Paid for my 6 injectors to be rebuilt. they supposedly shipped august 25th with priority but the tracking shows the USPS is still awaiting the item. I’ve contacted them many times and they said there was an error and they’d reship it. Now they’ve been saying they shipped it but I “must’ve not seen the email” but haven’t sent it to my phone number that they asked me for. It’s now been 4 weeks and I just want my injectors.edit- took 4 weeks but finally shipped

I’ve Reached out by phone and email multiple times about my stand order that was placed back on December 2020. By june 2021 i still hadn’t received it. Only response I’ve gotten was 2 tracking numbers. Which the first was back in February and was voided out a day or 2 after being created. And the second was on May 14th. When june came around, it showed that it hadn’t even been shipped. On June 10th 2021 I reached out to the company via Instagram about my concerns because I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me via email or get anyone on the phone. Told them I wanted a refund At this point I don’t even need the stand. The project I needed the stand for was already completed. When I finally got a response on Instagram he told me that my stand was completed and that it was ready to ship out. 6 months too late. Told him that I didn’t want it and that I’ll just take my refund. He told me he was gonna charge me a 20% restock fee because that was his company policy stated on his website. Told him I shouldn’t be penalized for their mistake and I pointed out that his website also stated it would be a 6-8 week turn around time for an engine stand purchases not 6 months. After going back and forth for a couple days they agreed to giving me 100% refund. It is now end of July and I still haven’t seen any type of refund.

They did an amazing job on my wifes idea for metal look for furniture, she wanted it to be one of a kinda and she wanted patio furniture custom to fit our space.Im so happy with the final result!!! Very patient with us. I will definitely be going to them for my next project

Best garage chair i’ve had! Super comfortable and i was able to choose a color i liked! Also offer injector cleaning which i will definitely be doing soon!
