for me and even got my payment lower than I anticipated. This whole dealership is so nice and so personable, and like I said their inventory is the best in Southern California. Don’t listen to these other reviews, run don’t walk and go see Jerry and Jarrod… or my dream team as I’d like to call them. I’d also like to add that Lily and Angela were wonderful and setting up the apps and functions of my car and showing me how all the stuff works… I’ve never had a dealership do this for me before. Horrible customer care service. It’s seems management doesn’t support their staff which ripples down to customers with long lines, no call backs, very little feedback, and not enough tools to handle the large demand of car service. I wish I could give them zero stars, I tried purchasing a Jeep from them but since I live about 7 hrs away I wanted to do it online and have the car delivered to me. I talked to Brandy, the internet sales manager ( at least that’s what she told me) and from the beginning I wish I would’ve just walked away, I had to call her multiple times to get her to do her job so I could purchase the vehicle, she ran my credit and I got approved but she actually never sent me the paperwork to finish the purchase, next thing I saw was the Jeep was sold already even tough she told me the minute she printed the the paperwork to send it to me the jeep was mine already. I’ve called her numerous times and I just can’t get on hold of her. I’ve called the dealer and asked to speak with the manager and I’ll I get “he’ll call you back” but it hasn’t happened yet. They just did a hard pull on my credit for nothing. Stay away from this dealer.

I spent days trying to get in touch with this dealer about an SUV they had. Finally, I was able to talk to a Manager cause getting a salesman to call me never happened. I live out of state so was trying to do this over the phone which the dealer said that was fine. We agreed on a price and ask them if was ok to ship the SUV they said sure just find a shipping company that can give them a Bill of Landing. I spent time researching different shipping companies and finally found one. Spoke to the dealer again and now they said they will provide the shipping which they quoted was 1000-1500 more than what I was going to get it shipped for. They then told me I could use the company I found but they jacked the price up on the SUV by almost 2k. They said they had to increase it because now they got it serviced and clean. Is it my fault the owner was using it for a bit? I even tried to offer to split the fee and giving them an extra 500. No Response. I would not recommend them.

My father and I came all the way from Las Vegas to purchase a new charger. Not only did Brandi provided us with excellent customer service, she made sure we had everything we needed before we traveled back after the purchase was complete. Leo Akers the service writer was very knowledgeable and informative on what service I needed for my 2016 Jeep Wranger. I will definitely be back to the Hemet Jeep dealer to have my service done and will request Leo as my service writer.I live in Wildomar and have had many issues with the local Jeep dealer in Lake Elsinore. It is a little bit of a drive to Hemet but worth the drive to not have to deal with Lake Elsinore Jeep.

We’ve been kicking around the idea of getting a truck for awhile. We didn’t know much about Dodge but we knew we really didn’t like car dealerships or car salesmen. We spoke to our neighbor who highly recommends Dodge trucks and they were offering several incentives so we decided to go to the dealership on Christmas Eve to just check them out. We were at the dealership for a full 10-15 minutes just looking around and were very surprised we weren’t bombarded by a salesman chasing after us. Once we were ready to talk to someone, we went inside the dealership and they got somebody right away to help us. Our salesman Mario walked with us to the trucks we were looking at. We explained what we were looking for and he answered all the questions we had and worked really hard to find the right fit for us. When we went in to sit down and try to work out a deal, they never pushed to run our credit until we were completely satisfied with the numbers. Once we came to a deal, then they ran the credit. When we went to finance, they explained the different options to add but didn’t push for it. We did decide to add on at that point, but at no time were they pushy about anything which we really appreciated. We took delivery of the vehicle at night so it was dark. After arriving home, we saw a pretty significant scratch/dent in the front and let them know right away. They could have very easily said they wouldn’t repair it since we already left the dealership. They agreed to repair the damage and sent the pictures to Jessica, their service representative. We reached out to Jessica about a week later since we were in the middle of the holidays. She returned our call within a reasonable amount of time. Our truck is currently in being repaired. Everyone is very nice and treated us well. We would definitely recommend them and go back when we’re in the market for another Dodge truck.

I would recommend this dealership, I was looking for jeep for at least 5 months, and whenever I find one no dealership wants to hold it for me, but when I talk to Geo Flores in Sales at Hemet, he was nice and did his best to sell that jeep to me. I did not even have to go down Hemet and do anything, he did everything for me over the ph. When my husband went to pick up the jeep, he did not even spend more then 30 minutes to get the jeep from there, best place and Geo is best sales person.

I called ahead and spoke to the manager named Jesus, who assured me the car I wanted to see was in stock. I told him I was driving from an hour away to their location and he assured me it was there and made me an appointment. I drove all the way down there and he said, “Oh yeah, I sold that car to another dealership”. I called ahead and spoke to the manager to make sure that did not happen. He purposely had me waste my time and didn’t seem to care at all.They also have false advertising. They’re advertising 0% for 84 months but it’s actually 36.

I am happy with the vehicle I purchased but the car buying experience was not the best. I found out I was lied to by several people at this dealership. Also it was late when everything was done and the inside of the vehicle was not properly cleaned. The manager felt it was more important to clean a truck that was on the showroom floor. After reading the vehicle manuals it became apparent the person going over features with me did not know the vehicle very well. When all was said and done I would recommend Chrysler, dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles but I would not recommend this dealership my experience at other dealerships has been much better.

Had to negotiate price that they were set on your dealership in lake Elsinore is where they got the car from and they were selling the car for 41000 Hemet wanted the full list price of 45000 I showed them lake Elsinore price and they finally gave it to me for there price. I was there from 100 to 900 that’s to long to buy a car way way to long the staff was very friendly Ernie and Felipe were very professional you just need to add another finance mgr to expedite customers in and out faster besides those problems it was a very enjoyable experience. I love my new car it’s a black Chrysler 300S with black and red leather interior you should keep those at your Hemet lot my salesman had to your lake Elsinore location you need more Chrysler 300 S in Hemet location I believe they would sell they are much better looking than the Dodge chargers. Order some with 5.7 your missing the Chrysler 300S market.

You need to read the fine print. They are giving a dealer discount but dont mention the dealer mark up in the add waste of a trip. If you are looking to buy a new car or truck dont wait until things go back to normal. That might be awhile.

Dealer has on their website Jeeps Wranglers starting at 35,000. So we went waited on the lot for 20 minutes nobody came and talked to us. Employees are sitting around talking with each other. Finally we had to ask somebody for help all they showed us were Jeeps in the 50,000 range. The guy check the computer and said they had nothing. Theyre online advertised prices misleading, the service is horrible.

I hate to do this because the guys at the front desk are so nice and professional. But every time I’ve been there there is always something wrong or overlooked. After having my truck serviced oil change, tires rotate etc etc. They forgotten to reset or reboot my trucks computer and I had to go back and get it fixed. My husband lifted his truck and for them to get easy access they cut and I mean cut an air hose. The cut looked so clean as if they used a brand new box cutter. This Saturday they forgot to close the air filter. It’s small details but it’s very annoying and inconvenient.

This dealer was the worst dealership I have ever been to! I repeat DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING!! They like to advertise a certain price online and then when you get there they want to add on fees that you shouldn’t have to pay for such as the care package. I drove over 70 miles to look at one of there vehicles which was priced at 25k and when I got there they jacked it up to 35k which is insane! Also the sales associates were very rude to say the least; when I told them this is not the price they advertise online he said well you should buy a cheaper car which was very condescending after that I left. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! I recommend going to the BMW dealership I just bought a car from them and is was such a friendly and easy experience.

The service writer was great, new exactly what I needed and gave me good advice, As for your mechanics, not so much. You need to train them on tire pressure requirements. Not every tire takes 30lbs of pressure. Mine were set at 36 as per the tire and the inflation sticker on the door. Your guys deflated every one of my tires. I had to find a dealer in San Fran. area to help me, As we are on vacation. You should come up here and try that out. A real trest.

Everything started off ok, until the same ole salesman tactics started. They promise to not waste your time, (was late to work thanks to them) but they always do. I finally get the payment where I needed it only to find out that the extended care package “that definitely could not be taken off” was taken off without telling me and that’s how they got the price down, all the while leading me to believe it was there. Found this out in while in the finance office. Then they said getting the vehicle to my house was no problem and before I left I asked if it was going to be washed and fueled up. And of course they said, yup! Well, several hours later when the truck was dropped off it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I texted sales guy and apparently the $53k truck I bought was only good enough to get a 1/2 tank. I wanted to ask where the other 1/2 tank of gas went, but what’s the point. Long story short, my truck is currently in the shop, one week after purchase, due to a multitude of problems that I’ve found throughout the last week. Thanks Hemet Dodge!!

I brought my jeep in because power went out. It was still under warranty so they said they would replace battery but because there were aftermarket parts on it they had to charge $400. I paid the fee not happy. Then took it to another dealership and found put they never replaced the battery. Very unhappy. Shady business

Everyone was very courteous, I already knew what I wanted so the process went by smoothly. The only thing is that the security wasnt turned off, so when I went to do a midnight run and my car wouldnt start I thought something was wrong. Got it fixed the next day.

I saw on cargurus that they had a price that was 10k less than anyone else. I drove straight down from Barstow and Saul Mendoza was my salesman. He and the finance team did everything they could to keep me at the price I saw online and I drove away in my new 2021 Durango!! Definitely come see Saul you wont regret it!!

We called ahead of time confirmed the price on a 2020 cherokee when we got there, manager was rude when we tried to haggle the price advertised and I was told well if you dont buy now I have 2 other people later today to view the vehicle, and another note we set the appointment to go, when we got there the vehicle was filthy windows left rolled down spider webs and dust/dirt in the interior of the car, car is still advertised online as of 8/30/2021 a week after we visited so much for it being a trustworthy dealership.

Would highly NOT recommend. They had a Jeep Wrangler listed on Autotrader for a decent price. When I went for a test drive the sales guy completely ignored me when I was asking where I should go as I didnt know the area. Instead he sat in the back and was on his phone the entire time. When it came to the price, it was essentially a bait and switch. The price listed was way off from what was offered to me. Apparently there is a $4,000 non optional anti-theft package that could not be removed as well as a few other little things that added up and they were not willing to work with me. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and shady.

Should have read the reviews before going here. We drove about an hour to see the deals that they posted in their website. I called them to make sure that they are still running the deals, they said yes. As soon as I got there, I asked if the car is still available, right now they said it is sold out. They are all scammers, be careful they will add lot of mark up. They posted cheaper price with lot of deals in their website, trying to lure people to come to this dealership. The price that they offer is way too high compared to other dealers nearby us. We told them that do not run our credit. I got notification that they run my credit twice, not even one. We were waiting in the dealers for about 3 hours. One sales guy saying the deal is only for purchase, in fact it is said for LEASE. I think he is blind and cant read a word in the ads that they posted online. We asked him lot of questions and he just left us. Literally, zero customer service. Be careful dealing with them, they are all crooks, running the business without ethics. WHAT EVER they offered online, it is not true. Dont waste your time with this dealership! I would like to give zero star if there is that options.

Hemet CDJR service personnel and technicians are great. Kudos to them and the Service Manager.
