Negative stars if possible. Terrible customer service. 5+ employees were focused on answering phone calls first even though people had been standing in line, including myself. I stood in line over 5 minutes before someone greeted me. Completely unprofessional. I drove over 40 minutes after calling to confirm they had my battery and could replace it. They told me yes. When I got there the guy quoted me a price significantly higher, and when I told him they quoted me $99 for a battery he said they didnt have it in stock. He made lame excuses and took no accountability. I had my baby in my arms and between the long wait and the complete lack of intelligence, Im done. Terrible store and would not go here again for anything. I went to the Stetson location which was way better and not run by a bunch of low level minions. Will review that location as well. This place needs a revamp badly.

My car would not start, The Manager used His Car And jumper cables, That did not work, So I had to call My insurance road side assistance While waiting for the road side assistance the Manager let Me stay inside the store and He even bought Me a cold bottle of water He was really nice and helpful I will never go to any other Auto parts store, Thank you Mr. Manager.
If I could give no stars I would, this location has the worst customer service that I have experienced. Its worth the drive to go to any other auto parts store

They have what I need. They get swamped with phone calls causing the in store shoppers to have long waiting times standing in line at the check out.Shelves are well stocked and customer service is good! They are one of the few places I can order parts for my classic vehicle. Just be prepared to be patient standing in line. I forgot they have a lot of drivers for deliveries that I have benefited from.

The people there are very helpful regardless of how many people are there. the only problem I see is the homeless people who hang around the parking lot area but what can you do.

Its starting to fill like Summer so I used the auto zone tool rental for my a/c system buy the parts at auto zone & just put a deposit on the tools & upon return in good condition you get your deposit back thank you auto zone 🙂

I have 4 auto parts retailers within close proximity to me. Of the 4 this one gets the lowest rating. Long lines and slow service always make for a disappointing experience. On previous occasions I have actually called this store, been put hold, gotten into my car and driven it to this store, waited in line and still be on hold when I finally got face to face with an employee. Ridiculous.
If you say you close at 10pm and you turn several customers away at 950 then you dont close at 10.

Couldnt help with any special part orders like napa or oriellys will and recommended (not that I even asked for)a oil brand that only napa carries (LM)👎which happens to do terrible on almost all independent oil tests. Oww and kick the pan handlers out sick of stepping around them to get thru the door then being asked for change on the way out

Id wait in any line to get good service. Theres a reason they are busy and admit it, sometimes we the customers are in a hurry....... but 9:50 pm. I needed something small to help someone else. My son working late to achieve success... I called spoke to an awesome lady, I told her I know you want to go home but do you have item x ? She did and as I told her I was 10 min away both her and her peer gentleman waited for us to arrive. It was 10;10 but as she promised she would she waited. That to me speaks volumes of the people and store. Thank you miss and sir.I had not remembered your names, but your a beauty inside out with a tan and blond hair. Your smile helpful and an outstanding compliment to you dashing work peer and a gentleman to boot. Thank you! Ill visit no other store, this AutoZone is my go-to.
I had a good experience with the auto zone cashier but curb side pickup was impossible because their phone connections sucked and he kept going in and out on the phone and it was garbled. So I had to go in to pickup up the part I ordered online.I bought a windshield wiper fluid cap because mine was missing. Although their system said the one I bought was correct and in fact, the only one for my 2012 ford focus. But it didnt fit. It would not go on. So I went back inside to ask the guy if he could help me. He went outside with me and even he couldnt get it to fit. The cap would not close over the hole. He tried and tried. I left with a refund and no other cap available for my car. This is the reason for the 3 ***s. Curb side pickup is zero stars. Customer service was 5 *****s tho.
Computer to slow I waste time
It seems that every time I go there, it is very slow. There always seems to be 3 people behind the counter NOT helping checkout. The associates checking people out have looked up and gotten me the wrong part on 2 occasions. Maybe its just this location, but I may just go elsewhere.

AutoZones in my town have the worst people working there. They are rude, ignore you on purpose, make all customers wait in long lines while only 1 person is helping us and 5 other workers are acting busy in back room. I will never go to AutoZone and either should you. I wouldnt give it one star but i have to to post this.

They wanted to sell me a battery said it was BAD but couldnt install it. I went across the street to NAPA they tested the same battery said it was fine, recommended charging it and it would be fine. BAD business!
All the auto stuff you need to avoid taking your car to the mechanic. No offense to mechanics but Id rather save 50 bucks doing an oil change myself, unless I got the lottery.... I guess if I hit the lottery Id pay someone else to take my car to to the mechanic and pay them to do they oil change. Anyways loner tools and great customer service, fix it yourself one stop shop.

I have never witnessed such horrible customer service. What happened to Autozone? It used to be so involved and helpful, now the additude is whatever or we cant help with that, super sad. My most recent experience with this AutoZone was not as good as normal. They were only three employees in the store, 1 running the cash register, one helping customers, and one on the phone.After a pretty long wait the long line started getting angry and words were exchanged between the manager and some of the customers. The store tends to always be extremely busy I would think they would hire at least one more person to help out.
