Wow what can I say about this location? That it looked lonely at first. I seriously thought they had no car salesman on the lot. When I started walking around the lot a gentleman approached me. His name was Alfonso. Alfonso was very polite and very friendly made the car looking not so intimidating. He then proceeded to let me know the car that I wanted wasn’t in the lot which was upsetting to say the least. He did however let me know that it was going to be coming soon. Which helped me out to say yes help me get the car. The whole process from looking at numbers to picking the color of the car that I wanted was not intimidating whatsoever he broke the ice super quick. And has a great friendly personality! This guy is it. If you are looking to buy a car and feel like you are super nervous to do it. He can help ! I am very pleased with the service. The dealership itself seems a little outdated in my opinion they really have it very bare inside. Not much to do but sit on the little barstools and wait. It just seems a bit gloomy inside in my personal opinion. Other than that he did a great job. And I’m excited to drive around town in my new car !
Got my beautiful black 2019 Honda Civic sport at diamond valley auto and i couldn’t be more happier!! I absolutely love it and owe Eric Forst the biggest thank you for this find it’s an absolute gem! Only had 16 k miles on it and it has been so amazing and fun to drive ! He was extremely helpful in assisting me the whole way through finding the perfect car and fit for my financial needs as well!! Thank you again Eric! I recommend seeing him for an awesome deal and will be personally recommending him to all my friends and family. This is the best car I have ever owned hands down!
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM DIAMOND VALLEY HONDA. Avoid this dealership at all costs. If it is a little more expensive to buy a vehicle in your local area please do so to avoid this establishment. Im not from the Hemet area so I verbally agreed to purchase a 2021 accord and a few dealer add-ons at an agreed upon price. It all seemed very streamline and straight forward. The vehicle was set to arrive on the lot in approximately a week. While making the 3+ hour long drive to sign the sales contract I received a call from the salesman telling me that he finagled the numbers to save me about $300. Upon arriving and looking over the sales contract I realized that $1,555 was added onto the price of the vehicle but that I was being charged $1,884 less for the add ons. I contacted the general manager to inquire about the changes. We had a short, cordial conversation and he assured me that the add-ons were all included as discussed and that if I felt uncomfortable we could mutually cancel the purchase. I opted to continue with the transaction and sent the dealership a check for the full amount of the vehicle (no dealership financing needed). The car arrived on the lot and I drove back down to pick up the vehicle about a week later. The gentleman who greeted me was pleasant and the sales associate Jesse Gutierrez was extremely pleasant and polite. I sat down with the finance associate but before I signed one of the documents I realized that only one add-on was listed. I informed him that that was a mistake. He left for approximately 5 minutes and the General Manager Victor Moreno walked in, sat down, and began to berate me. He kept repeating that he heard me and the original sales associate on the phone agreeing to forego the other two add-ons. I replied why would I would intentionally cancel two add-ons but pay the exact same price?. Then he told me Well if you dont like we can just cancel the deal right now. I asked if he was serious to which he replied Oh yea, we can cancel it right now. I was in shock that he was challenging me to accept the vehicle with one add-on (even though the price I paid them was supposed to have included three add-ons) or leave now with nothing and they will refund my money. To make a long story short, the ordeal ended with them reluctantly giving me the additional add-ons...for an ADDITIONAL $359!!! The car was immaculate and its a great vehicle but In hindsight I would have paid my local dealership the difference in sales price to avoid the unprofessional, rude, and ignorant management staff at Diamond valley Honda. Im a first responder in my city and I havent had an interaction that unprofessional in a long, long time. Go elsewhere. Youll be happy you did.
TL:DR: Their advertised price does not include accessories or warranties; this will be snuck into the final contract where unsuspected buyers, like us, can easily be tricked into signing. Learn from our mistake!Tip for buying at this dealership: Know the exact model and trim you need, and for the love of God--read the contract carefully! My family went here to purchase a Honda Passport EX-L AWD for their online price of $36,050, which was way below MSRP at the time. We drove about 80 miles and arrived about an hour before they closed, and we, as first time buyers, were ready to buy on the spot. Our salesperson, Francis, knew the model in and out, and he went the extra mile in explaining its features. He excused himself numerous times to talk to Michael, the financial manager. In hindsight, theres no doubt collusion was going on. When it came down to signing papers, Michael played his little hustle game on us and basically snuck unwanted warranties and accessories while repeating questions to distract us. When we were trying to focus on what we were signing, he bombarded us with random questions and spoke fast. In between those question, he would point fast and say, sign here, sign here, and here.He asked if I wanted to buy windshield insurance, but I stopped him before he explained too much and said thank you, but Id like to just pay the bare minimum. He acknowledged, I got you. I even asked Michael why he was selling it so low when there was a shortage, and he mockingly replied, because were stupid! So after the papers were signed, we drove home, and my wife read through the contract and realized that the numbers didnt add up. We put down $10k and our monthly was still $1k for 36 months, an extra $10k over the advertised online price! I was furious because Francis and even Michael said youre only paying $36,050, and Francis even made us initial a paper stating we were only paying $36,050.I was tired, but my madness was keeping me awake in bed. A few hours later, we drove straight back to the dealership and asked for a refund, and Francis did help out with one of the redundant warranties, which reduced the price to about $3k.I quickly Googled this place prior to arriving at the dealership, but I should have read the reviews in detail because the majority has been spot on: this dealership baits people in thinking the prices are way low, but down below--in super fine print--states something like accessories are not included in the advertised price. This was the dealerships defense.I felt like we signed the devils contract, but I understand why they did what they did. I really cant get mad at them because we should have read the final price carefully, even though they dodged that final price question numerous times and said it was only $36,050. They make a living selling and hustling, and during the pandemic, where other dealerships marked up vehicle prices, I realized I cant blame them, especially since we still got the vehicle we were looking for, which came with extra little warranties and accessories we probably will never use for about the price of MSRP. We told them exactly how we felt, but I understand why they did what they did.Even after all this deception, we are still thankful for the Passport. If you ever read this Michael or Francis, well played! Weve forgiven everything youve done, but Im just writing this to bring your tactics to light. We came there upfront and truthful, but we left feeling betrayed. Still, our new Passport has been great.Oh yea, If youre buying a Passport, Pilot, or Ridgeline, test drive it to 60mph or play bass heavy music to check if the side mirrors wobble. Mine was defective from day 1. My local Honda dealership ordered a free replacement, but its backordered with no ETA--that was also about a month ago!
Overall, a very positive experience with Diamond Valley Honda. I bought a used Ford F150 with Francis helping us to seal the deal. The management was very friendly and the finance manager was very professional. I had an issue with the windshield one week after I bought the truck, and Diamond Valley took care of me. They paid to have a mobile company replace my windshield, since I live 90 miles away. Ulysses in the service department was great to work with. It was worth the drive to buy from them, and I have no regrets. Thanks you Diamond Valley Honda.
Joel Rushing is genuinely the kindest person weve had he opportunity to work with there over the years. He is very kind and his service is amazing. Highly recommend them and highly recommend Joel. Someone give that man a raise!
Went and bought a honda insight and was helped by Francisco “Francis” and he was amazing! He made the whole process quick and was so understanding and fair with the price, my mom is going to come back and buy a car from him because of how helpful he was! Cant say enough good things about him, but ide definitely recommend asking for him if you’re here ☺️
I believe some people have good experience at this dealership and some dont. This is my experience and you the judge.Im a customer who lives in Sacramento. I was looking for a car on Cargurus and came across a 2017 Lexus ES350 at this dealership, my heart simply fall for it. The report shows the car is very clean with no accidents and no damages so I contacted the dealership, submitted a credit application and put a $1000 deposit. I booked a flight ticket and left the next day to pick up the car that I fall in love with. I rented a car from Palm Springs airport and went to the dealership at Hemet to sign the final papers and drive my new car. Little I knew, what was advertised online is different in person. First thing I noticed, was a damage on the driver side that was poorly repainted ANYONE WITH CAR EXPERIENCE CAN CLEARLY NOTICE IT, NO WAY ON EARTH THEY DID NOT. Front bumper alignment was not right and the exhaust was squeaking. So, I told the salesperson about the door unmatched paint. GUESS WHAT WAS HIS RESPONSE, If you dont like the car, there are some other customers will buy it. THE AUDACITY. Lets stop here for a second; Im a customer who came all the way from Sacramento, put a $1000 deposit and submitted an application, expecting a clean car as advertised online; I was shocked with his unprofessionalism. I told him, this is the last thing I need to hear from you. You should try giving me options instead of telling me that considering the false advertising, Im not an expert in legal matters, but advertising a damaged car as a clean car is not right and unacceptable.Anyways, after I gave the salesperson a lecture in sales. He went and call the sales manager and the mechanics manager to resolve this issue. Dont guess, manager is even worse. He literally told me, The best I can do is waving the additional $400 for door guards, that was already damaged. SO, his best solution was to not charge me for a damage 3M door guards, as a compensation for a damaged door, unaligned front bumper, and a squeaky exhaust. My answer was simply Absolutely no. No way I will accept a $400 waived for a damaged car. So, he went and issued my $1000 back without a hesitation and consideration to the situation they put me in.In conclusion, if you are going to buy the 2017 Lexus ES350 from that dealership, make sure they are not fooling you and inspect the car.I submitted a photo of the door for you to take a look. Now tell me, a big dealership full of people with experience did not notice that?????
The best car shopping experience I have had so far! Eric Forst is the bomb.com. With the amazing help of my best friends, he helped me get into the car I wanted with ease! Him and his team are awesome! I will be coming back here to get my next car!
Our service advisor Jesse was great. My truck was repaired quickly and they did a great job
Very disappointed, worst dealer I have bought a car from. Salesmen didn’t know much about cars, good thing I did my own research before hand and knew what I was looking for. The vehicle wasn’t as advertised, it was the wrong motor also had a few added things that they try to stick you with to get more money from you. I was able to work on the price and financing butA month after buying I haven’t heard a word from them except advertising for me to buy a car from them. I’m still waiting for a call to fix a broken part on the car that they promised to fix, good luck with that right!
Alexander Castaneda best salesman Ive ever dealt with. Had me in and out in no time. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend Diamond Valley Honda to everyone 👍🏻
This place is a joke !!! Sold me a “certified pre -owned” Vehicle that supposedly was checked out on all safety inspections and sold the vehicle with damaged brakes, continues to make promises about calling back, or willing to take care of the issues and just Transfers you to different people that make you the same promises without taking care of the real issues I will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. Jay the service manager is a joke passes his problems on to another manager named Stephanie who fortunately for me was the only one that actually try to solve the problem but failed to do so as well then passed it on to the service manager named Mike, Apparently Stephanie says that I have to speak nicely to him in order for him to do his job. Let’s see if it works tomorrow ! If not I’m out $500 on a car I purchased from here less than 30 days ago . Have yet to even make a car payment lol
Recently we took our 2021 pilot for its first oil change., not my idea, not a fan of dealerships. Upon attempting to open the hood, to check the oil level, I discovered the hood latch release lever was bent. It was bent because the oil filler cap was not replaced on the engine. It was laying on the hood latch lever. Now we have to go back to the dealership to make repairs under warranty..NICE. No one should have to babysit the dealerships work. This just reaffirms the lack of quality of their over priced work. 1 star needed to post..
Ulises is the best! He helped me with two major repairs on my vehicle. Although I wish I didn’t need to get the work done, he made the experience the best he possibly could. I now make to drive to Diamond Valley for car’s service needs.
This location gave great service and made the deal work for my brother. Special thanks to Carlos Gonzales and Aquiles Jaen.
Ive been shopping for a Passport the last two months. I researched everything about the Passport, and e-mailed every dealer from San Diego to Los Angeles. Most responded, some didnt, the ones I didnt like said I had to come in for their best price, Diamond Valley Honda wasnt one of them. Like normal I sent them an e-mail, and they came back with an unbelievable price. I thought when I got there, they would change the price saying I didnt qualify, and that didnt happen. I got there, talked to one of the salespersons, went to finance, and was on the road in two hours. Anytime I need a vehicle Diamond Valley Honda is my go to place.
Do not do business with this dealership. They are not organized and wasted our families time today. I inquired over the phone about a car I was interested in and they said it was available so I went and I test drove the car yesterday and was happy with the car. I told them I would be back the next day because it was going to be a birthday gift for my son and he would need test drive it for himself to make sure he liked it. I told them i had a loan from my bank to purchase the vehicle and I had the check with me. So today the dealership called me in the morning to confirm if i was still coming in and told them I was waiting for my wife to get offwork early because she wanted to share the experience for my son on his birthday. I got a second call from the dealership when I was a few minutes away and told them I was about to pull up. So we get there and my son test drove the car and he was happy with it, so we proceeded to the next step of purchasing the vehicle. Well let me tell you this is where it went unprofessional and unorganized. So they sat us down and started the process and the guy helping us was prepping the paperwork and ask me for some extra info to run a credit check. I informed them that wouldnt be necessary because I have a check from my bank. He leaves and tells the sales manager and he comes back with they have somebody that is also interested in the car and asked me what my rate was from my bank and that he would be right back. Then another sales rep walks to the desk, takes the keys off the table with out saying anything and walks away. Minutes later the sales manager walks up to us to inform us that the car was already sold. Ok,the car is already sold and the car and keys are still here at the dealership. How does that makes sense. I had confirmed this morning that it was still available and they said yes. Went through all the trouble to drive out there twice,on my sons birthday, and my wife took half the day off from work to purchase this vehicle, just for them to say it was already sold. They are not organized and laughed at us on our way out after I told them what I thought about their customer service and dealership and for wasting our time.......called on my way out and complained to the lady that i confirmed availability with, and she said she didnt know what was going on......phone calls are recorded for quality insurances and lets see if I get a call back and a apology, not a hey a I got a different car I can put you into........very bad experience, especially for my son on his birthday.
Nice service provided by Alir Ontiveros, David and Austyn Low!
Do not go here! The service side is terrible. My husband and I bought a Toyota Prius and also bought the extra service agreement. 2 weeks in the car wouldnt start. It took a week to get an appointment. Once I brought it in (for the appointment) they told me that I would have to leave it for a few days because they dont work on Prius. They also didnt have a rental car for me, despite a rental car being in my service agreement. When I explained that I had no way to get home because I was under the impression that I would have a rental car, the guy told me, I understand that they didnt explain it to you properly. And thats it. So I bought a car that might not work after 2 weeks and a useless service agreement.
Made an appointment for a basic oil change, made sure they could get it done in the time I had available (about an hour), been here an hour and 45 minutes and they still haven’t even put oil back in the car yet. To top it all off they are still 100% requiring masks regardless of immunization status, even though the state has fully reopened.
We bought 2021 civic very helpful and relaxed purchase. Francis was great with sales and with delivery and my gf was so happy. Great car too!
Be careful with this dealers trick. Yes they would quote you with a good price, but they wont tell you ahead of time that good price means you have to pay higher APR, but if you want low APR, your price will be higher. They would also tell you that security system is already activated in the vehicle, so youll have no choice but pay for it. Then the next day youll get a call from the alarm installers to book your installation. And when they were giving me my monthly payment numbers they gave me a much higher monthly payment, which I wouldnt notice if I didnt have the Auto loan calculator app. When I pointed it out to the salesperson, he came back and told me that it was because they added Gap Insurance to it, WITHOUT telling me. So my advise, be very vigilant, these guys are not the most honest people to deal with. I know I should have just walked out of that door, but I needed the vehicle. Im just glad I was able to catch some of their tricks, who knows what else I didnt catch, I just hope karma will get them one day.
Buyers BEWARE, review everything presented ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE SALES PRICE AND MONTHLY PAYMENT, and DO NOT BE AFRAID TO CHALLENGE and ask QUESTIONS: Sales Manager and Finance Manager definitely are engaging in fraudulent business dealings (I will omit names for the time being, I am definitely seeking legal counsel, and presenting our evidence)FIRST AND FOREMOST all of them will lie to you. With that said, when you are presented with the offer pay close attention to the sales price of the vehicle along with the monthly payment amount (THEY WILL NOT MATCH) ASK FOR A BREAK DOWN OF THE MONTHLY PAYMENT: As an example if the car price is $24,500 at 72 months, with taxes, etc.. your payment depending on downpayment...in this case lets say its $1,000....your payment should roughly be about $399-$410 a month. We did not catch it at first until we were in the Finance Managers office but basically WHAT THEY SHOW YOU is the price of the vehicle along with your monthly payment( they are adding extended warranty, paint protection, alarm system, tire, rim and windshield protection, along with several other add-ons) they dont tell you they have ADDED anything simply that your interest rate is XYZ and your monthly payment is XYZ.....towards the end he will briefly glance over everything the vehicle includes, such as the extended warranty will cover you 100,000 for 72 months, paint is covered,etc....followed by signing quickly over the sales contract. IMPORTANT: stop and review before you sign anything PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ALL THE SALES FIGURES...REMEMBER there is no cooling off period in California, once you sign the car is yours and everything they forced on you...without you even knowing. IT COULD COST YOU $6000 in unnecessary additions. SHAME ON ALL THE SALES, FINANCE DEPARTMENT, and Upper MANAGEMENT for allowing this to happen. I WISH I would have read the comments and reviewed them prior to coming... as it appears this is common practice at this dealer.
I called to inquire about a Nissan Leaf I saw online. The sales manager said I should go down to check it out and they would give me a $25 Visa gift card.It was a 45 min drive for me each way, but thought the $25 dollar gift card would at least offset my gas.I get there and I am assigned a sales rep that does not know anything about electric vehicles. Turned out, no one there could tell me much about the car and the car didn’t have enough battery cells for me to be able to drive it back home. I decided not to purchase the vehicle and politely asked for my Visa card. The sales manager said her supervisor needed to approve it and it would be emailed to me.The next time I hear from them is a text from the sales rep, telling me about all the great deals they have. I let her know I wasn’t interested and asked her to follow up on the card I was promised. She said she would, but never did. I continued to get texts about deals, and every time I replied asking about my card, I was ignored. I followed up with the sales manager as well, and again I was told it would be emailed to me. After several emails and text, both the sales rep and sales manager started ignoring me.I decide against including their names because I don’t think this is worth someone losing their jobs or getting any kind of reprimand over. But, I do hope Diamond Valley management takes note and encourages their staff to follow through on offers, especially when it’s done in writing. There’s no room for misunderstanding there.
They can’t do basic math . Manager is incompetent. They can’t even remember their customers name
Don’t fall for their hustle ...They will weasel out of a good deal for you .. If it’s not enough “profit “”commission” in it for them They will forfeit on the deal mid sentence.. Terrible ethics
Don’t get window tint here!!! I thought it would be a reputable place, but to my surprise it isn’t. I left my car for 2 days so they could do the tint, when I picked it up i could heat too much outside noise. I took it back and it turns out the entire inside of the door was missing. You could literally see the mechanics in the door once the window was rolled down. They even scratched a small portion of the tint and some of the seal is gone from the door panel when they found out the part was missing. They asked where else I take my car when in fact I bought it brand new from that dealer and I’ve always had it serviced with them. I don’t trust to take it back to them and I do wonder what else they took out of it. They had no explanation why they even removed the window they claim that never happens.
Alex the service advisor and Alex the technician both did a great job on my transmission and were really professional and honest I really appreciated all the communication and help they provided they truly are the best I will continue to be a customer and continue to take my cars back for future service 🙂
Free services with car purchase, friendly customer service. The wait can be a bit if you dont have an appointment but still is worth it to be able to stop in a get tires checked or icons on instrument panel. Theyre definitely the helpful people although sometimes you have to ask what the problem with the vehicle was....
I had negative experience. I put a good amount of money towards car and found out not wasn’t used for purchase. Deceiving with giving answers to questions. I wasnt explained where my money is going. If I was told exactly how much the purchase cost, I would have never followed through with purchase. Be cautious. I give two thumbs down 👎 👎
Accessories SCAMMake sure to read your contract they never mention accessories i got home look at the contract 480 accessories charge i called ask them what that was why they never mentioned it they got rude refuse to take it off so i asked what is the accessories its the trim going down the door and car is only 2 door they charge $480 for something that cost $2
Thank you Aland for helping me get the car I wanted. He was such a big help didn’t push it at all I was open to whatever but at the end he got me my dream car not just for me but for my son as well. Thank you again!
False advertisement!!!! we received a certificate for one price and once we got their they didn’t honor it of course “fine print” and kept the price of the car at the retail price! Also the rep that was helping us, was told to take care of another customer that had just walked in even though he was working with us! Mind you we mentioned that 3 cars at that price were gonna be purchased that day. It was my husband, my sister-in-law and my brother-in-law. So my brother in law went over to Chevy dealership and bought a truck! Your loss Diamond Valley Honda!!!
Do not do business with this dealer, they are not honest. It was the worst experience Ive ever had
The sales associate Jesse was extremely helpful I would recommend him to all future costumers. Very genuine friendly and above all made sure I was happy with what I was getting . He walked me through every step of the way kept making sure I was comfortable with every decision before I got my new car . His kindness and definitely the persona he brings when he’s on the floor should be the face of this company . Jesse should be recognized for his outstanding costumer service. Again thank you Jesse
Ive had lots of service done here, its been a pretty terrible experience every time. I would rather go literally anywhere else.
Would give it zero stars if I could. This is the worst experience we have ever been through at a dealership. We have owned several Hondas and currently own two. We came to this dealership yesterday to buy our third. My husband test drove the car and let them know we would be back to purchase tomorrow (which is today). We got a loan from our bank and confirmed before we went back that the car was available. In fact, my husband got called TWICE today to confirm we were coming. I got off work early to seal the deal by 3pm, and we brought my son to drive his car home (its his birthday today so we had this entire special day planned). We drove the car again then we sat down to sign the paperwork and the sales guy asked for personal info to run another backup credit application. We refused since we had cash in hand. The young man went to speak to the higher ups and when he came back he said someone else was wanting to buy the car too. Thats when some other older man walked right up to the desk and swiped the keys practically from my sons hand. The sales guy came back and said car sold. I honestly have no idea what even happened. We will never ever ever go back. It is not worth the drive to Hemet when there are sooooo many other Honda dealerships...dealerships that will hopefully respect you and your time.
I had a nice experience with this Honda dealer no doubt about it the treatment I got was incredible and good.
Fraudulent activities by Sales and Finance Managers. Addressed my concerns to their Director of Finance to be told we are not in the business to lose money . Regardless of what my concerns were, this dealership made sure to make their money one way or another. Including taking advantage of hard honest working professionals. I do not trust This dealership whatsoever. This dealership should definitely count their blessing, considering no legal actions were taken on my behalf.
Service department is horrible they are happy to help when they think you are paying out of pocket. As soon as it is a warranty issue they dont have time or appointments till next week and tell you to keep driving your vehicle in the mean time.
Sleazy operation, bait with lower price and then add all the extras you don’t want. What ever happened to honest people???
Sellers do not want to sell, they are only inside with the AC without going out to serve customers
Please dont take your car to get serviced at Diamond Valley Honda Hemet. I was given my car back with an engine light and making noises that were not there before. I took it back twice, but I do not believe they even checked the original job and of course they say its something else. Dont trust them.
I should of went here from the start! A competitive price from the beginning minus all the pushy sales tactics that I experienced at a different Honda dealer. From the top down all I experienced were awesome people doing a job they love. Would definitely recommend going here to all my friends and family!
The sales team was great. From the sales manager Jay Park down to our salesman Adam Sanchez. The team worked us a great deal on a 2020 Civic Sport for my daughter who is a first time buyer. They worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were getting the best deal possibly. Thanks again. I highly recommend Diamond Valley Honda.
It was fast! Traded my 2018 Honda Civic for 2020 Honda Civic sport. All thanks to Francisco Pahati. He’s the best! Never got the survey, so here’s my survey.... fast, simple, all 10’s. I recommend Francisco Pahati at Diamond Valley Honda!
Fix Auto is a great place to take your vehicle, if, hopefully you won’t need to because of damage, but if you do, these people are top notch! The staff is friendly, outgoing, helpful, and competent. Your work will be as promised, professionally done, and service with a smile. I will always take mu vehicle to both the service department as well as the Fix Auto service as long as I am a Honda owner. Heck them out and you will see just how much they will do for you. Excellent people- Excellent service.
Everyone was very helpful! From the sales department to the finance department we were given excellent customer service! It was like customer service was their number one concern and selling a car was secondary. Thank you Diamond Valley Honda ....... we’ll be back soon. Thank you for working with us and getting us the Honda Civic within our budget! You’re Great!
Carlos and the parts department was superb! Excellent service. Thank you
My 2015 Honda Accord needed front Brakes replaced. I made appointment and had the repairs completed the following day. Customer service was great and was given a time that would be completed. The work was done sooner than the 2 hrs I was told. Great job and car was washed as well. The Staff always are very helpful and Polite. Another thing that I appreciate about Diamond Valley Honda is they dont try to sell more services than what you need done. Honest and efficient work.I highly recommend Diamond Valley Honda.
Adam at Diamond Valley Honda was able to help me get a car despite my credit! Very straight to the point, I did not have to wait 2 hours just to find out if I was eligible or not (like other dealerships). They work with you! Excellent service and staff! Thanks again!
This is for Ulises Flores in service !!Every time I come in he is always so HELPFUL AND NICE!!!He always greets everyone with a friendly smile and does his best to make sure we leave satisfied. He should be acknowledged for all of his hard work! I appreciate your kindness.
Drove from San Diego to Hemet for an ADVERTISED price of 10,700. They had another listed at 11,00 on Auto Trader. I checked with them before driving up there to confirm availability of the ADVERTISED price car.. When we got there we were then told about several of the add ons that increased the price of the car. I said what about the $10,700 price listed for the car or what about the other car at 11,000. Sorry, they could NOT sell it to us at these prices. We must have gone through 4 or 5 different staff. BE VERY CAREFUL with them. Cant imagine that a Honda Dealership would conduct themselves in this manner.
Worst place to take your car to get serviced there mechanics don’t even know how to put a splash shield on I went and got a splash shield because my car didn’t have one 3 days later the bolts unscrewed. I went back I said whatever it takes if I have to pay for another shield I’ll pay for another I just want it done right this time and they refused and told me to take it off because they didn’t have one on there car I don’t care if you don’t have one on your car but I’m gonna have one on mine! Worst service and will definitely be going to another dealership for maintenance and purchases.
Great customer services, Ryan was a big help for me today, got me in and out with a new car, and help with insurance I couldn’t thank you enough!
I called before driving an hour to check the availability of a used car. The staff member said they had it. We waited 40 minutes to be shown a vehicle that we had not asked for. We were than informed that the car we wanted had been sold that morning. It was such a small window of time that the transaction was EXTREMELY QUICK or they made a mistake or they knew it sold and just wanted to try to get us in to sell us something else... Either way, I am not going back.
Let me just say that the staff here is amazing and always cheerful, even during these hard times we are experiencing with the pandemic. i especially want to give a huge thanks to eric forst in helping me get the car i really wanted. hes very professional and works with you in great detail through out the process. before taking off the lot, he took his time to show me all the cool features the car has. HE TOOK HIS TIME! no rushing you or making you feel pressured which i appreciated.if i were you, id definitely ask for him when coming to purchase a car. :)
Made an appointment for services on my fiancé’s car when they opened and was told to come that same day at 12. Ulises set up our appointment For 2 hours from when we called and we showed up on time. We were helped by another gentleman who said our appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. My fiancé showed him the text confirmation for the appointment. And even then he was rude and condescending in his tone. While I noticed that Ulises stood back and didn’t apologize for his mistake. We both work and have 2 young children. So making the time in short notice to go in was hard in itself. I myself drive a Chevy and let me tell you, I’ve NEVER had a problem with Gosche customer service in the services department. They truly take care of you. This also goes for the sales department. We went a year ago to view cars and the salesman who helped us was very pushy. Almost uncomfortable. He was more worried about what color car we wanted than to work with us to find a car that fit our needs. Anything for a buck. Overall, our 2 experiences the only 2 x we’ve gone to Diamond Valley Honda has been an experience we never want to repeat. They need to re-evaluate their staff.
Gsm JAY very unprofessional and has NO INTEGRITY!Update: 09/10/2020 08:19:59am PSTAfter Speaking to Victor I had a change of heart and decided to give this establishment three stars instead of one because he did promise to make the situation right or do everything in his power to make sure he tried still waiting to hear back from the dealership on what can be done ✅Thanks victor
Amazing staff! Great overall experience! Was searching around at other dealerships and their energy did not compare to this awesome team here! Felt right at home and appreciated their customer service! Would recommend you check them out!
My truck was in for routine scheduled maintenance plus one issue that appeared last week. Work was done in the time promised and at a lower cost than originally quoted. The crew at this dealership always gets the job done quickly and efficiently and also provide information on work that will need to be accomplished in the future. I bought this truck three years ago and fully depend on Diamond Valley Honda to keep my truck running perfectly.
I am always thoroughly impressed with the team at Diamond Valley! I recently relocated to Ventura County and have been in search of a team that is as good as the guys here. I came back into Hemet for the weekend, and decided to get my oil changed here instead of where I currently live because every time I come in, Joel Rushing and the service team provide top notch customer service! I truly am sad that I will have to find a place closer to me. Thanks again guys!
I would shop somewhere else. They sold me a car that was broken. I was also lied to about the finance rate. I was approved by the bank at 1% lower than they were pushing me to sign. The lady made up some scam about how I had to purchase GAP insurance and extended warranty to get my loan approved. - Just say NO.
Don’t come here, it’s a waste of time. Unorganized, unprofessional.
When we got to the dealer we where greeted immediately by Aland. We test drive the car and Aland gave us full detail and features of the car. Thanks to Aland Garcia for the excellent service very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot. Michael Murrietta in finance was quick as well as patient when we were ready to sign, so we appreciated that and the staff for staying late and accommodating.
Went to buy a car within our budget and if it weren’t for the over 1000 non itemized accessories that the dealer put in we may have possibly gotten it. Made two offers each was denied. I asked for an itemized summery of the accessories and he says oh it’s just the security which I believe was already included standard I asked if he could take it off he said no but then I called to talk to someone else and she said accessories are upon request and optional so I asked to speak to a supervisor in which she found it hard to give me that information I asked her to have them call me back but she called me back herself to tell me just to go in instead of what i asked her to do. Well we had to purchase a car elsewhere be aware of the accessories add ons
We were welcomed with enthusiasm and greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite sales representative (Erik). He walked us thoroughly through the vehicle features and took us on a comprehensive test drive. We felt the final agreed price was fair. We love our new Insight EX!
I took my car into Service the other day. As far as the Cusromer Service I received from my Service Advisor, Ulises Flores, he was great. Very professional & pleasant. The problem I encountered was with the Service Manager, Michael Carrasco. I had a minor concern with a tire light & needing PSI in my tires before I left. He was atrocious, very unprofessional & rude to me. Its terrible that employees who do their best are being led & represented by a guy like this. When his boss pulled him into his office for a sit down with me he stormed out like a school aged child. My advice, take your car somewhere else.
Im recently looking for a new car after mishap. Austin was the gentleman that help me he was informative an very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his attitude an experience I had thur him
Amazing Customer Service. One of the best I have experienced. Really went out their way to get me a great deal also. Ill definitely go back.
Had a great experience, Aland Garcia was attentive and very detailed. He was willing to switch between English and Spanish making the experience easier for me and my dad! Thank you Aland for your service :)
Eric was extremely helpful and personable during my visit. Shopping for a new car can be daunting, but he is super knowledgeable and perceptive about the customers needs and wants. He honed in on the fact that I was leading towards a Honda Civic from the get go, and offered a sport vs the LX as it was elevated without being as much as the EX. I appreciated that quick fact and his insight. He took the time to get to know my mom and myself and really got the car for me at this point in my life. Thank you for your guidance in getting a new car I wish it was always this pleasant!
I was very satisfied with the overall service. Alland gave great customer service in a timely manner also had patience to make sure I understood how to operate the features to my new car. Overall great service.
Just had recall work done. When I read my paperwork I saw that they performed a multi-point inspection and topped off fluids. They also washed my car. All this was free! Chris in service is a very nice guy. Great communication.
Amazing experience at diamond valley Honda. Honest prices. They go over and beyond for there customers, Custer service was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Took my 85 year old dad in to buy a used vehicle, told the dealer we were paying with a check. As we were walking through the lot, the prices were listed on the windshield and the salesman said that they dont hide anything, the price you see is the price you get, plus tax and license. That was a lie, the price we ended up with was 3,000.00 more than what was listed on the vehicle. It went from 10k to 13k. When I asked the dealer how he arrived at 13k and what is taking so long, he told me the finance guy would go over that with us and assured us that they were getting the vehicle ready. We were there for three hours, finally got called in to sign the paperwork, which they rushed us through and found out that they installed 1200.00 KARR security system without our request or approval. That is dirty dealing, underhanded and so deceptive. I will never do business there again. They have gained an additional 1,200.00 from us, but they will miss out on any further business from us. Here is one more thing about our experienced, the dealer assured us that all their used vehicles go through a 125 point inspection, when we got home, my dad checked the fluids, found out that the battery was extremely low on water, so that tells me that they really didnt do a thorough 125 point.
Service advisor provided all the information regarding the service to be performed, the estimated pricing, the fact that I would receive a multi-point inspection sheet, and the expected wait time. All was explained thoroughly and completely.Car was completed on time and on cost. And the donuts were excellent too!!
Purchased a car from Ryan yesterday and could not be happier with his customer service, experience, honesty, and most importantly friendliness. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and show me the best vehicle in the lot at a fair price. The whole experience did not take as long as I assumed it would either, Ryan and Austyn from financing made all the paperwork quick and easy. After I signed all the dotted lines, Ryan showed me some nice features my new car has and made me feel like I knew absolutely everything before taking it off the lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here, make sure you ask for Ryan, he’ll make you feel right at home and treat you like a friend!
We are very disappointed with our experience with Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet. This dealership is dishonest and a handshake or their word doesn’t mean anything at this place like it did back in the day. We’ve had a few issues that they were not willing to help us with after purchasing the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealer and we would not purchase from them again. Do not purchase a vehicle from Hemet Honda and save yourself the headache.
Took a few hours too long, but ultimately got what I wanted. Joe was fantastic at getting me the deal on a new CRV i was looking for
First time going into the Honda building and was a good overall experience. Got greeted by a friendly salesman, Aland, and went to check out the vehicle was originally going there to look for but ultimately got something else. Went in for a test drive, walked out with a brand new Honda Civic after the numbers seemed very reasonable. Also get a good little tour of the facility as well knowing where to go if anything arises
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt welcomed and respected as a customer and person! Have never had a better experience buying anything, will definitely be back again. Noni, Aland and Gabriel were wonderful!! Great team work and I walked out with a brand new car, happy as can be!
Joel took care of everything for me, notifying me when parts were in and assuring me that I could wait for completion. Work was performed speedily and was delivered quicker than promised. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.
Javier was great to work with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and willing to work through the things I was asking of him. I really appreciate his professionalism and work ethic though our transaction. It would be my pleasure to work with him again in the future for any car buying needs I might have. I would also highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle who wants excellent service.
We had the most amazing costumer service at Diamond Valley Honda dealership in Hemet. Alex C our salesman was absolutely helpful and offered us amazing costumer service. We definitely recommend going with them and specially speak to Alex he’s absolutely great !!!
Alan Garcias kindness and courtesy was amazing. He made my purchasing experience a joy. Thank you Alan! And thank you to all the staff that interacted with me. Each one was personal and considerate. I was impressed.
Very responsive and personable staff. We had worked with three other dealers in the IE and chose to drive an extra 40 minutes based on their pricing, model availability and the responsiveness of their staff over the phone. Robert and Joe were great to work with and David in finance made it very quick and straight forward. Negotiations were fair and straight forward. I love my Honda Clarity, I think we got a good deal and I highly recommend this dealership.
I called and made an appointment for service (with email confirmation). When I got there, the service guys told me that they didnt have my appointment on their books, and advised that Id have to wait for a few hours. I rescheduled for another day since the wait didnt work for me. Not off to a great start.Update: my rescheduled appointment was a much better experience. Joel in the service department was incredibly nice and helpful, and the service manager actually followed up with me. Much appreciated.
Horrible used car experience. Called late at night, car was available and I scheduled appointment for the next morning. There was no follow up as promised from Yvette on morning of my appointment. I called to confirm I was on my way, drove 1 hour on 4th of July, to view a car which had already been sold. Dont waste your time!!
Worst dealership i have ever been at.Waited for an hour and 20 minutes and no one even paid an attention.Thank you Ivan Belocura for helping me out with my pre-purchased vehicle. I do appreciate it!
This dealership is a joke we went in to purchase a vehicle and because we wanted to pay cash they did not sale it to us. Ran my Credit when I told them I didnt want to finance the car. I really would have enjoyed the car but I offered 17000.00 and the car was listed at 17750.00.
I really feel good about my purchase.I feel happy once again doing business with Diamond Valley HondaI would recommend them always toManyThank you againDIAMOND VALLEYFor your great customer serviceAnd great prices.
I am grateful that l had Eric B. as my salesperson. I think everyone would agree that buying a car is one of those things we sometimes have to do but dread the process of doing it. I had been to several dealers prior to coming to Diamond Valley. My son recently bought a Accord there and suggested l try them out. I was originally greeted by Cynthia who was very pleasant and professional. She then informed me that Eric would be assisting me. Eric was very helpful, knowledgable, professional and was able to answer all of my questions sufficiently. He had a pleasant personality and did not try to force feed me something that l didnt want. I felt comfortable during the entire process. I will admit that, I walked in with a small chip on my shoulder having had a bad experience the previous night at another Honda dealership. Without even knowing, Eric was a breath of fresh air and changed my opinion of (some) car salesmen. I came in to look and see what type of financing was available to me and ended up purchasing the Honda Accord Sport that l wanted. Oscar (the manager) was also pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. They all made my car buying experience a lot less stressful than it has been in the past. Thank you to all of you!
My wife and I came in to purchase a 2019 Kia Soul. The sales staff was very friendly and professional! Thanks to Adam Sanchez (Selection Specialist) Good Job!
The sales persons we have used for buying a total of 3 Vehicles has been Eric Forst. He has done an outstanding job in making us feel welcomed and part of the Honda family. Also with the buying process he was never pressuring us into the top of the line. Eric asked what we were looking for and took us to see several different cars that fit the bill.
I walked in to the dealership and never expected to get such awesome customer service. I’ve had horrible experiences buying cars in the past, & I am so thankful that that was not the case this time around. If you’re looking to buy a car, ask for Javier Torres. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to listen in order to make your car dream a reality! Thank you, Diamond Valley Honda for such a genuine experience.
