Great except they didnt have my favorite single wick candles even tho it was a huge sale that doesnt happen very often. Had a nice selection..Just wanted to get my favs. Seems like it was many new odd fragrances.

This was a miss😳 shelves empty. Couldn’t find a lot of products I was looking for. To be in a more upscale shopping area I expected so much more. Very disappointed with this trip.

Bath & Body Works mailed out a coupon and I was able to get 20% off of my entire order. I needed some body wash and lotion. Because I had the coupon I got a few fragrance refills too. I love saving $$. Lol

In love with all the stores they have. I enjoy the buy 2 get 1 free or buy 2 get 1 half off deals. Everytime I walk past one of these stores its like a I cant resist going in. Running low on my lotion so it is time for another run in. The store is sort of spacious and the employees are always extra friendly

I always loved Bath and Body Works. Their service is always above and beyond, and the products are always A1. Im a man, so I highly recommend that every guy goes to pick up a fragrance called Freshwater. Another favorite of mine is Noir, and their new addition, Graphite! Ladies love a good smelling man!

Was low in inventory few months ago due to CV19 but seems to be much better now.

I cannot believe that my favorite store was so rude to me. I 1st was greeted by the handsome Doorman he was polite. BUT once I got in the store I was in this store for all of 10 minutes and it was it least four employees in there. I was the only customer in the store for the entire 10 minutes no one spoke, no one tried to help but, when another lady walked in they were eager to speak and eager to help her. Then the young lady came over and spoke to me and I said (very calmly and not in a rude way) wow Ive been in here this entire time and no one said anything to me she then laughed and walked away. What she did that, I put my things out and walked out the store because I was going to flip on her! How rude! I have always had a great experience at bath and body works but today was not one of them. Im highly disappointed in yall!

I love going here. I always buy the plug ins & candles, along with other things but those are my favorites. Ive noticed lately that the plug ins dont work as well as they used to. The good thing is, you can return them & they will replace them with new ones at no charge

Tried to make it in and out as quick as possible. I cant bring my grandmother in here because the store is so crowded when they do a sale and the displays are so close together that she almost falls. Have to leave her in the car while I come in to get what she wants. I feel kind of bad for her.

The service is usually pretty good. Today there was only one person working, but she moved the line and provided service pretty quickly. They always have a good selection to choose from.

Tiny. Rarely have the best scents. I called ahead and asked them to reserve the super popular strawberry poundcake candle for me...AND THEY BROKE IT BEFORE I COULD GET THERE TO BUY IT!!!! Hands down the worst B&BW store in the entire 757. Would not reccomend.

Plenty of sales rep on floor, not all were knowledgeable of the products. However, when asked a question that he didn’t have the answer to instead of just saying he don’t know he did go ask another coworker to assist. Kudos to the employee for his customer service skills.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by the sales clerk. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product in the store. I highly recommend the Hampton VA store. You want leave disappointed!

Most of the staff were great. The manager on duty was rude. I really planned on getting her name. It was candle day and the lines were confusing she told a lady she would have to go to another line. She couldve easily worked the 3 of us in but someone was kind enough to allow me to get in front of them in another line. The other lady just left the store.

I would be in so much trouble if Bath and Body works ever comes out with an eatable line that smells as wonderful as this store always does. I love how all of the fragrances last a long time, I get more people asking what I am wearing when I use my B&B Works than at any other time.

The employees there are pretty nicebut the store seems to always be out of stock of many favorable things. The shelves are usually lowly stocked as well. Wish there wasbetter parking in the area but it is what it is.

I can’t tell you the last time I’ve actually stepped inside a B&BW. Over the past several years, all my shopping from this place has been online. There were so many people in the store, the lines were so long, everything was kind of ransacked, I don’t think I’ll ever be back in the store again. However, I must say...It was the day after Christmas sale and the employees were trying to keep up but they were being pulled every which way. I guess it’s better to have too much business than not enough. All and all, I think I’ll continue my business online.

Well for there candle sale was horrible. All of the stores around us opened at 7am and they said they were open online bit there were closed. Stood outside for 2 hours until they opened. Well got my candles sorry to everyone one that has to stand in that line. Might order online from now on.
