New customer with a leaking hot water tank I called VIA RV or a long time relationship at Hemet trailer who gave me the phone number I spoke to Roger very polite knowledgeable and he made arrangements that he would call me back after 12 and when I can expect a Service call The mechanic Louie Gave me a phone call and said he was on the way this is same-day service I had everything ready just like a surgeon going into surgery I even had the right part just not the knowledge on how to install such a simple procedure Louie took the part and inserted it into the hot water tank that was leaking And the leak was fixed at the most 15 minutes But he shared his knowledge which I am thankful for the next time anyone out there questioning their honesty I will vouch for them they could’ve told me anything but instead fixed the problem Roger called later on with the bill for a service call and a repair it was a miracle to me honesty goes a long ways in my book and they were true to their word a rarity in today’s society God bless them and I thank the Lord for honest people

They are very professional, friendly and most important, honest! I sat for 6 hours, waiting, but they werent able to get the parts needed the same day, but they did diagnose the problem, and didnt charge me for the day.

We had a problem with our slide-outs rights before we left on a trip. Looked online for mobile service the week before a holiday weekend. The other companies either did not call back or said they were too busy. Mark called quickly he was busy too but called several times with troubleshooting ideas. Unfortunately it wasn’t that easy a fix. So when we returned we took it in. Mark and Roger were great to work with. The repairs were reasonably priced and completed quickly as promised. Mark even washed it before we picked it up. They treated us like family and we really appreciate their professionalism.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and got me the water pump I needed and within my price range.You wont find a more pleasant or professional RV service shop anywhere.Will be going here for all my RV/Trailer needs from this day forward!!

They had the parts i needed on the shelf

Had leakage and AC malfunctioning with my Gulfsteam Conquest. I dropped off at this newly opened store, the tech Kevin there was really nice and diagnosed the problem rather quickly. They fixed my trailer two days after and I am having no problem with it now. Oh and the service charge was good too. Nice job guys!

Mark and Darrell came as requested to install a new awning for my RV. They gave me a good and reasonable quote and was right at the quote when they finished. They also did a couple other things for me on my RV. Wonderful service. I will be using Via rv in the future for repairs.

DO NOT BRING YOUR RV OR TRAVEL TRAILER HERE!!!!We would give less then one star if we could!!!Do not ever take your RV or Travel trailer to this place how they got 4.5 is nothing but lies. We dropped our trailer off over 3 weeks ago for new brakes and we have got the run around and lies now for 3 weeks the aka manager Jim is the worst with customer service and lie on top of lies. To top this off the owner Annie wants to take no accountability for her poor customer service or for her lack of manager!!
