Natalie and Kayla were exceptional Verizon Sales reps. The were professional, patient and so very knowledgeable of the apple phone products. There was an issue with ordering my phone which tested all of our patiences but Natalie and Kayla were claim and apologetic. Everything worked out! Thank you! I am really enjoying my new 12 pro max!

Very pleased. Swapped phones during a deal (ends 7-21-21) and got my phone (Samsung 21) for free. Only there long enough for Alex to swap apps from old to new. Pleasant conversation and store well maintained and clean.

I would give my kidney to the people that work here. I recently had to replace my iPhone X because it stopped working randomly. I initially booked an appointment with the geek squad at Best Buy to see if they could help me fix it. After two hours of trying to reset my phone, it was deemed unusable. I was then passed along to the iPhone specialist at Best Buy where they were trying to find me a new phone. I didn’t care much about getting a new phone I was due for an upgrade. I was more worried about not being able to get into my cloud which had to be verified by the phone that was now deemed unusable!!! so after circling with Best Buy for a grand total of four hours I decided to go to the Verizon. Long story short they assured me that they could set me up with a new phone and would be able to retrieve everything from my cloud and that’s what they did, in less than 40 minutes at that! I’m very grateful! that has been the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while.

Well I needed help with my 6s and I was gently led to the realization that it was my old phone. It was a kind burial of the idea that it would work forever. I also did not what to buy the more expensive phones. So I was introduced to the SE. Never had heard of it and ended up buying it. So happy I had suck clear and kind help. Phones are such a personal part of our lives so it was nice to have a less trauma transition. Thank you very much.

Such a wonderful place! Excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience with Verizon both on chat and on the phone. I finally went into this store on the verge of tears. Krystal and Matt were phenomenal! Krystal was so patient and helped me through the whole ordeal! It took hours to get everything right. She even stayed an hour after she was supposed to leave to make sure everything was taken care of. This is now the only store I will visit when I have any phone needs!!

Don’t bother with curbside pick up, it doesn’t actually alert the people inside you’re waiting. BUT after waiting 15 minutes outside, I did receive wonderful service inside. The person who was helping me was very knowledgeable and very friendly which made the experience of picking up my phones very easy. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this store, just know you’re gonna have to go inside.

Well when i first walked in, everyone greeted me, not just the person who serviced me. it was a very pleasant experience because it wasnt like i was just there to get help and it was strictly business. the people were very nice and made sure that i had everything i needed, we even shared a few laughs.

Would definitely recommend.Also, as a side note for any who are hesitant because they are an authorized retailer, rather than a corporate store - dont be spooked off by that. Ive been to two corporate Verizon stores in Greenville and I honestly liked the Victra authorized retailer for Verizon better. Its basically the same thing as a normal Verizon store, its just owned by someone other than Verizon, from what I understand. Anyways...I had a great experience with them, so go check em out!

I went in the store on the corner of Greenville blvd and Charles blvd with the intent of changing providers from Sprint to Verizon. There were no other customers in the store but no one asked if I needed any help. There was one female employee sitting with her head laying on the counter. When i approached her to tell her I was thinking about switching from Sprint but I was worried about not being able to keep my phone number and worried about getting out of my Sprint contract 2 months early. She didnt address either of those questions. Instead she told me about their current specials for new customers.I asked for some information to take home so I could think over my options. She seemed annoyed by the request. Then she got a sheet of paper and wrote down two dollar amounts with no titles or headers to tell me what the two different dollar amounts meant. She handed me the paper, I took it, laughed because it was so ridiculous, and then left the store.If she had been more helpful it was very likely I would have switched that day. There was one other employee behind the big counter who heard and witnessed my interaction with the female worker but did not intervene or try to answer questions she dismissed. Its been about a week now and Im still with Sprint. This was not a good introduction to Verizon for a potential new customer.

I went to this store for help with my pixel 4 that just stopped working all of a sudden. The guy didnt even look up my account or ask for any information about my phone. He literally told me to go across the street to uBreakifix. I thought I paid version over $200 a month for their services, not the random place across the way.

Terrible customer service. Went in trying to switch from at&t and when I asked about the prepaid plans they just didn’t really answer my questions. The girl there kept saying oh I don’t know. Oh I’m not sure. Then asked two employees there also and were completely lost. I wanted to know what was included in the prepaid plans example international calling and txt. She could have easily said I don’t know but let me find out for you. She was not resourceful. Didn’t even try to help me. Not helpful at all. Wish I could give 0 stars
