Great customer service! I ordered some parts for my Tacoma and they were lost in the mail. I emailed Headstrong, got a reply from Nicole shortly after that. She handled everything, answered some questions I had about other parts I may need, and reshipped the missing items. I received them in just a couple of days from California to Virginia.
