I had been to every hair store on the peninsula looking for certain shaving products. I arrived at Beauty To Go and they had just closed. The owner asked me what I needed and to my surprise they had my shaving products in stock! Thank you to the owner and staff at Beauty To Go for allowing me to come in after closing to make my purchase. This will definitely be my go to store from now on. Whatever your beauty needs are this is definitely the place!

This is my go to spot its not cluttered the aisle are big and they have a lot of in stock products the staff is really nice and they help you if you need help. If you are a professional stylist they will give you a discount if you have your license. They also offer a discount punch card for non stylist after so many visits. Check them out.

Went there today..The wig I wanted was $42..I was informed I could get a 31% dicount..I went to Beauty & Fashion, on koughtan Ave hampton va..The sane wig was $29..which means, Beauty to Go, raised the price, to make you think, that you are getting a good deal.

Favorite hair store in the city so far. I come all the way from Yorktown to come to thus location. They also offer reward cards for every time u shop you can add them up. But you have to ask first to receive one. They will also combine your cards if you left it at home.

So many things to choose from between hair clothes and jewelry

This WAS my favorite beauty supply shop until this evening.... I was a frequent shopper and considering that I live all the way in Denbigh, I would bypass all of the other beauty supply shops just to shop here because I generally liked the customer service and their selection. However, this evening was different. I walked in and went straight to the section that I needed all while being watched like a Hawk. I picked up what I needed and proceeded to walk past the associates that were standing there that usually assist on the register. I stopped and asked them politely if someone was at the register because I was ready to make my purchase and the woman scoffed at me and said Yes in a sarcastic tone. I made my way to the counter to make my purchase, paid, and left the store. This was my last time shopping here. The only reason why I didnt just return the merchandise was because it was really late and the other beauty supply stores generally close around the same time. Its disappointing because whenever I would come into this store with my daughter one of the associates would always offer my 3 year old daughter some candy and they would greet us with a smile. Im not sure whether or not tonight was a bad night for her, but I felt embarrassed and disrespected. I am a business woman and I only frequent certain stores in general because I am a stickler for great customer service. Needless to say, I will have to find another supply shop to frequent because this one just lost my business.

This place has EVERYTHING. Almost too much stuff lol. It took a while to find things on my own as its a lot of inventory but the employees were helpful. I would most likely shop there again. Almost forgot- the parking lot is HORRIBLE though there are not one but two crater sized potholes smack in the middle. I dont know if the owners of the store have anything to do with that but they certainly should.

Everyone was very friendly and always asking if we needed help. Lots of great selection and its very clean. Will look forward to going back soon

- More expensive than stores within a 1 mile range- Poor customer service- Says there is “no one on the floor” to check if an item is in stock... so you will have to drive all the way there, simply to find out they do not have what you need (& that there is 3 people working the floor, that could have checked the availability of the item you called about)

I left a larger hair supplier in Chesapeake thats a little smaller then this one. Way over priced then Beauty to Go 3. I live in Chesapeake and I take a trip through the tunnel to give them my money. Wont shop any other hair store.

This place is clean, has a huge variety, and is definitely well stocked more then likely you will find what you need there, HOWEVER!!!!!! Everything is extremely overpriced!!!!! For example their wigs are double or even triple the price of the other stores in the surrounding area. The mark up is simple ridiculous!!! Just thought Id warn my fellow consumers if you dont want to get taken advantage of I suggest you shop around if your looking for hair or wigs.

Just purchased a wig less than 2 hours ago, realized i didn’t want it. Price of wig was over $100. Store only offers store credit or exchange! Wig wasn’t removed from the box!! Never again! Also no signs stating that wigs were non refundable! Also prices are very high however i was in a time crunch.

This beauty supply store is nice and clean and is not cluttered like most.

They have a great selection, but the staff could use some training in Customer Service. The half wigs that cost about $20-$25 are behind the counter in the back, but the $80 lace fronts are out and about, kinda backwards for a Beauty Supply Store.

Great prices, big selection. I tell all of my clients to purchase from here. But in the last 4 months a lot of them have been complaining about how the staff will follow you around which makes for a horrible shopping experience. If your buying cheaper hair ( hair located on the floor) they wont assist you. But bc of the prices you look past the fact there not as helpful and they assume your stealing.
