I went in looking for a special light for our RVs refrigerator and a cabin filter for our truck (easy). I brought our bulb in to match it up. It took a few people to find the correct one...I guess it has been updated and thats why the one I bought and had to return elsewhere didnt work. The service was very nice and professional which I appreciated.

Can almost always find the auto part needed here. If its not in stock, the counter personnel always offer to order it. Deliveries for orders are usually the same day if you go in early enough. If you know what youre doing and only have one day to fix your car, head here first. Good service, wide selection, decent prices. They usually run sales on common items, oil, filters, etc. which is always good to stock up when possible. They have a customer program where spending $100 gets you $10 off your next purchase. Its a nice little incentive.

Slow and long wait times, equipment they used to check our battery and alternator gave false readings saying both were fine, car wouldnt start again so husband took battery to Pep boys and battery only had a 10.4% charge and was finished so had to buy buy new one.

The customer service is decent, and the parts and tools that Napa carries are of good quality.

Although I respect the personal of Napa the most compared to the other auto parts stores. This one seemed empty and didnt find anything even related to it.

Staff nice but it is weird when the guy asked me of my license plate when we were looking for the appropriate part for the car. He said, so to answer any DMV questions. He said, sometimes VIN number wouldnt really tell exactly what youre looking for. Kinda weird.

The service at this store was friendly and helpful. We were looking for an engine block sealant, and there were many brands to choose from. The gentleman at the parts counter gave us some useful information that helped us to make a choice.

Very helpful employees. Lots of items in stock. My go to place for auto parts.

This place seems to get it wrong every time. I have taken parts for them to match and even with all the tools like vernier calipers etc. They still get it wrong and it is always a hustle to return items. Will not go there again. It has been always a waste of time. I figure if they saw the original item and they match it the least they can do is accept the returns if their recommended item did not work.

These guys are the best . I believe they can find any part you might need . Quality of the product is A+ 👍

Out of all the Auto Parts stores I never really pages attention to NAPA and I just called to inquire a few months ago ever since then Ill never use another auto parts store again. These Guys and Girls have everything I always need or have gotten it same day in reasonable time. Im really glad that I can depend on NAPA!

BEWARE Dont Use CREDIT CARDS at this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEMETI special ordered a fuel pump they got the wrong one it was for a two door my car is four door.i went to get correct one. They dont have the correct one. So they wouldnt give me a refund because there credit card machine is not working either ! So they told me to drive all the way to Perris for a refund. Or I can wait four days and come back!! Dont use a credit card at Napa Hemet unless you want to drive all the way to Perris for refund. George is in charge of this mess . The employees are very nice .3 days later cc machine still broke says maybe fixed in another week. Mean while I cant get my account credited so I can go buy a pump someplace else. I cant drive 38 minutes away for refund because my car needs a fuel pump. Stranded because I used credit card here at Napa Hemet

If I could give a zero I would. I usually have a great experience with Napa but the management here is terrible. I understand the return policy yet when I spoke with someone they informed there would just be a restocking fee, which I agreed with. When I went to return the part they refused to return it, trying to say I installed the part when I never did. Then continued to lie to my face stating they havent sold that particular part in over a year when I had purchased it from them 4 months ago. Just astounded that they would sit there and argue with me that they never sold the part when they in fact had.

If youre going to be closed please set your phone to an answering machine that says youre closed. And another thing...please turn your closed sign off. This was not appreciated. Bad business. It is Christmas Eve...I know this but if youre going to be closed then inform your customers of it.

So I called before I went there to check if they had a driveshaft carrier bearig for a Semi truck I was fixing. I stressed the fact that it was a Semi truck and the guy said it shouldnt matter because he was going to measure it. Well of course I get there and the guy isnt there and they didnt have what I needed. Luckily Randy was awesome and went out of his way to help me find a couple places that would have it. He even drew me a map and everything since Im not from that area. Thank you Randy for your help and for not backing down from this task like most parts guys would 👍🏼

One of the oldest and best places to purchase auto, motorcycle and tractor parts. I went to another automotive chain store the other day. They didnt have the part I needed so the guy gets on the phone and ordered it from? You got it, Napa.

I think maybe NAPA hires people who are experienced in auto parts sales. Places like AZ have employees who know nothing and are racist towards whites. Helpful to mexicans, but they just want whitey out the door. Prices are low if you can stand the attitude.Pep Boys is a professional place plus they have a high performance section. OReilleys is somewhat racist sometimes but not as consistently bad as AZ; but they are knowledgeable and can get parts many times the others cant.

This is not the first time I have been to this auto parts store but it will be the last. To start I waited in line for 10 minutes even though the guy behind the counter was not helping anyone. When he finally got around to helping me he proceeded to tell me there was no additive to help my car cause I had gotten bad gas. I guess he never heard of sea foam. I have been to this location one other time and they were equally as rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place. There are many other auto parts stores real close that are very helpful..

Again, I usually use this place for work. The store seems very nice and big, George (General Manager) was very helpful. Ill be coming back whenever I need more parts
